761  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have shared about bitcoin on my class on: September 02, 2020, 03:21:02 PM
I really like this, sharing a little about bitcoin will make many people curious about what bitcoin is how it works and how to get it
with curiosity it will create a small scale mass adoption
in my opinion this is the perfect time to share experiences or information about cryptocurrency where currently cassless payments are recommended
762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I like to collect the token on: September 02, 2020, 02:16:03 PM
I've seen a lot of cases from new projects as you said. I also have such a token in my wallet. some from the bounty results, some from buying. and I became a fool when buying tokens that were not developed by the team in the end.
our experience is not much different, right now I have around 130 tokens in my wallet and some of them are worthless and also have a bad price
yes maybe right now we can only hope that the project developer is still continuing the project so that all of our token collections can become valuable collections

764  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: Trading - pemula harus hati hati on: September 01, 2020, 03:10:05 PM

767  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bad projects equals Bad results on: August 30, 2020, 05:24:52 AM
tachyon in my opinion they are on the wrong blockchains because this is what I saw when opening dex exchange waves there was really no large volume and this is one of the reasons I don't like Waves-based projects, that is when the token is generated, the token is automatically entered in exchange dex waves
with a very cheap manufacturing cost and also a very easy token creation, this triggers a good project in waves to be very bad
768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH Gas transactions price is about to hit 300 on: August 30, 2020, 03:37:28 AM
I have also experience that one when I tried to transfer my tokens in an exchange from my MEW account it is asking me for a much higher gas that cost me higher eth. I think they really need to make a real quick move right now and start addressing the crypto enthuasiasts problem or else it will be their lost because it will make many people change different platform/blockchain that cost them small fee.
I also feel it, the ETH gas is too big which makes it a bit difficult for me to make transactions because most of the altcoins are made on ETH blockchains so this has a big impact for me
currently I have switched from ETH and use LTC for transactions because the fees and transaction speeds are better than current ETH blockchains
769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Non DeFi projects starts going DeFi on: August 29, 2020, 07:08:36 PM
there are so many projects that are going defi but not all of them are getting in hype, projects have to keep up with the current development if they want to attract more investors. Its not necessarily a bad thing but not all of them are doing to keep up with the development and some are definitely in just for hype. Make sure to check other things as well.
I think they just follow the market to get hype too and take advantage of this moment by adding a defi, my mind is talking marketing instincts they are turbulent seeing one defi project that is very hype right now
maybe some projects like ripple are very compatible with DeFi but many are not related to DeFi and add to the DeFi ecosystem
770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to know if the project is fake? on: August 29, 2020, 05:55:58 PM
A fake project always has something out of place or fishy. You just need a bit of time to dig out by doing research on that project, check everything from goals, planings, roadmaps, partners, exchanges, teams,... I'm sure if everyone spends their time on said above, they ought to find out a fake project, eventually.
The scam project can also be seen from the quality of editing, other whitepaper references because sometimes they copy the white paper so it's very easy to find, especially the team, you can easily identify fake team photos
The website is also one of the references, namely on professional projects, at least having a website that will not have load errors
771  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What difficulty do you face on trading bitcoin? on: August 29, 2020, 05:26:30 PM
in my country trade is free, and it's not against the rules.
maybe in your country you can trade in a quiet way and without the knowledge of many people. this is in order to make you feel safe in trading

same as me in my county it self trade are free even tho there's some government called "BAPPETI" Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPEBTI)

What difficulty do you face on trading bitcoin? basically is not rules issue is more likely to be emotional issue  Grin when buy cheap and the market dump so hard that's the main problem
maybe we are in the same country but the funny thing is that our views are different about government regulations, actually bitcoin is considered a commodity in my opinion and is illegal because at that time in Bali accepting payments using bitcoin while it collides with government regulations governing currency in force namely the rupiah currency
772  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Think before joining any campaign on: August 28, 2020, 04:24:02 PM
it is just one of many such projects and I have had it many times before
Currently, we must be selective to take a capaign and study it first
so we don't waste time doing work without pay that obviously doesn't even have value
773  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay away from centralized wallets on: August 28, 2020, 03:51:16 PM
After considering carefully, I had decided to buy Ledge Nano S a few days ago and I have good feeling with it, all operations are extremely simple and fast and I feel more secue about my property.
Ledger nano is a safe place to store your cryptocurrency assets
wallet centralization is indeed very helpful and simple but still has many shortcomings including only exchangers that have private keys and are prone to hacking, maybe later there will be a blockchain-based wallet neutralization solution
774  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can ICOs come back in the game? on: August 27, 2020, 03:50:46 PM
ICO is not coming back. That's why i said, ICO is now out of date. Now it is not popular but 2 years ago ICOs were huge popular and maximum projects applied for ICOs. There were softcap and hardcap rules which was impressive but now no such important rules found in IEOs. I being an investor, like to invest in IEO for a good project as it is safer to me.
That's right, the old system doesn't work but this doesn't rule out if there are still many people who like ICOs
In my opinion, ICO and IEO are not much different, namely they still have a high risk, the difference between ICO and IEO is that the IEO is a little safer if the exchanger imposes strict requirements in registering or listing its IEO
775  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I can't wait until I can pay using bitcoin at the supermarket on: August 27, 2020, 03:16:20 PM
it is too beautiful to be true but too risky because there are still many shortcomings of the bitcoin blockchain itself such as transaction speed and expensive transaction fees
Imagine if you pay using bitcoin and the time for the first confirmation of your transaction is 5 minutes then you have to wait for 5 minutes and what happens if your transaction takes up to 20 minutes is very detrimental and a waste of time in my opinion
776  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will "De-Fi" replace traditional banking in the future? on: August 27, 2020, 02:10:18 PM
I don't think so, because the traditional banking system is widely used, thats why it's not that easy to replace it. and I don't think that the banking sector well remains the same in the years to come. I'm sure they will innovate to be able to compete in the Decentralized finance (De-Fi) alternatives. As we have seen today some in the banking industry was already embracing the Blockchain technology in my country commercial Banks was already adopting the Blockchain technology so it means that it can be used both the traditional and present system if we want too.
There may be 2 options, including the bank will fight to prevent the legality of De-Fi or the bank will adopt De-Fi in its system
the fact is that we cannot resist technological developments for the sake of financial advancement so De-Fi will still have to replace traditional banking
but in my opinion most likely traditional bank will adopt blockchains system, De-Fi to get bigger profit
777  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Poll: when will cryptocurrency go mainstream? on: August 26, 2020, 03:06:33 PM
I think cryptocurrency needs two more stages, recognition and regulation
If these two stages have been achieved in my opinion it only takes about 1 year for large-scale mass adoption
This is just what I have in mind that cryptocurrency will become mainstream in the near future between 1-3 years but I hope it will be faster than what I imagined

779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: August 26, 2020, 01:52:25 PM
it seems that right now special education is needed to guide newbies in the world of cryptocurrency or investing so that they can be more selective in making investments or transactions
but failure is the best teacher and the person who falls in the same hole is a person who does not develop and does not know his mistakes so it is not wrong if someone gets a scam if he is new to entry
780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ARE ICOS STILL LEGIT? on: August 26, 2020, 12:38:25 PM
It depends on that project, but some projects that have positive responses, most choose IEO in well-known exchanges, because they will get good demand. If the ICO project received positive reviews from well-known crypto media, it might still be good.
exchangers that hold IEOs are also very influential, this is based on my experience in registering projects to conduct IEO on several exchangers and the requirements for registering IEOs are different, some are very easy and some require project legality etc.
one of the exchangers that is very strict in selecting projects to do IEO is binance
