Мы стремимся быть максимально открытыми, поэтому каждые две недели будем предоставлять отчеты о ходе разработки биржи.
За период с 27 августа по 10 сентября, мы улучшили ряд функций, благодаря чему увеличили безопасность и юзабилити биржи:
1. Пароли стали надежнее!
Риски взлома ваших аккаунтов максимально снижены благодаря усовершенствованию генератора паролей: теперь в список символов для паролей добавлены не буквенно-цифровые символы. Это существенно усложняет задачу злоумышленникам при попытке атаки.
2. Доступен полный список стран для выбора гражданства.
Мы дополнили список стран, и теперь любой пользователь при регистрации может выбрать свою страну и указать гражданство.
3. Установлены минимальные лимиты сделок для каждого инструмента.
Минимальные лимиты будут отображаться в валюте котировки, благодаря чему пользователям сразу доступна информация об ограничениях в оперировании торговым активом.
4. Устранен баг в списке ордеров пользователя.
Недавно пользователи сообщили о проблеме: при отмене одного из выставленных ордеров, отменяются все остальные. Баг был оперативно устранен – приглашаем тестировать!
5. Устранены уязвимости TradingView.
Веб-сервис TradingView, поставщик онлайн-графиков для бирж, сообщил об уязвимостях своего программного обеспечения. Команда Serenity.Exchange оперативно обновила библиотеки TradingView, благодаря чему обезопасила биржу и пользователей от возможных взломов.
6. Настроена автоматическая проверка изображений документов.
Для прохождения верификации KYC необходимо предоставить фото документов в форматах jpg и png. Теперь сервер Serenity автоматически проверяет форматы документов до загрузки и отклоняет файлы с неподходящим разрешением. Таким образом, устранен риск загрузки вредоносных файлов и повышена устойчивость Serenity.Exchange к внешним угрозам.
7. Устранено «лишнее» уведомление о потере подключения к чату.
Это уведомление возникало беспричинно и вводило пользователей в замешательство. Баг устранен.
8. Добавлен favicon для web-версии биржи.
Небольшое эстетическое обновление: добавлена иконка Serenity.Exchange в строке загрузки сайта.

Serenity.Exchange Development Report

We strive to be as open as possible, so every two weeks we will present a progress report on the development of our Exchange.
During the period from August 27th to September 10th, we have improved a number of features, thereby increasing the security and usability of the Exchange:
1. Passwords are now more secure!
The risk of your account being hacked is minimized thanks to the improved password generator: not only alphanumeric characters can now be used in passwords. This makes any hacking attempts much more difficult.
2. Select your citizenship from the full list of countries.
We have expanded the list of countries, now all users can choose their country to specify citizenship.
3. Minimum transaction limits are set for each instrument.
The limits will be displayed in the currency of a quote, so our users can immediately access information about the limitations of trading a certain instrument.
4. User’s order list bug fixed.
Our users are reporting a problem: when one of the placed orders is canceled, others get canceled too. We already fixed the bug — try it now!
5. TradingView vulnerability eliminated.
TradingView, a web service providing online charts for exchanges, reported vulnerabilities in its software. Serenity Exchange team promptly updated TradingView libraries, thereby protecting the exchange and users from possible attacks.
6. Automatic verification of scans and photos of documents.
To pass the KYC procedure, you must provide photos of your documents with a .JPG or .PNG extension. Now Serenity automatically checks documents before upload and rejects images with wrong resolution. This eliminates the risk of downloading malicious files and increases Serenity Exchange’s resistance to external threats.
7. “Unnecessary” notification about loss of chat connection removed.
The notification was groundless and confusing to users. Bug fixed.
8. Favicon added for the web version of the Exchange.
Minor aesthetic upgrade: Serenity.Exchange icon added in the site loading bar.

Serenity trademark registered
Serenity Financial project received the certificate of the trademark registration by Estonian Patent Office on August 21st.
Estonian Patent Office registered the Serenity trademark on 21 August. It means that the Estonian government defends the Serenity brand and confirms its legality from now on.
The next step after the registration in the Estonian Patent Office is to receive a similar certificate in OHIM — Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market responsible for managing the EU trademark.
The Serenity brand was created in 2017. It includes two main products: the blockchain platform Serenity Escrow and Serenity Exchange.

The stablecoin Gemini dollar (GUSD) has been added to Serenity Exchange and now the pair GUSD/USDT is available for trading.
By listing Gemini token, Serenity team aims to provide clients with an alternative to Tether (USDT), the first stablecoin listed on the exchange. Thus, traders can keep their savings in two stablecoins for the purpose of risk diversification.
