It is possible to install and make running 2 différents card (1 AMD and 1 NVIDIA) on the same linux OS ?
For example AMD with a dummy plug running a miner and the NVIDIA for my 2 monitors
Shouldn't be a problem. Maybe will have to tweak X conf a little.  I had amd and nvidia on win7, worked just fine.

no problem on win 7 too

Any advice for the server x config ? no info on the net Sad

You still don't get it.
If you want answers, you should ask questions that can be answered.
With your original statement, everybody can only guess what you currently have, what you want to do, what you already tried, where problems appeared etc.

The original comment was a (somewhat tongue-in-cheek) hint that you should (re)phrase your question such that it is an actual question.

ok then...

You didn't actually ask a question.  You made two statements.

very helpfull :/

on cgminer scrypt readme

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1

gpu_use_sync is needed ? On the first post only gpu_max_alloc is specified

thanks in advance

removing "--thread-concurrency 22336" should get rid of the error, no clue about speed though.

it's normal ? or something wrong ?

HIS Radeon HD 6950 IceQ X ??

In any case, since shares are weighted, there's no significant difference between getting 4 diff-32 shares and 1 diff-128 share, be they accepted or rejected.
off course but if the calculation is more difficult maybe the rejected share appear less often when a new block is detected
Sure, as a higher share difficulty leads to fewer shares being found and submitted.
But that does not mean that a high share difficulty can help lowering the percentage of stale shares, which is what matters.

thanks for informations  Tongue

Any possibility to give the opportunity to the miner/worker to set the diff or maybe réajust the vardiff server side ?

up and down all the time :/

32/64/128 etc ...

32 calculation is too fast , have 4 rejects when a new block is found sometimes Sad

96 or 128 is nice for 700kh/s

I don't think letting miners choose would be useful. I may try to make the difficulty adjustment less aggressive though.
