Website is very good now, https://arizn.network/it looks better and work faster now. 39 days - 05 hours - 27 minutes still remain until ICO ends. I noticed that too, Thanks for the update, Arizn crowdfunding project has good reputation,I believe on that,that's why they already raised $2 million as their project funds. They raised that amount because investors already know that Arizn project was good and become successful crowdfunding platform. Thanks for the update,im very satisfied on the development of arizn I’ve been monitoring their progress and it seems that they are in the right path,besides they already sold $2 million dollars in their private sale thats one great thing I’ve notice since the first time I saw this project i hope they succeed. Wow, its just a month and 9 days before it ends. But I guess it has already gain a lot of funding and support by now so it really is expected that the project's ICO will end fast. That why I come up on this trend and wait what game they will be offering and may be giving on us. Definitely they will give powerful games that was very difficult to level up and rank on. I’m excited on this, my expectation is going up now than before. In the other hand, TrustLogics has its own company trusted recruiters so it only depends on the employer or company if they will conduct another interview or not. Of course, it is a given that TrustLogics will choose the best suitable person for the job. I think that it must be natural for the place where the jobseeker is residing in to include the information on their virtual resumés. I think for me trust logic will only give way or being used as a bridge to a company and job seekers to make the hiring process more efficient. I guess this project is one of the solution of a huge hiring problems in our industry. It is the project vision to support the individuals and the institution in finding the right person to the industry in able for the country to be more productive and everyone will have a job and profit in their work. Trust logics is the project for the people who are in need of jobs immediately, they can use the platform to connect to multiple companies for their desired work and be able to validate their application by means of their skills and other talents that will be needing in the company, it serves as a bridge to the employees and employer world wide, I hope it can be world wide. I hope Trustlogics will be available worldwide, too. This platform is really one of a kind, fits in any work-related application or process. Trustlogics took away largely the unnecessary or stumbling block in the hiring industry. Yes, I believe that they will be expanding as soon as they finish their 12 months pilot testing of the project. More and more people will appreciate what Trustlogics is doing. Its like a job site platform with background checking. It will save cost for companies. We know that trustlogics platform can able to provide the right job for the right profile, that is the best feature here for me... But what if a company offer a job that fit for a jobseeker profile and then the company will hired him/her soon but then the salary of the said job is below on what jobseekers desired, if is good to reject that job and don't accept it? It's good for a jobseeker not to accept that job if they know that the salary they'll receive will not be enough to support all their needs as well as their family even if that job is right for their profile... Because this will be a big reason for them to leave the company and resign to search for a new job... The final decision is in the jobseeker if he accepts the job given to him or not. At first he knew that the salary was small and it did not fit the needs of his family do not accept the job. Some companies really even if you are qualify for their job the salary are so low. This probably the cure of the hiring system in the whole world. In the Philippines, we used to apply in different companies and we outstandingly do that every time until we get some job. I was thinking how about the person that haven't experience applying any specific job. Thanks to this project rather platform that we will not applying now again and again on different companies we used to do every single time, all we need to do is browse and wait until we get some.
Most of the Filipino are adept on this kind of applying, most of them photocopy several copies of their VC and biodata's just to manually pass it to different company and walk in application just to make sure they will land a job. Yes. And do you know how much it cost to photocopy and how many pages do they need to photocopy? They will have to make copies of all their supporting documents and they’re a lot and to think these applicants are jobless, no money but they have to do this in a hope of finding job. Sad. Relate. I remember when i was still a fresh grad and i can't remember how much i spend just to photocopy my documents and also.lots of resumes to submit to different companies and not to.mention of course, travel and food allowance and in addition, the time you spent in applying. It is so funny right, when you compare the hardships before in applying and now, you can even apply without leaving hime, because you can apply through online. And in addition..before if the company has vacant jobs, there is not too.much adverstisement on jobs, you just rely to friends working there to peers or sometimes you have to try your luck and go to every company and ask if there are vacancies. Job seekers now are more blessed compare before. Yea. Now technology is making people lazy and fat. 😁 Just kidding. You are right man, no need to get up early in the morning, fall in line, commute and endure hunger in waiting. With trustlogics, it will be easy for us, I hope they will be available in my country too in case one day i need to reapply. This is the best. At you convenient time and place you can just click your mouse and relax. We owe it all to Trustlogics. And you can just lay down your credentials and wait for notifications to come that you’ve been chosen. What a wonderful world. This is funny. Before we are chasing job opportunities. We need to do as needed, as as asked, do as required. Now is the twist of the procedures. We just present out profiles and wait and relax. Someone interested will just notify us if they want us to work with them. Yeah, and this makes me smile and to the extent that you will not anymore apply to different companies, you just register to TrustLogics and file in your datas and pronto, the companies will be the one to look for suitable applicants..it is turn around of events. Exactly chesed4u. No more long processing, no more provision of too many papers. You can just do the normal thing in your daily life and wait for notification for your hiring. Many Filipinos will be glad because this project was created, Trustlogics will be a solution to speed up the job search process. We do not need many copies of our resumes to be provided to different companies and we can save a lot of time and especially money. Great comfort to all those looking for a job. |

Well,,its true because trustlogics are widely market to almost jobseeker ,,but I want to know to this system of trustlogics, if will have age limit for jobseeker? because in my country traditionally,some online job company will have age limit for their jobseeker,,like age limit will belong to 18-30 years old only. I think, the Trustlogics does not look at the age, there are some companies even if you are an old man or a young as long as you are work smoothly you can steel work. I dont think that the trustlogics have an age limit. Well that is depends on the company, but in the TrustLogics i think they are not concern about the age of the people, they are just the one who validate of the personal data of the applicant. Some company allows applicants even they are at the middle ages, as long as they can do their job well its enough. I agree with you, the project of trustlogics is not based on job-seeking age but if you have the characteristics, knowledge and skills they can accept you for a job. Because more countries do not look at age of the person, but they still help older applicants to have the work they deserve and what they can do. |

This project will surely be successful because of its vivid platforms that help both jobseekers and recruiters. It's really a big help especially in my country which millions of people are jobless, all they have to do is to provide some information and if they meet the recruiter's standard, then viola! They'll have a job. And there's no need to worry because the information that is provided by the jobseeker to the validator is controllable by the jobseeker which is good, also the information is secure and safe from scammers who uses other people's information in a wrong way just to benefit themselves. Yes indeed. This project is helpful but I don't think that all of the jobless people in your country can have a job. I don't mean to offend you but the recruiter will simply select the jobseeker and they are in favor to those who reaches their expectation and also we can't deny the fact that out of those million of people in your country only few will be selected since ther will be lots of applicant from other country that fits more in the position. That's true, you just say the truth and can be happen to anyone of jobseekers. There is a possibility that they will not get the job they want. Many people are looking for jobs in different parts of the country may be more appropriate than other applicants or jobseekers. |

I just want to ask. What if I have something deficiency such as physical disabilities. Do I have also a different steps on applying using trustlogics application? Because I think person with disabilities are the primary concern whenever there is a company that hires employee.
Thank you Roukawa for raising an important matter that has usually been forgotten. Based on the whitepaper, as far as I know there is no specific detail about PWD candidates. But, raising this matter might serve a starting point for Trustlogics about PWD hiring. I do mot think or cannot even think of a single problem that may arise off of this matter because clearly, as long as the people who have disabilities regardless of the type are still capable to work or have the qualities that companies or employers are looking for, I think they will be accepted. Some companies say that hiring PWD creates a positive environment in the workplace. Staff become better individuals because they learn to understand more and become more compassionate. For sure, PWDs have place in Trustlogics! Yes. I do believe and have the same thoughts about people with disabilities. Having equal rights woth the normal people because they are also human beings that have minds and emotions. They too can learn a huge number of things not any leass than that of a normal human being because they are still capable pf things that they can do and are great on theor foelss. Heop thos reachec hearts. Pwd still have a chance to work on some office and do office work like normal people do. I think that they still have a room for trustlogic to feature the jobs for disabled people. They are just like us grinding every day to give our family their food or needs and so I think they should have a chance to get a work not only on trustlogic platform but also in our community. They will for sure have jobs like that also. Works that will not require physical activities like office works. Actually most of the jobs found online are typing jobs, or office works. All the time will sitting in front of your computer. That would be nice if Trustlogic will provide this kind of opportunity for the less fortunate applicants. It will actually depend on what the job needs and what are the qualifications of the applicant e.g. there are many licensed massage therapist in the US and CA as well as some EU countries who are disabled (usually impaired vision or blind). They work because they are qualified and actually best suited for the job. Not all the time they are the primary concern guys. Lets be practical, If you are the CEO of the company and the job is maybe need skills that complies hard jobs, do you think disabled person can handle it. I'm not against on what you are thinking guys but lets think about the future of the company not self-pity. I wouldn't actually expect any job offers for disabled people abroad not unless they really have the specialty on the field that are being required. But i believe that disabled people who has good computer skills or programming skills is on a better edge compared to those job applicants that are looking for a job that is not inclined in computers works. yes i agree that we might not see an ad saying we are accepting people with disabilities, but it doesn't mean that they won't, we should remember that trustlogics is here so that all kinds of people who are looking for a job will have chance to find one, and that criteria are based on qualifications of job candidates. You are right, in my opinion they should be given equal consideration to normal applicants and also pwd. Even if there is a lack in their physical body they are more determined in life to do their job well. If they are suitable for a company looking for, why do not give them a chance. There may be some work waiting for them to be seen or given by trustlogics for job seekers with physical disabilities. |

All jobseeker you should know that hiring is the best is not always easy.
In fact the recruitment process is a tough one because, more often than not, the right person for the job will be someone completely unexpected.
Always consider it to your self, but there is Trustlogics give us a chance to make it better.
That's right, especially here in my country its very hard for the applicants to accept in every hiring company, even you came from well known school university, I guess Trustlogics can do something about here in my country anyway. Finding jobs in our country is very difficult too much process you will deal with it. Even if you know that you deserve a job position you want to go to, you will often not be accepted or sometimes rejected, even if you have a nice background on your previous employment. They take prioritized applicants are recommended by others or they known. hopefully the trustlogics will be the solution to this kind of problem in our country. |

If he terminated his job, would it relate to Trustlogics? can he be downplayed or depending on the grounds of the reason for his satisfaction? What
if you were convicted criminal? do you still have to apply thru Trustlogics?
A person with criminal records will definitely have a hard time looking for a job, but it's still worth a shot to try and pass a resume. Some employers still give chances to an ex convict, and these kinds of employers we can never tell, but if someone who has a criminal record would be able to find one on Trustlogic then that must be fate and a blessing from someone who is starting to make a new life again. You're right, it's hard for people to have criminal records to find a good job because some companies do not accept such applicants. But I think you should not agree or based with their past because we do not know why they did that. The trustlogicS can also help them get a right job they may have criminal records, but they have completed studies, have degrees and they are more knowledgeable and capable in life. |
