Last week schedule was supposed to be [30th April - 6th May], but since Decibels bounty campaign ended on 2nd May, we only counted posts between 30th April and 2nd May.

Il faut comprendre un truc, c'est que quand je n'ai pas d'information à donner, je ne donne rien. C'est aussi simple que ça.
Je suis en contact étroit avec chacune des teams des projets pour lesquels je travaille.

Pour Stockus, il s'est avéré que c'est une team qui n'a aucun respect pour personne (je n'en dirais pas plus). La vente n'a jamais eu lieu donc il n'y a aucun token à distribuer pour le moment. Si un jour ils décident de sortir de leur trou et de s'y mettre, là on pourra peut-être distribuer les tokens.

J'arrête de communiquer avec les teams quand je vois qu'ils ne sont pas preuve d'honnêteté, ou qu'ils essaient de me cacher quelque chose. C'est donc la raison pour laquelle certaines campagnes sont en mode "silence", c'est-à-dire zéro communication. En d'autres termes, passez votre chemin et ne perdez plus votre temps. C'est comme ça et je ne peux rien y faire; je suis juste un manager et en aucun cas un distributeur. Donc, s'il y a bien une personne à ne pas blâmer (même si ça en amuse certains ici ), c'est le bounty manager. Si vous n'êtes pas payés, nous non plus, et vous n'avez pas idée du temps qu'on a investi dans ces campagnes pour au final être traité n'importe comment par des gens à qui on a accordé beaucoup. Shit happens.

Pour terminer, le marché des campagnes de bounty c'est très incertain. Il ne faut pas considérer les choses comme acquises avant d'avoir reçu les tokens sur son wallet, d'où la fameuse règle (très claire d'ailleurs, elle est inscrite depuis le début) sur la campagne Jinbi. C'est soft-cap ou nada.


Quand tu m'envoies un MP, ce serait bien de checker mon profil avant, où il est clairement inscrit qu'il ne faut pas s'attendre à une réponse rapide de ma part. Les participants des campagnes de bounty pensent souvent qu'ils sont seul au monde... or c'est loin d'être le cas. C'est 100 PM par jour mini pour ma part, et avec des journées qui ne font que 24 heures, tu comprendras que ça peut prendre un peu de temps pour répondre à tout le monde.

Si le problème est extrêmement urgent, tu me contactes sur Telegram. Si c'est pour un changement d'adresse, tu postes ta demande sur le thread de la campagne bounty adéquate et le changement sera fait rapidement.
Si c'est un problème de stakes, tu m'envoies le PM et tu prends ton mal en patience, en considérant que, de toute façon, s'il y a vraiment une erreur, elle sera réglée.

Pour la question des stakes, c'est simple: les analyses sont faites très régulièrement en privé mais jamais postées avant la fin, car les participants sont tous sauf rationnels. Tu regardes dans n'importe quel thread, les gens ne sont pas contents, pourrissent tes threads, te spamment de partout parce qu'ils considèrent que tu as oublié de compter 10 RT qu'ils ont fait... Donc pour éviter cette avalanche de pleurnicheurs (en apparence ), je ne poste que les résultats à la fin. C'est comme ça que je fonctionne depuis longtemps et ça ne risque pas de changer.


Comme dit plus haut, je ne communique pas quand je n'ai rien à dire.
Quand il est très clair que la team du projet est une bande d'escrocs, je poste une annonce et je lock le(s) thread(s) (cf. Gizer); sinon, je laisse les threads ouverts sans communiquer jusqu'à que de nouvelles informations me parviennent.
