Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can SHIB rise to 0.1?

Its funny to get back on here and see the same useless discussions as years ago.
Thing is, Shiba is, just like DOGE, a memecoin. DOGE hitting massive heightes just like Shiba these days and in the last months is impressive. Thats perfectly fine, they are having their hype, but what exactely stays after the hype more than a group who keeps memeing about the memecoins? What is the worth of these coins if it wasnt for the hype?
If you think it is realistic, in which crypto-dominated future ever that may be, that Shiba is able to reach a marketcap (.1$ would be as stated 50t$+) HIGHER than the whole US Stock Market (currently 48t+) and therefore 20x the current TOTAL Crypto Marketcap, then you are all quite lost.. sorry to say.. this is not about standing a chance or "who knows how quick and well crypto grows and gets developed in the next 5, 10 or 20 years", this is simply absurd.

Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it true bitcoin will fall to the leve of $1800 or $1500 ?

Guys, the crash from 20k to 8k mightve been a big hit, but you also need to recognise the timespan in which it evolved from 8k to 20k, and that was a matter of 2 months with advertising and hype support across all channels/news... Even IF positive news hit now and the price doesnt instantly hope back to xx k$, it might just imply that the 20k$ were just an overhyped price that corrected to the 7-9k range.. and itll take a few more months and a little more market maturity for btc and the whole market to climb back to former heights naturally.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are airdrops profitable? Well, REBELS answer!
|
on: February 03, 2018, 05:53:33 PM

How is this thread-worthy?
I mean you ask whether Airdrops are profitable?! Yes, some are - many are not and simply shitcoins and scam.
And then you describe the REBL coin with "ERC 20 token" "airdrop in december" - which is as good info as none.
I mean cmon, DYOR... "REBELS" aka. holders (is more accurate i guess?!) - what exactely do you expect from them? that they tell you its a shitcoin? that it might not grow in value or that it will die? certainly not ......
If you believe in it, buy it, hold it, whatsoever.

This catch is as lucky as if you got 1 or 2 btc from some sort of referral/bounty program back in 2010 or so ... Really Airdrops are trash most of the time, simply a way to deistribute tokens and make em known withhin holders out there, so the creator can make good use of manipulating the price and while lots of people participate in selling their few coins, the market will eventually expand and there will be a bunch of buyers as well the creators can dump their token to .. and let it die eventually

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: People paying $1200 for 1 Ethereum are crazy... You only get rich buying CHEAP

So I made x30 with Verge and Tron. Also made x20 with some other coins. I like to buy cheap and sell for a great price and I made a little fortune in only a few months.
Now I look at ETH. Its very high. Why people would buy it now? Before you ever make a dollar all the people that bought ETH for $5, $10 or even $0.25 will cash out their thousands of ETH. Its a classic pyramid scheme.
Is there any alternatives to ETH that are still cheap today? I really like Metaverse and its very, very cheap. They just hired more programmers too and are stepping up their game, so it might get really big. Is there any others than Metaverse that could be the next Neo or ETH?
Neo is not that bad at $150 even because I think it might grow as huge as ETH is now, so meaning it would get maybe to $1000. Thats not a huge profit if it works out, its *8. But its better than buying ETH at least.
Anyway.
Any good alternatives to NEO and ETH that are still cheap like Metaverse (its at 100m market cap)?
Can be from china or japan or any other country... THANKS!
You should buy Tron, its only a few cents and Verge, its also so damn cheap, can buy thousands of those instead of 1 ETH or so... Just saying. And here, a Coin that is only a few cents AND there are only 400k coins out there: https://www.worldcoinindex.com/coin/ludumBuy this, it will definitely give you the desired gains!!! btw. I think your thought process is quite limited on the crypto topic. If youre after quick gains or meny % ROI, just trade short term with smaller coins, thats higher risk higher reward! Putting your money on ETH surely wont give you 500% gains withhin a week, but maybe withhin a year or 2 and therefore much more steady and safe than buying a shitcoin that is being hyped. Anyway Im sure youre looking for the real deal that could get up there with NEo and ETH, but tbh, if we knew - we would all be rich soon, wouldnt we? edit: btw. there are I think more than half of the top100 coins?! built on the ethereum platform, I am pretty sure this Coin has so much more potential, especially seeing the market grow at this monthly/yearly rate.

"NEO is a safer harbor than ETH" care to explain? this doesnt make much sense to me at all - I mean you can be more of a NEO fanboy than ETH, but that still is a weird statement. Looking at the crypto world right now, I dont think ETH can be beaten right here, not saying NEO is not a great opportunity and platform itself.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If people stop buying bitcoin

Im still shocked by this thread and discussion being started by a 500 post member in here.. This is like.. the fundamental of any given market, and obv in crypto.. demand and supply - if demand drops to zero, do the math.. I mean, OP cant possibly be serious about this, can he..?
