181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: September 03, 2020, 01:56:53 AM
Things why a person can easily get scammed in crypto-world

1. Greed
2. No knowledge about the project
3. Trust

This are the three main reason why they get easily scam
Greed, because there are a lot of promise by the campaign and the developer we easily believe that its true
investing a lot of money in the project that is garbage.
No knowledge also is the second reason because of the trend they just go and invest without any knowledge of the said project
Trust because they trust the people in the project which sometimes pretends that the person is a member of the project
they can easily decieved that once they invest , they will soon find out that the person is just impersonating , and not really
what all expected.

In addition to that, most people are careless aside from they are greedy. Most people like promises or sweet words wherein the end they got nothing until they realized scammers got them already in the trap. Then, another thing is they don't have any skills in trading as well that's it.
Aside from this nothing else.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies are safer with top altcoins on: September 02, 2020, 11:56:50 PM
Seek for more crypto knowledge before investing in new projects, it's not always that easy to choose, as a newbie it's better to stick with old top altcoins on coinmarketcap, why? Because many newbie are in rush to make fast returns, if you are this type pls go for better top coins, 90% of new coins aren't serious at all, they are here to steal money from investors and give fake promises in return

Newbies are safer with top altcoins until they start learning how to choose wisely, do better diggings on new project to avoid scams

Cov-19 have been used to scam many newbies and even Corona virus coins are built too which have no real use cases

Play safe and be willing to learn

they are safe if they know how to trade well in the actual exchange platform, but if not they are still safe if they hold the coins in the long term.
But of course, while holding the coins they have these newbies also must learn while doing it. These are the best methods they can do while new to this industry.
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know any good Airdrop? on: September 02, 2020, 11:42:12 PM
HI
As in topic do you know any good airdrop campaign, something like Energy airdrop, Vite exchange or Blockcain.com stellar airdrop?
It can be KYC because many companies accept when you mark the personal info.
I would be grateful if you could share your favorites campaigns with me.

It's really difficult to look for a legit airdrop now, but you can check to join or participate here https://t.me/BountyDetective
majority of their project management is legit no wonder why they have so many communities who support their project as well.
But if you have other than this one, your final decision is in your hand.
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who has the eye that looks into the future? on: September 02, 2020, 11:30:31 PM
A few years back, I could remember Cryptocurrency wasn't really known by most people and the idea was joked with, even I myself didn't have a thought on it, but the growth of crypto is now alarming that almost all my friends are into one or two of it. Looking into the future I suggest Cryptocurrency will suspend other past used currencies and take over, what do you think?

In the first place, none of us here in the forum knows what will happen tomorrow, how much more about the future, isn't?
But, to be honest in the near future most of the altcoins now especially those are on top in the market like Ethereum, Link, Bnb,
Kcs will become more popular for sure. Let's see what next to happen!
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Think before joining any campaign on: September 02, 2020, 11:20:19 PM
I came across AZBI network bounty few days back and I bookmark the page so I can join later and that will be my first bounty on this forum but I noticed a lie about the project, below is the link to the project

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5243303.0

It's said they are listed on the bounty thread but after going to the exchange where thy claimed to have listed (UNISWAP) I can't find any token called AZBI on the exchange platform, even the second listed exchange called Bamboorelay has no single volume at all.

To me this is a very poor bounty project, they used uniswap name to deceive those who are too quick or haste to make money, there is no demand for this token, it's a dead end, I'm glad I spend my time doing few digs if not I would have joined the campaign.

A good lesson learnt here

Most campaign nowadays is a misleading dude, they will do everything to scam the community using a lot of promises, that will attract their investors. That's why as a bounty hunter you need to be more careful and wise also in choosing project campaign. Aside from that if you're gonna check the Uniswap you won't see it there which means you are all deceived by this one. But at least you learned a lesson now.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people still fall victim to obvious scam? on: September 02, 2020, 11:10:57 PM
Why do people still fall victims to obvious scams? Especially on twitter people are still sending bitcoin to traders, no one is a perfect trader, do not send bitcoin or other coins to people to trade for you, its stupid and foolish idea

Today a bitcoin trader on twitter exit scam and delete all traces off social media, i heard its about 53bitcoin, here is the link to the news

https://coinnewstelegraph.com/bitmex-bitcoin-fund-manager-exit-scams-before-christmas/

Pls stop, there is no such thing as easy money, its either you learn or you quit or else you will keep losing money

Well, once We enter this business industry and decide to invest in any of the project campaigns, that means your money or capital is in between Winning and loss. If you remain to stand here it also means you are willing to lose your money either in trading or investing in the project just as simple as that.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't fall for this YFI / YFII Telegram scam! on: September 02, 2020, 11:00:31 PM
OMG! Telegram apps now are the main home-based of the scammers now. This looks scary, that's why I don't trust any of the airdrops due to it always a trap to get a victim. Although, there are still a few of the legit telegram channels still exist. Thanks for this reminders about this one Sir, need to be more careful about joining in any of the airdrops program.
188  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What I think will be the top cryptocurrencies in 2021 on: September 02, 2020, 10:39:45 PM
In terms of the Father of cryptocurrencies that is BItcoin of course, then the next into Bitcoin is Ethereum, after this Link, Bnb, Busd, Nem, Lend,
Kcs, Waves, Dot, Sc, Dgb, and more, you can check them all at coinmarketcap, coingecko and etc.  But for now, let's enjoy the moment where most of the cryptocurrencies are on cheap price value in the market.
189  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which is a good option?? Trade or Hodl on: September 02, 2020, 10:29:20 PM
Is it better to keep good project coins for holding?
                                or
Trade in spot/ futures market in less leverage.

Before I did project coins for holding, but as time goes by I realized that it's not forever. I found out that the Trade spot is the most effective tool for us to become successful in the end. Because most of the project coins failed to continue their good plan as they have from the start, mostly failed in the end. Unlike, in the Trading spot, you will learn and enhance your skills as well in doing trade.
190  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What advice will you give to a beginner trader? on: September 02, 2020, 10:17:39 PM
Hey,

I would like to know some advice and information which will be really helpful in my trading journey. I have invested $500 for the start and I am willing to learn and invest more.

The advice I gave myself in these 2 weeks is that If any of my coin investment is going low in price, I just need to hold and wait for it to come back at the profit level.

I am sure we have traders here with vast experience.
Really excited to learn new things.

There are a lot of potential cryptocurrencies in the market dude, and you can check at the coinmarketcap. One of the tips that I could give is that if you are thinking long term I think BUSD, LINK, DOT, LEND, XEM, and BNB are the most trusted alts in this field of a business mates. Now if you wanna get some profit in a short period of time I could suggest AG8, LINK, XRP and ETH in my own opinion.
191  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchanges Tokens on: August 28, 2020, 01:33:00 PM
Almost not all token exchange is good in the market, few of them only remain on top in the market like Bnb, Okex, Bibox, Houbi, and more.
And I guess in my own opinion as long as there is a buyer and seller even their exchange has been close the coin remains exist, but I never saw like this happen to any of the exchange so far.
192  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people still fall victim to obvious scam? on: August 28, 2020, 01:20:55 PM
The number one reason is lack of idea or knowledge about what they are entering, second, they are greedy but not saying all of them of course. Sometimes, the scammer itself is good in promises together with hype to their community as well, and many get easily believe in it because of these promises by them.
193  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in NEO now? on: August 27, 2020, 03:12:34 PM

I observe that the NEO coin has been sideways for more than a year in the 0.00156BTC-0.00160BTC range. I want to invest some in this coin. Is this the best price range yet?
Please give me advice. Thank all!

There are a lot of altcoins now in the market on which are better than Neo in my own opinion only.
Try to explore things more about in the top coins in the market by simply checking the coinmarketcap mate, you may find a lot of new coins
that have potentials were it can give us a nice profit in the future I think. But this is just a thought that came from me only,
of course, the final decision still yours.
194  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 8 reasons to start playing blockchain games on: August 27, 2020, 02:59:19 PM
I don't know any blockchain game. Would you please give some examples for good games to test and check if you are saying is good for me!
Try eth town.

https://eth.town/

There is also crypto kitties

https://www.cryptokitties.co/

I haven't played these games but these are the most popular so far that I know. Integration of blockchain games to crypto is one of the thing that I've been waiting for. Everyone dreamed of playing while earning some bucks right?

The Eth town was no longer exists now, while the crypto kitties still active blockchain games type in this field of business.
But this game requires you to invest first before you become a player to these games, I am pretty much sure for this.
Meaning, nowadays it is still hard for now to play games to earn cryptos without investing any amount of money.
195  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No exchange? No Value! on: August 27, 2020, 02:47:50 PM
So I bought an altcoin called batcoin from a cryptocurrency exchange website. I even withdrew all my coins to an offline wallet, because I don't exactly trust exchange websites. However, the exchange it was listed is now gone, due to a hack.

So now I am stuck with coins that have no value.  Undecided

Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

What do you think I should do now?

Based on what I found in Batcoin, these coins was already dead for me due to it's obviously forsaken by the developer and their team as well.
Don't you notice those things? Therefore, even they have an active exchange site platform you can't able to earn well in it too, get it? And beside the success of our trading is in the hand of our choice dude.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need Exchange Info on: August 25, 2020, 02:21:22 AM
Total Noob here.

From what I can glean off of the limited info on buying/trading info out there, and maybe I'm just looking in the wrong places, but it seems I will need about 20 different exchanges with 20 different passwords and 20 different wallets with 20 different passwords to buy/trade the coins I want. Is this accurate?

Why so many hoops to jump through? Why not one, or a couple of exchanges that have every coin out there? Is it for security? Or because it's DeFi?
Some of the exchanges don't even tell you what coins they carry until you go through a 10 step verification process, only to find out they don't deal the coin you want, or do not allow U.S. citizens to trade.
I want to understand and become more involved in the Alt coin market, but man it's frustrating. I'm using coinbase and it's horrible for Alts.
Any help out there for the noob would be very much appreciated.
Thanks!  Smiley

You have so many choices actually, have you try to check the coinmarketcap, in this platform you can see all the top exchange platform in the market. However, you can also use one exchange to trade all the coins you like to trade in, I think Binance is one of the best choices for this mate because almost all coin listed to this platform are potentials and can give a good profit if you are responsible as an individual traders.
197  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple the next bitcoin? on: August 25, 2020, 02:00:39 AM
As we all have seen ripple has been quite strong these past few days and with all that it has done over the past months compared to most other currencies and the launch of xrapid is actually starting to show in its price.
There is so much talk about ripple taking over bitcoin and being 10$ what are your thoughts on this?

I don't think Ripple will be the next Bitcoin, I can only agree with it if Ripple can surpass the price of each Bitcoin together with its volume can surpass. But I can't deny that Ripple is one of the potential cryptocurrency in this field of business industry. Because as far as I know in some other country just like Bitcoin, Ethereum and Bch are also accepted as a mode of payment to their own local exchange.
198  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which are your top 5 coins for HODL? on: August 25, 2020, 01:47:01 AM
What are some of your favorite long term HODL coins?

I particularly have these in my portfolio for HODL:
Bitcoin
Ethereum
Cardano
Tron
Still trying to figure out the fifth one to hold for a long term good return.

Your favorite coins with a bright forseeable future?

Those top coins that are really good to hold in the long term such as follows:

1. Link
2. Busd
3. Xem
4. Ethereum(ETH)
5. Kava

all these are just my choice and best good to hold in the long term.
But of course we had our own  bet in terms of cryptocurrency choices.
199  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BOUNTY PAYMENT MATTERS on: August 25, 2020, 01:35:44 AM
Will it be wise if this forum put up a request that ALL NEW PROJECTS EXPECTING TO RUN BOUNTIES SHOULD PAY A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF FUNDS BEFORE CONDUCTING ANY BOUNTY OR run an ESCROW.
The fund will be use to settle hunters should incase project owners Refuse to pay hunters Or decides to play tricks with hunters payment after a successful bounty campaign. For over a long period, hunters has been crying and wailing about successful campaigns that has refused to make payment. there are new campaigns on-going and more projects will run bounty campaigns sooner or later. the issue of payment is still a lingering problem here with No solid profound solution. Apart from the fact that some projects has the ANN Thread labelled as SCAMS, it is still do not offer solutions to payments.

the idea above is just a suggestion.. we all hope that a perfect solution will solve this issue of projects refusing to settle hunters here and will promote this platform.

Your tips of advice will really be in favor of all bounty hunters to tell you frankly. But this will be difficult to implement here in the forum, because if this is simple probably, this may be applied but that's not what happened. But I do hope the bounty managers who will handle the bounty campaign can bring this to the owner of the ico, ieo project.
200  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Latoken will charge you 5USD monthly, if you are not active. on: August 24, 2020, 05:53:42 AM
Be careful guys, those who hold funds on Latoken exchange and not trading, you will be charged 5USD monthly.
Look they officially send it through email and confirmed on Telegram.

I think that they officially bury themselves.

Form the very start, Latoken is not that good exchange for my own perception. I've seen it many of their coin listed became a piece of shit in the end. And charging 5$ each inactive users is too much, to be honest with you. Unless if La token is like Binance, Okex, Bittrex but it's not!
So, I don't care about their rules anyway.
