No, the market have the big dump recently, the market price have keep continue to dropped almost 3 weeks, if you have bought the coins in the highest price, you should hold it for the market return, anyway better to sell it to cut your loss.

It base of your price buy the coins, if you bought it in last year, I think you have lost a lot of money in it, it no doubts to hold it for the market grow again, if you bought it in this month, I will cut loss immediately.

This question is depend in the project team, they can easy to listing in the small exchange, but it will not have enough trading volume, if they want to list in the bigger exchange, like Binance or Yobit need to pay the listing fee, and not all the project will pay it.

This crazy in this year, all the investors have to disappointed at this moment, the market have not any growth since the 2017, after that all year is red in this year, I have so regret invest the crypto all the time.
