Hi Projects, I'm very glad to see your offer. However I would really prefer to use escrow for this trade. I'm new, and this is a lot of money for me. I was under the impression that bitmit charges the seller for the service and not the buyer. If you're worried I simply don't have the tickets, I can show them to you beforehand.

Also on Bitmit I have the two one gift card, asking $45. For simplicity's sake I'm trying to sell the cards as codes for online orders. However the Target card is not scratched, and if it'd smooth out the deal I'd be just as happy to mail it to any US address at no extra charge. $50 is possible, but it seems unlikely. Something really dramatic would have to happen to make it drop that far.

Mtgox is a bottleneck for sure, but I don't think the volatility will be going away even if a bunch of good alternatives show up. It won't get much better until more businesses start to accept bitcoin.
