42  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Anyone been paid by Satominer? on: February 03, 2019, 10:41:39 PM
I found satominer.com, and it looks too easy. But since they only payout at 200,000 ( 2 months work), it would be nice to know they paid before wasting time.
Well, I've seen several withdraw proofs but I think in order to get your payment either you invest or have a  referral who has invested
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP market cap manipulation? on: January 31, 2019, 04:54:40 PM
I don't understand why people can't see what XRP is. I mean it is a token that is generated by the Ripple company that worth ZERO dollars. It doesn't even worth a single cent. Bitcoin as a decentralized and unregulated potential, ethereum has a great decentralized blockchain that allows many features.
But you should look at the other side; ie, banks "in case they tend to adopt a cryptocurrency" they would choose the one that could be easily regulated, stable &  under control , noting that XRP meets these criteria
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP market cap manipulation? on: January 30, 2019, 09:57:46 PM
The market cap of XRP is possibly manipulated at a large scale, published on different crypto news during the last days. In fact, half of the current market capitalization could be faked in favor of XRP. You can read more on cointelegraph: https://cointelegraph.com/news/report-xrp-market-cap-could-be-overestimated-by-billions

Another reason to stay away from XRP.
In fact , XRP is the most mysterious coin in the market , as it could be white, it could be so dark.  From one side it's quite stable because it's centralised, but in the other hand it's unsafe to trade with because of the same reason
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP Ripple confusing discussions. on: January 30, 2019, 09:29:18 PM
XRP cannot be printed, what if bank want to send $100 billion, that means XRP have to be $5 or above so banks can use XRP to send money with xRapid.
I think they will find a way to do it in case they adopte XRP as main currency, but the problem they may face is its centralisation because the owners of Ripple can manipulate it as they want since they possess the big ℅
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH Fork? on: January 16, 2019, 11:25:37 PM
What is the reason for the fork?
When we say FORK, that means a new coin is being produced ( which is basically derived from a mother-coin that existed already ) in order to improve some parameters (that seem to be lacking in the previous coin ) such as : reducing fees & accelerating the confirmation of transactions process, coming up with new features...etc
BTW, if you want to know more about Eth forks that were planned to be achieved in 2019 , you find here a sufficient description of the different forks ( Eth classic vision, Eth nowa, and Constantinople)
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Options for investment in early 2019?! on: January 14, 2019, 11:28:39 PM
rise to the moon.
Rise : maybe
To the moon : forget it ( at least this year )
In addition to what you mentioned ( BTC and Eth ) I'd suggest XRP because as you know it's mostly centralised (owned by the staph behind it ) , and this is the main source of its power since they can prevent it from any eventual sudd fluctuations ; it's also the most stable coin as of now .
You may also look at LTC , it's a good one too
49  Economy / Exchanges / Bittrex Moving Big amounts on: January 11, 2019, 11:28:52 PM
Many worries about the last situation within bittrex which moved considerably funds from long period non-active wallets .
And this was their response

51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Updates on coinbase on: December 18, 2018, 08:08:37 PM
In order to improve user's experience, coinbase is coming up with new features
1) Crypto-to-crypto trading is now live on Coinbase. They posted the following in Twitter “Starting today, you can convert one crypto to another on Coinbase. Conversions are available between bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum Classic (ETC), Litecoin (LTC), 0x (ZRX), or bitcoin cash (BCH).
2) coinbase is adding those new coins : DAI, GNT, MKR and ZIL.
Your thoughts guys??

53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you join ICOs that requires KYC? on: August 03, 2018, 05:27:46 PM
Yes, I do participate in such ICOs  ( as well as in those don't require KYC ) because they give the impression that they are serious & pretend to continue to work with the project in issue.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: LTC follows the BTC trend on: July 26, 2018, 10:23:26 PM
LTC has always shown its uniqueness in market fluctuations even though it's slowly moving & gets seedy gains , in the other hand, it possesses a considerable resistance when coming to blood bath situation
55  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Contest with $30,000 in GUARANTEED PRIZES now live! on: July 18, 2018, 01:03:31 PM
freebitco.in starting to implement so much policy even in bonus redemption using rewards points, I really like freebitco.in but it started to pissed me with those new policies.

Yeah having an option to avoid captcha at a small cost is a real pisser, isn't it?  Grin

It seems to have been a very popular new option with over 800k rolls using the roll with RP option. So a lot of people liked it.
It's better than those boring captcha verifications that you repeat several times before getting the ✔ mark .
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I am going to invest 10BTC to different altcoins on: June 27, 2018, 06:41:48 PM
Crypto train is not missed yet...do researches, choose the right coins / tokens and most importantly choose the right time.
I guess a depth study of the market is mandatory before taking any step, especially with the big amount you tend to invest.
57  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: April 28, 2018, 10:58:20 AM
When you say 'swap' do you mean exchange as in buy or sell one for the other? If so that's the plan.

Yeah, that's what I meant : a kind of instant conversion from one coin to another

Any news about this announcement !!!

Sorry about the delay in payments the last few days, we had a few users making large withdrawals which drained our hot wallets and created a backlog in sending payments out. We have a better hot-wallet refill policy in place now which should hopefully minimize such issues in the future.

A few points to clarify the re-branding:

  • The re-branding and addition of new coins will not happen suddenly, it will be done over a period of a few months and we shall send 3 emails over this time so that pretty much all of our users are aware before the name change.
  • We have the freebitco.in name registered until 2025 so even after the name change, all freebitco.in links will work as usual (no need to change banner or referral links etc.) and everyone visiting freebitco.in will be seamlessly directed to the new website with a message informing them of the re-brand.
  • All coins will have all of the features that bitcoin has but I am yet undecided about the lottery (maybe it will be a combined one with the prize paid out in the currency of the users choice)
  • Users will be able to claim only 1 coin every hour to begin with but hopefully I can increase the limits eventually.

The re-brand is part of a process to make freebitco.in more than just a faucet. My plan is to implement a no-KYC shapeshift.io style exchange after the rebrand to enable users to exchange between coins instantly. I feel like we have outgrown the freebitco.in name and the rebrand will allow us to do a lot more stuff without people associating the website with being just a faucet which somewhat restricts our growth now.
And let me suggest this : adding swap option ( Eth <=> BTC ) would be appreciated , right ??
