4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Most ICO don't show the investment wallet address? on: July 13, 2018, 06:58:25 AM
Yes, I have seen many projects hiding their contact address and not showing it openly. That is a red flag indeed. They may be hiding it maybe because they are not recieving enough funds as expected.
Hiding token metrics is a bad thing in my opinion. I ll never invest in such a project.
Some may be hiding because of fear of regulation also, but anyway it's a red flag.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin mining is costly... on: July 13, 2018, 06:55:09 AM
Yes, bitcoin mining is costly indeed. It is estimated that average Global mining cost per btc is around $4K. So people are speculating that btc won't go below 4K ever again. PoW mining systems consumes a lot of electricity, that is why newer projects are aiming for better models like POS. But the difficulty to mine coins like BTC will indeed make it valuable in the future.
Lesser supply, greater demand, that's it.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Awareness is the biggest influence. on: July 13, 2018, 06:50:07 AM
Through proper awareness only we can reach mass adoption. Still less than 1% of population only heard about cryptocurrencies. And not even 0.002% invested.
Many considers cryptos as Ponzi schemes and juacoids them. Proper marketing will introduce big money flow indeed.
Also there are bad news like, exchange hacks, ICO scams etc that prevents fresh Money from flowing in. Regulation may help to some extent.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH or NEO in 5 years on: July 12, 2018, 05:09:55 PM
I believe in Both ETH and NEO. They are possibly the best hold for long term. Both are actually competitors, but both will do good I guess. ETH is adopting new technologies like sharding and Plasma very soon that will solve the scalability issues. Also the no. Of developers in ETH Network is increasing exponentially.
NEO on the other hand is down a lot from its ATH, so is a great buy now. With more and more ICOs coming up in NEO Platform, they will do good.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty signature campaign on: July 12, 2018, 05:05:55 PM
Social media campaigns generally have a lot of participants and will have lesser payout. Signature campaigns are the best way to earn some money from bounties. But rank is a problem. Higher the rank, greater is the reward. For example Legendary members get higher rewards. But anyway, if you work hard jr members will also good good rewards
Wearing Avatar is not possible for lower ranks I guess. I m not sure with that though.
9  Other / Off-topic / Re: world cup 2018 on: July 12, 2018, 04:18:05 PM
I think France will win easily. Croatia is indeed a good team, but France is super strong. Their young blood will definitely win it. Their attacking and counterattack IMG strategies are executed pretty well. The speed and agility of young players like Mbappe are the strength of France.
Actually I didn't expect Croatia to reach the finals. I expected England to win, but Croatia played well.
But it all depends on the day, let's get ready for a good game.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IBM Signs $740M Deal With Australian Gov’t to Use Blockchain for Data Security on: July 12, 2018, 04:12:13 PM
Good news indeed. I have also seen a lot of big companies entering the blockchain field. Blockchain is indeed a revolutionary project and will find a lot of use in the near future. As cryptocurrencies are backed by blockchain technology, as the technology hmgets accepted, the value will also rise.
Big companies are understanding the use of Blockchain and will indeed help in mass adoption.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good time to invest in an ICO? on: July 11, 2018, 05:12:45 PM
If you are looking for an ICO for long term hold, this may be a good time. As most ICOs are pegged with ETH and ETH is down a lot compared to its ATH. So if when ETH recovers, it will be basically a double profit. Take a note that ETH may also go further down.
If you are looking for a quick flip to make money from ICO's, it's not recommended at present situation as the market looks pretty bearish.
If u find any hyped icos it ll be good for flip.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who dump coins early; Bounty hunters or ICO investors? on: July 11, 2018, 03:53:30 PM
Nowadays we can see a lot of coins going down below ICO price right after the release. Mainly it causes because of not being listed on a good volume exchange. If the ICO had a bounty campaign, it is possible that the bounty hunters are dumping. They got the tokens free, so will possibly sell at any availabile rate.
It's also possible that the private and presale buyers got bonuses, which may be the reason for dump.
Finally, the market is bearish, so all projects are affected.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Will you still use MEW? on: July 11, 2018, 02:07:51 PM
Actually MEW was not hacked. An extension named Hola was the one which was hacked. But it is still a concern and MEW immediately made a statement to withdraw all funds. No losses of funds where reported.
A similar incident with MEW also happened few months ago also. Hardware wallets are indeed the safest one. Even though online wallets are easy to use, they are prone to vulnerability. So better to use hardware wallets.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: India banned bitcoin but I don’t want to quit bitcoins ?? on: July 11, 2018, 01:56:36 PM
India didn't ban bitcoin yet dude. They only halted cryptocurrency to INR withdrawals and deposits. You can still hold those in Indian wallets like Zebpay. If you are concerned you can also transfer those currencies to other international wallets or exchanges like binance.
The supreme court of India has a hearing scheduled on 20th July. A good news in expected then.
If by any case, they bans crypto you can also withdraw crypto to Fiat using P2P exchanges like localbitcoins.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATMs Worldwide on: July 11, 2018, 11:46:55 AM
Great find indeed. In my country there is only one Bitcoin ATM at the moment. Some Asian countries like Japan has a large number of bitcoin ATMs. It's indeed good for the whole cryptocurrency industry as a whole. The fees they charge are a bit high though. But as more and more users get involved in crypto, there will be more and more ATMs and fees will probably reduce. Government regulations are a good thing for mass adoption I believe.

17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrop !! is it worth it ! on: July 05, 2018, 05:44:38 PM
Airdrops are mainly done for advertising and promotion. Most often we get only like few dollars worth coins. But anyway it's free, so it's a good thing. I personally don't prefer airdrops that asks for KYC verification.
Most of the new Airdrop projects are scam indeed, so before applying it will be good to take a thorough look at the project.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you long term or short term? on: July 05, 2018, 05:41:42 PM
I m indeed for the long term. But will try to take out profits regularly. The future of Cryptocurrencies are still uncertain. Majority believes that it ll success. Me too believes the same. Atleast it's proved that blockchain is a revolutionary technology. So let's hope for the best.
Make sure you invest only that you can afford to loose. Also try to take out profits whenever possible. Greed may ruin everything.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain project Effect.AI ($EFX) takes on M-Turk giant on: July 05, 2018, 02:56:38 PM
