1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China is blocking all the Crypto-Currency Exchange sites and ICOs on: February 16, 2018, 11:45:30 AM
The government can block any sites they want however people in china will always find ways and means to still trade. We can always use VPN's to be able to access to trading sites. Chinese can still continue with their trading but with much caution as this could be illegal already and anytime they are already being tracked by the government and could potentially loose all their earnings.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese New Year 2018: Will this effect the markets? on: February 15, 2018, 02:25:30 PM
There can be a possibility if we look at the Chinese culture. Most Chinese does not want to sell before or during the new year for good luck. So i guess most of the chinese are holding on to their coins right now, but soon after the chinese new year you should see some movement of coins due to chinese either selling them or buying them which then affects the whole crypto economy.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Ripple considered as potential coin? on: February 15, 2018, 01:03:26 PM
Ripple is a stable coin, making it a potential coin to lead the race of altcoins. Being stable gives us more security on our investments, as well as still keeping our transactions still anonymous. Ripple also has low transaction fees and the network is not congested not like bitcoin which fees are so outrageous.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now even Super Mario has it's coin you can collect on: February 15, 2018, 12:54:10 PM
Anything can be integrated in the blockchain technology, so I would not wonder enough why Super Mario has already his own set of coins. Anyone with sufficient budget can literally start their own set of altcoins. It all now depends on the implementation on each of the coins to be successful in the market. There are a lot of coin that has also failed due to lack of implementation and road maps. I just hope super mario coin will be one of those coins we will be looking at in the future.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Dogecoin legit? on: February 13, 2018, 07:39:34 PM
Yes Dogecoin is legit and a good alternative to escape from paying outrageous transaction fees from bitcoins, or other currencies. You can always convert your coins to Doge then convert it back again to BTC or ETH when you are ready to withdraw, in this way you will just be paying a small amount of transaction fee. The prices of Doge is quite stable so it is easier to manage when transferring from coins to other coins as you can easily determine the price.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain in Healthcare? Positive or Negative? on: February 13, 2018, 05:00:19 PM
Blockchain in Healthcare is a positive approach especially when it comes to protecting the rights of the patient. This technology can be used by insurances for faster transaction times as well as processing of claims. I am currently working in one of the major Insurances in the US and in one of their discussions they are considering blockchain in the daily processing of their claims and other stuff. So blockchain is already the future of almost everything not only on the healthcare sector but could be beneficial in any sector of our life.

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mining on Mobile Phone on: February 05, 2018, 10:26:27 AM
For now mining on mobile phones are not worth it. Yes you can still earn and mining is possible but using your expensive phone just to mine a few coins is not worth the risk. But if you are one of those youtubers who gets a free phone to review each time a new phone comes out in the market, I could say I would give it a shot. Since the the device costs is $0 as it is given for free to review then earn a few dollars from it being idle. But since crypto currencies are booming now, I should say that those phone companies are already looking to innovate their phones in order to mine coins. I saw samsung lately trying out to mine coins using a bunch of galaxy S5, so I guess samsung or other companies are already looking at a possibility to create a phone that would be profitable at mining. It might not be this year but we should see some new technologies in the coming years and this could be on of the breakthroughs of mobile mining.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it Ripple buy time? on: February 05, 2018, 10:17:53 AM
Ripple is a bit low last month as well as First week of February. I should say it is considerably a good sign to buy, Ripple is a coin with a lot of potential. You may try and invest your $2k and you may gain around 20% profit in the coming weeks. But that is my speculation. You can follow me or just decide on your own. After all that is your money.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can someone explain me why all of them are going down? on: February 02, 2018, 12:19:09 PM
This is to prepare us for a big pump that is coming up. They should dump so people will panic selling their coins at a lower amount and those whales keep buying them until it will be scarce again with the supply. Then whales will start to sell at a high price and gain more profit. These is my speculation though could be true or not but most probably it should be true.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid of hackers? on: February 02, 2018, 12:15:36 PM
Of course! I am afraid of hackers hacking my coins or account, who isn't? Just the mere thinking that someone is trying to steal something from you is alarming and must be prevented. That's why you should secure yourself from the hackers, that is your responsibility. For those site who where hacked it should be the sites developers / Owners should be held responsible. But most reported sites that were hacked I am quite skeptical on those sites, it could be they just declared they were hacked so they can run with your coins stored at their sites, that is a big possibility.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So how will be the market in February? on: February 02, 2018, 12:10:53 PM
Since BTC already reach $7k today, there is a big chance it will dip to $5k or lesser down to $3k before it goes up again. If we base it from the previous year's data, BTC was about $3k before it started to go up. So I guess it should be the same this year. Be ready to buy when it reaches $5k or less.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin going to hit 5000 USD ? on: February 02, 2018, 12:06:57 PM
Since it reached $7k today there is a big chance it will reach $5k or lower, I would say $3k at least, then it should start to rise again. I am waiting for BTC to hit $5k before I start buying again.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why is Bitcoin BTC falling today? Will it continue to fall? on: February 02, 2018, 11:59:54 AM
Since BTC has already reached $7k now, This will go down until $5k before it will go up again. Before I only predicted it to go down until $8k but since it is still going down until now, There is a lot of reason for me to think it will reach $5k but not lower than that. For those who have bitcoins bought when it was like $15k hold on to those coins and do not panic sell those coins it will go back to $15k in the coming months.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Making Money on: February 01, 2018, 05:04:16 PM
How exactly does the money making process work?  You buy some cryptocurrency for a certain price then sell it for a higher price and the difference is the money you've made?  This would mean that the money you've made is still in terms of cryptocurrency.  Then can that money be converted into the whatever kind of cash your country uses?  How does it work?

If you are trading altcoins, it should be traded to bitcoins first before it is converted to fiat currency. Depending on which country you are in there should be like online wallets wherein they buy your bitcoin and exchange you directly with fiat currency depending on what is their current buying rate. Also check if they accept other alts such as ETH directly to fiat currency and that is the time you can take out your profit as cash.
