2  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency on: February 26, 2018, 01:57:00 PM
Can cryptocurrency become universal means of exchange. I mean can it be a global legal tender like the physical money
Well its hard to say. Because no one is guarantee to happen nowadays. The technology are continue to improve and we all know that bitcoin and other  crypto's are run thru online with the help of technology. And because this is the new era. It is not impossible for that to happen. All we need to do is to be prepared and adopt to the ever changing world.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How safe is Bitcoin gambling on: February 26, 2018, 06:09:01 AM
Hello friends

How safe is bit coin gambling is it worth?
If yes and than how to play and where to play?
can now make a living on this gambling?
waiting for your opinions guys.

hope all good. Wink

Gambling with any coins have the same result, you'll either lose or win, but since gambling is all about losing most of the time therefore I could say that it is not safe at all, especially if you are just a curious person who wants to try gambling for the first time, you will just lose your money, you'll might be disappointed on the result if you lose your money, so stay away from gambling if you can because it will not help you to earn money, but the other way around.
I agree. Because everytime you are doing gambling. It means that you are taking the risk of either lossing your money. It is not safe if you are planning to gambling because you badly need money because it has a tendency to loss it all. But if you are juat doing gambling for fun the I dont think it will harm you anymore. The security of the gambling is depend on the purpose whybyou are doing it.
4  Other / Meta / Re: How to earn merits easily ? on: February 26, 2018, 01:56:14 AM
with new bct update to become a full member need 100 merits and i still have only 10 merits. What is the best way to earn merits
I think you had a wrong question on "what is the best way to earn merits"? The real question is, how can you improve your post quality in order to earn merits?
And my suggestion is to read more from this forum. So that your idea will expand and create another idea that will contribute in this forum. And if somebody read that, and get your point then im sure you will get merits.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: People, why are you so scared? on: February 25, 2018, 11:51:50 PM
Actually if you check the charts, Bitcoins experiences quite big dip at the beginning of the year all the time. The was dip at the beginning of the year since ever. Hard to say why this happens, but the pattern keeps repeating. So, I wouldn't worry so much. It will stabilize again and we'll be back to ATH in summer. Just be patient and HODL Smiley
Yes its true, its better to wait than to sell it at a low price. Many of them are panic selling without noticing that selling their coin in dip, will just cause a huge loss from the side of investors. Where if you'll just wait until it recover then the chances off you to have income is very huge than usual.
6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is technical analysis useful? on: February 25, 2018, 08:31:17 PM
Do you believe in the reliability of information obtained by technical analysis on crypto-currency market?
If you are doing a day trading, then yes technical analysis are more suitable for you. Like for example you are ask to monitor the price movement of bitcoin. And you are try to identify which part of the day it will pump or own. By that it will be eady for you to know when is the right time to buy and when is the right time to sell. So you could have enought income.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How many trades do you make daily? on: February 25, 2018, 12:57:54 PM
Basically I do , 1-5 trading a day. Because I am just new in the field of trading and doesn't have that much capital to use. But in a good will , Im still having a profit in the trading that I've done. Althought its not so big at all but still can help especially if I dont have campign to join.
But now , I am planning to focus in trading since the bitcoin value now, are always change oftenly.
Wow, since I have less amount of investment I do less than 5 transactions of trading daily. Sometimes I do none because I have lack amount of money to buy and sell coins and altcoins in the market.
Oh if that is the case. Then  You must save your income in doing trading. So that your capital become bigger on the second time  that you are going to trader. Its just a matter of techniques and your willingness in taking the risk of trading.
And im sure as the time pass by your income become also bigger than your usual profit.

9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Long vs. Short: Bitcoin and Alts on: February 24, 2018, 08:53:18 PM
Hey guys, which do you guys think is the most favourable coins for long and short trading strategies for the remainder of 2018?

Opinions, please!

If you want a sure long term investment you can go in bitcoin, especially now that the price its is quite down. So its a perfect time to buy a lot of it. Then , for a shorter term of investment you can try ripple and Neo . They price change rapidly , sometime its like a racket that rises very quick and after that it will hard fall.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][Pre ICO] Eroiy- The payment method of the adult industry. Anonymous & safe on: February 24, 2018, 08:39:44 AM
How is this different than other ico like vice

Eroiy is unique because of its market positioning, the competence of the team in all relevant areas and the wide network of cooperation partners. The combination of typical blockchain properties such as security, anonymity and efficiency combined with connections to the adult entertainment industry enables unique synergies. Also, the possibility to integrate Eroiy into the own business segment makes clear that it can be extremely lucrative not only about B2C, but also in the B2B area. Above all, the presence of the team behind Eroiy at the major trade shows and panels (in the past and in the future) illustrates the transparency of the company and the traceable business plan, which is detailed described in the White Paper (available at, reveals the chances of success.
Well if that is the case, means this project is more capable to secure the cinfidenciality between the blockchain and partners. But not in the sense that it will hide all the detailed that should be know by both parties. Its still transparent to everyone since that they are true about their mission in this project. And that what makes it more interesting.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: best investment on: February 24, 2018, 08:02:15 AM
Ethereum and Bitcoin are good as they are safe ones. The smaller part of your investment you can buy something from the big list.
But you must find them yourself, it's better that way. I have tried to invest short term myself, but it ended to be a long term.
Definitely true, bitcoin is the top coin in the cryptocurrency so far. Many investor are encourage to start their investment in bitcoin because of its high percentage of earning. While in the other hand many ICO are using ethereum as the main token because it cheaper transaction. That's why this two coin has a really widen future.
12  Other / Meta / Re: The reality is 99.9% members can never rank up with the new merit system. on: February 23, 2018, 11:04:05 PM
I would like to choose both happy and sad.
1. Happy because merit system has motivated users to be more energetic, more constructive, in particular newcomers have tried composing higher quality posts, helping others. On the other hand, higher ranked users found them useful in terms of giving newcomers hints, links, documents to learn, advices to improve their knowledge, skills, etc. It is two-way interaction between them.
2. Sad mainly because merit abusements seem to be occured and discovered day by day, including merit trading, merit exchanging, etc. We can easily found low-quality or even one-line posts which received 20, 30, or 50 merits from one specific sender. It destroys the original objectives of merit system.

To conclude, I highly appreciate what Theymos have done to launch merit system and strongly believe in the system that it will help to clean up and build up the forum as better place for Bitcoin/Altcoins discussions.
Newcomers will definitely rank up if they spend more time to read, to learn, to share, to help each other. The more time they spend for each post, the higher (in most cases) quality post will get; which in turn increase writers' internal quality day by day. For long-term improvement like this, those ones will have more chances to earn merits from other users. Most importantly, don't be here simply for getting merits, for ranking up, and getting free money fastly; instead be here for those purposes mentioned above. Of course, newcomers can join campaigns and get rewards as bonuses, not as their main purpose to be here.

Good luck and rank up with continuous, high qualities, constructive threads.
Well definitely its nice to know that you already contributing to the improvement of the forum and not just here for the seek of money. This bitcoin forum is one of the major source of knowledge so its better if the post that we read are all quality and worth to spend time to read. So that , many of us will learn and shared our thoughts.

14  Other / Meta / Re: The reality is 99.9% members can never rank up with the new merit system. on: February 22, 2018, 09:37:42 PM
I'm just one average user here.
Right, but just looking at your post here, your command of the English language seems to be above average.  Most users at your level crank out shitposts exclusively, and the reason why they're shitposts is precisely because they don't speak English.  So I'm sure if you put just a little thought and effort into your posts, they'd be worth reading.

But someone who can't write proper sentences in English won't write anything interesting because 1) the sentence structure will be broken, and 2) they won't have vocabulary sufficient to create an interesting post.  I have seen this hundreds, nay thousands(!) of times.  And in addition, they're usually too lazy to put any effort into what they're doing.  I agree with your sentiment, but I think it'll take some time before the shitposters get discouraged and give up.  But I'm patient.

So basically, in your opinion, the merit sistem is just a way to grade users english skills. Dude you are a teacher or a crypto enthusiast?
Even so, i`v read that there are merit sources in every language subforum but apparently the one in Romanian sub think that there isnt any posts that deserve to be merited. And in this case you cant play the broken language card.

No, it's a way to grade quality posts that contribute something and for people just making lazy shitposts will fall by the wayside. Someone who can't speak English very well isn't going to be making great coherent posts and this is the reason why the forum became such a shitshow because it was swarmed by thousands of people who A) Can't speak English very well if at all, and B) Know little to nothing about bitcoin and are only here to earn, and those two factors are a recipe for disaster.
So in other words, this merit system is not only to grade some quality post but also screen those people who can be promoted. Because only people who reach the number of designated merit was can be promoted. And I think its a good idea because only those who really contribute in the forum has a right to be promoted.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What stage of adoption is Crypto currently at? on: February 21, 2018, 10:02:21 PM
Supermine said it right. We are in the early days of cryptocurrencies as a whole. Try going out of your house and see if you can find a BTC accepting store near you. You found none? Of course you did. Thats because theres less than 5% of the world's population use or own cryptocurrencies.
True, the fact there is a lot of money invested in bitcoin and alts does not meant that we have reached any kind of big adoption, I have yet to see a single store in my country accepting bitcoin and if I saw it I will buy whatever they are selling just to support them, I still think we are below 1% when it comes to adoption, so this should be very telling because once we reach 5% or 10% I think we are going to see a chain reaction in which most stores will begin to accept bitcoin.
On a large scale we are not even close. However, I still want to believe we are going to be getting past the adoption phase pretty soon. Is it not becoming obvious ?

First, some investors are still scared and looking to see if it is right to get in or not, some have taken the bold step, institutions gradually are stepping, the LN will increase the speed of transactions and make bitcoin even more usable, once we hit those stage, we are going to even be getting past the growth phase, so for now, I will say we are just there in between the adoption and growth phase.
I hope you are right, while I have not being holding my small amount of bitcoin for as long as many people in the forum I cannot wait any longer I want to see bitcoin making a great and visible progress, while having a high price is nice I still do not see bitcoin being accepted anywhere, people in my country despite the high prices show no interest in bitcoin so it is painfully slow the progress bitcoin is making every day.
I think of legalization of the bitcoin to be the best thing and this will help in bringing more name to bitcoin and other than this, this legalization of bitcoin will also help you in making things easier for you. Bitcoin is at its early stages of their adoption but the thing is it is gaining more and more reputation and the fame of bitcoin is continuously increasing, thus helping them in having more money.
Yes I agree. If only some come will let bitcoin come in to their economy in the legal means. Im sure it will bring great help to one's economy. Because many people get interested and then later on they will also encourage to invest. That how huge the impact of legalization of trend currency in one's economy.
16  Other / Meta / Re: [List] Suspected users that are abusing merit 3.0 on: February 17, 2018, 02:47:00 AM
There's a lot of users are abusing merit points, if you can't notice some of them are continues doing this. But the list given in this thread are only suspected so it means that most that the evidence given are not yet proven. I was sad because some of users are continues in buying merit or they can exchange with the others. I advise to them stop doing that because karma was always on the back. Maybe you improve your post, give the best quality you can and be creative and informative your post to easily earn merit points.
I want to quote your post, because you have a point. But the sudden reality is no one cheaters will admit their sin, even they are caught in the act. For now it's better to watched all users in the list because they have now starting to attempt cheating. In addition if we prove that this list are continue making some malicious act, then report them into the moderator. For now since we have no concrete evidence it's better to be quite and observed their move.

Just wanted to know where you guys think we are. Are we still in the early adoption stage?

At what stage of the dot com era would you put us at? Dial up lol?
In my own opinion , I think we are still in the early adaptation. Because as you take a look to the percentage of the number of people who know how the cryptocurrency works. Its never been reach the half population of the world. So it means still a lot of people who have no idea that there is a new born currency. And still money country are still not let bitcoin be legalize.
19  Other / Meta / Re: The reality is 99.9% members can never rank up with the new merit system. on: February 13, 2018, 01:54:19 PM
The new merit system: The good, the bad, and the ugly!

The good: Only the quality posters will rank up.

The bad: Even if you post quality contents you may not get many merits by the people.

The ugly: When you post great content many people are lazy to click and go to the next page and add the merit(s).

Share your thoughts about this merit system latest development, thanks Smiley
Well in my own opinion , I think this new merit system was really quite dificult to everyone. Yet for me, is the best solution to clean up this forum. And to improve everyone post. Because you dont have any choice, if you really want to rank up , then you should improve your post and contribute to the forum. And its a good idea its really working.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the crypto market recover? on: February 12, 2018, 08:45:51 PM
All dreams have been shattered while the marketcap keeps falling every time I refresh coinmarketcap. I kept Hodling expecting it to be a small correction like the ones in 2017. Portfolio dropped more than 70% already  Cry and still dont see the bottom. Now I am wondering if it will recover to previous highs especially considering the China ban and regulations.  Cry Any thoughts?
Dont loose hope, marketcap will recover soon. Its just, experiencing some fall down because of some issues that it was facing. But later on everything will fine and go back to the track. Yes its true that almost 70% of its price are gone, its very alarming but we cant do anything but to wait and hope that everything will be fine soon.
