481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats Your Favorite Privacy Coin on: January 01, 2018, 11:25:31 PM
SkyCoin
482  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: SkyCoin price predictions on: January 01, 2018, 11:19:12 PM
I want to get involved but it has recently gone through a huge pump and hoping I can pick some up inbetween the 10-15$ range otherwise the ship has sailed and I gotta get in on a newer project.

Hm well it has come down a bit right now, I wouldn't let price psychology stand in the way of joining. I don't really think 10-15 range will be seen again. But we might see the 200$ range soon.
483  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $KIN- 69 on CMC, 3 Satoshi... This Can go to .01? on: January 01, 2018, 11:10:47 PM
Also has 75b supplies. Home run

More like 756b and a staggering 10 trillion max. I personally wouldn't touch this but I suppose it has room for growth if they integrate it with KIK and allow people to spend that currency on emoticons and stickers or w/e they did in the KIK store.
484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / SkyCoin price predictions on: January 01, 2018, 11:07:00 PM
SkyCoin is a third generation cryptocurrency, it does 3000 transactions p/s and will do more in the future (way more). Its main focus is a decentralised internet for which the so called ''miners'' have been shipped out december. The miners are really hardware enabling people to set up nodes for a decentralised internet. It also has Skyledger a blockchain where ICOs can be held upon, each ICO will function independently from SkyLedger with its own unique blockchain. SkyCoin is also a privacy coin. The project has been in development since 2012 and I think it can go very far, with several ICOs already on SkyLedger and many more to come.

Whats your idea on SkyCoin?

485  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XCXT (1.4m) on: January 01, 2018, 02:38:54 AM
I'll go as far as to guarantee 2x in January (with the possibility for 5-10x .... and up)

Here's why:

- Great community of dedicated HODL miners
- Best cap/volume ratio on mnrank
- 13th most masternodes on mnrank
- Whales have shown interest (huge spike couple days ago... but it's back to buying price now)
- Marketing campaigns and apps planned for release early 2018
- It’s rare and well distributed

Just called a huge spike in SAGA using this method.... will the moon man strike again?

This coin looks even better in my humble opinion

I'm not sure, what makes this special? Just the masternode? There's tons of coins doing that. In my opinion this whole masternode hype worked when it was still Dash and perhaps for the next coin to use it but by now its just a very frequent occuring tech implementation as an alternative to mining. I think you're going to have to do more than just a masternode or staking.
486  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: EASY 50X - VibeHub - Most undervalued coin there on: December 31, 2017, 03:50:53 PM

I would look into it, but the shilling is so aggresive with this coin.

Agreed.
I wonder how many persons really posted in this thread. Obviously, lots of multiple accounts(hello newbies!) came here to give an opinion. Weird.

Its all bots plus OP is a Pump & Dumper
487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: EASY 50X - VibeHub - Most undervalued coin there on: December 31, 2017, 03:26:23 PM
Hey guys.

I rarely write about coins, but when I do it, you know it is worth it.

I am not surprised that I have not found a recent topic about VibeHub here. Is by far the most undervalue coin / project that exist in crypto.
It's all about Virtual Reality. Holograms. People can sell their own creations. The real project value is at least 1 billion dollars.

The first major event that will happen in 9 days. VibeHub is present at CES 2018 (9 - 10 January) in partnership with Monster.
They will also advertise on Super Bowl 2018. In addition, will pay artists like Rihanna to play on their platform.

A lot of other news awaits you from January 2018.

The train is still in the station. DO NOT MISS IT

I would look into it, but the shilling is so aggresive with this coin. I litterly see random ''BUY VIB'' Posts on other coins ANN threads. Obviously someone is botting this and wants others to buy for the price to go up. If this was a good coin you wouldn't need to shill it so aggressively.

''Is by far the most undervalued coin / project that exists in crypto'' Yeah join the que I'd say. Everyone says that about their coin. I'd rather see this coin now plummet to the abyss instead of having a future just because the community around it is so anoying. You're even worse than Spectre community.

-Edit-
So far for credible information, get your botnewbs out of here!
488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hidden 400K marketcap GEM on: December 30, 2017, 02:19:45 AM

So just because it gives a 5x reward every couple of days its a ''hidden gem'' seems more like a hidden scam and lets keep it that way.
489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ITC - IoTChain is China's IOTA. Government Supported and Heavily Funded. on: December 30, 2017, 02:08:26 AM
Lel was just getting ready to buy it. Already knew it at 1$ but since the supply was to obscure I let it slide, still a good entry at 2$ though, might be 3 real soon so.. better hurry I guess. But yeah it is a really good one.
490  Local / Nederlands (Dutch) / Re: Bitcoin crash on: December 29, 2017, 11:35:27 PM
Goedemorgen iedereen,

492  Local / Markt / Re: Btc verkopen voor cash in Rotterdam. on: December 29, 2017, 11:26:07 PM
493  Local / Nederlands (Dutch) / Re: bitcoin automaten on: December 29, 2017, 11:24:31 PM
hee,

495  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: RaiBlocks (XRB) is going to be a top 10 coin on: December 29, 2017, 10:40:15 PM
The whole run up is fueled because of IOTA going to 10billion anyway, the bullrun started with that. So I don't know how serious people even really are about it given that its been around for a while. Could be just to make a buck, nothing else.

-edit- Bagholders dumping caused a trend reversal, time to put low buy orders. Who can blame them, from 2-5 cents to 16 dollars in a matter of weeks.

It's basically on 1 tiny exchange and has very few people holding the coin so I am expecting a lot of these dips until it matures.  It provides a great opportunity to accumulate.

I am swooping in if it falls below $10.  I don't expect that though, too many smart people already aware of this coin and will snatch it up.

Meh I doubt it, you know how fast this bullrun was? Litterly in a few weeks people went from 400$ to 120k and probably it spawned a lot of millionaires. If I may believe some this coin had been dead for quite a while and suddenly pumps to a billion marketcap? If I we're the one who snatched this up cheap I'd be dumping the shit out of it now, and thats exactly whats happening, 3x in a mere hour it almost crashed the price, now the trend reversed, and I think there will be a lot more dumping to come. People made a shitload of money on this and they aren't just going to let that chance pass to dump this for more BTC.

We don't really know anything about this coin, and how devoted the community is to it. And as you can see it pumps and the big holders aren't even considerate enough to slowly dump it without causing a price crash, tells me nobody really cares about this in the first place. Still not sure how this is decentralised aswell or what is up with double spending on this.

So no far to risky, its worth a gamble with a small amount of money but I can't see this as a serious buy unless it shows some signs of a dedicated community which seems to be completely absent. It only got attention because of IOTA bullrunning it and all the conditions aren't exactly in favor of a serious hold if you sum it up.

But do as you please, I can always be wrong.
496  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: RaiBlocks (XRB) is going to be a top 10 coin on: December 29, 2017, 08:36:28 PM
I exited though, bought in at 3.5 so it was a fun ride. But it was obvious large holders wanted to dump and the price kept shooting down before being picked up, but it can reverse the trend or in an extreme scenario it doesn't recover as quick and the price change was huge, $15 to $3... I'll wait for it to go on other exchanges or for it to dip. To risky right now even if it is a very good coin. I don't really know much about it anyway, all its specs are pretty much speculated atm. Not even sure if it is decentralised as it seems these DAG coins don't really have the proporties to be decentralised like Distributed Ledger.

The whole run up is fueled because of IOTA going to 10billion anyway, the bullrun started with that. So I don't know how serious people even really are about it given that its been around for a while. Could be just to make a buck, nothing else.

497  Economy / Speculation / Arithmetic (linear) vs Logarithmatic charts - which one do you use and why? on: December 29, 2017, 04:03:32 PM
So I sometimes post a chart of bitcoin and people ask me why i'm not using Logarithmatic scaling? What exactly is the difference? I can see that visually it makes a world of difference, switching to loga the chart perceivably shows some steady growth as opposed to the linear explosive growth. But this is visually deceiving as the scale is compressed at the end.
Also the dips are look less threatning on a loga chart as opposed to a linear chart.

Why would I use logarithmatic scaling as opposed to linear? And does Logarithmatic scaling not give certain visual illusions about the price on a chart? Or on the contruary, does it give some insights that can't be found on the linear chart? Which one do you prefer and why? Is it situational?
498  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Question about ICON [ICX] on: December 28, 2017, 11:28:46 PM
The price has already did more than x2 since it was listed, so i do not think that it is a good time to join.

Maybe it can still grow in some time, but do not expect to see a x10 because we all know that it is not going to happen

How come? you don't believe in multi billion dollar companies?
499  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Popularity of VIA on: December 28, 2017, 10:28:39 PM
In ur personal opinion what makes Viacoin so unpopular (currently doesnt even make top 140)? Devs, activity, the whole coin seems to be on quality track.

I don't know, the price seems to argue with your statement of that its unpopular. But I'm not really interested in new currencies, I'm looking at innovatice companies of tomorrow.

We have LTC, BTC, BCH, XRB, XMR, LuxCoin, ZenCash etc etc etc. I really don't think we need more currencies, what we do need is scaling solutions.

I'd rather look at something that can utilize blockchain in a needed way. Agricultural and consumption would be the best way to go imo atm. Other than that, protocols and blockchain solutions for companies looking to cut expenses and something like BCDiploma, certificates and diplomas on the blockchain.
500  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Minexcoin - A new era of payments (Exchange launch - November, 1) on: December 28, 2017, 10:20:55 PM
I read the whitepaper of Minex but it seems like its based on a fairytale. How are you supposed to ensure 33.6% growth rate anually when anyone with a big bag of money can manipulate the price?

$103.881 USD
7.40 BTC

Someone only needs 25k to manipulate this thing. Also 1 trillion marketcap, how are you planning to reach something like that? 1 Trillion is huge, and as far as stability goes I don't see it on the chart. Seems like either the team isn't really aware of what they're even doing and are just going with some idealistic idea of a currency/world reserve. If anything BTC will have more chance of reaching something like this. Likely Minex and every other blockchain coin will eventually face the same scaling issues as BTC does now.
