Hi guys! Newbie to the forums here. I've heard of bitcoin years before but only recently tried "investing" in it due to the ease in conversion between PHP to bitcoins via coins.ph. (I don't mind the hefty fees so much since I've only bought bitcoins.) Currently unemployed (reviewing for the Nov. bar) so I am currently using whatever allowance my parents give me as my bitcoin investment capital.  Cheesy

I hope to profit from the advice of the more-experienced investors here.  Smiley Let's all have fun investing in bitcoin (which I believe, is the future of technology and finance).

I'm planning a long-term buy-and-hold approach as well. Currently using coins.ph now and I still can't decide what the cut-off amount I should arrive at before I buy a hardware wallet like Ledger Nano S (maybe when/if I reach 1 bitcoin? 2 bitcoins?) I'm assuming anything less than 1 bitcoin  I can just "safely" leave with coins.ph. I haven't heard of the coins.ph servers being hacked in the past (so far).

From what I've seen online, https://coinzin.com seems to be the legit authorised distributor covering the Philippines (but is based in Singapore). At S$105 (PHP3966), not including shipping yet, I think, the price seems decent. The lowest prices from Amazon are WAY higher, i.e. more than a hundred US dollars (PHP5000+) each.
