801  Economy / Gambling / Re: What do you want to see in casino reviews? on: December 23, 2023, 01:55:32 AM
Reviews are very essential for a person, especially for casino reviews, because in that way you will see the pros and cons of the particular casino website, which will help people, potential gamblers, and investors decide if they will trust this particular casino or not. But as we know, not all reviews are legit; some may be made up by the casino itself to raise their ratings. Well, it's part of their marketing strategy; we can't argue with that. The only thing we can do is read more and more reviews about the specific casino and distinguish what is made up or not, so it will help us decide whether to trust this casino or not. Also, reviews by other users will help us see if there are suspicious features or rules in that casino to avoid inconvenience and to avoid casinos that have a bad reputation or bad handling of their customers.
802  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do casino owners benefit from creating multiple casinos? on: December 22, 2023, 11:01:06 PM
I guess those casino owners could be the only ones to give a perfect answer for this, as they are the only ones who have the perfect explanation for their actions.

Either their first casino is not getting the attention they want, no money is coming through it, or they need to add something that they think is a total new idea that requires a new casino, which could lead to starting a new one, or it could also be because the old one is losing reputation and they need something new in order to stay relevant in the system.

Whatever the case, their primary objective is always to increase their revenue, and almost every businessman will employ any strategy to attract those customers who will patronise and add to their wealth.
True, only those owners could know that or what kind of strategy they are using, but if one thing is for sure, they are doing this to make more invome multiple platforms, which means multiple incomes. We know that gamblers like to play in different casinos to have different experiences, fun, and thrills. That's why they tend to find other casinos that could suit their taste, and I think that's what the casino owners are aiming for. Even if one customer leaves one of their casinos, it will end up in their casino as well.

And I think they also do this to have different connections; many connections mean smooth business and more income to come as they could meet huge personalities that have a high position in society. In that way, their business will prosper and they will earn more and more income.
803  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers trickily claims they wins the bet while they never did. on: December 21, 2023, 09:18:02 AM
Same goes to not all here atating abour gambling stuffs has ever done gambling, lets be really some users might using this platform for their business or what or some might just attracting potential investors to their websites or players to their casino sites. That's why it is very important that we always verify before we believe into something. We can see a lot of examples that their experience or winnings are good to be true or even a topic about gambling that looks like a made-up story, but we can never know if its true if we will not verify them or them showing some proof.

And I know we have a lot of cases here where someone is making claims about someone's winnings, which they only get from someone or they only see on the internet or social media platforms. We don't know why they are doing this, but yeah, reality hits. There are some users here who are stating a lie about gambling winnings, etc.
804  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your view on this? Is it fun or addiction? on: December 21, 2023, 04:13:26 AM
Its like the picture shown saying is "gamble or bet even if you don't have money, loan and loan until you win." That we know is not the case. Taking a loan to be used for gambling or betting is the worst because you only make things worse. At that point, it is not fun anymore; it is more like a suicide, not even an addiction. Imagine you having no more money, then keep on loaning and loaning just to hope that you will win someday, which will make you more broke, and worst case, you might encounter more problems beyond gambling addiction. You see, a loan is a very dangerous thing. What if the app or person you ask for a loan could take precautions and threaten you so you will pay your debt?

If in this phase you will say or someone will say that it is fun, then you are crazy. How could you have fun if you know you have loans to pay and keep on losing money because of your friends hobbies? No, it is not, and it will never be fun at all.
805  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin create an opportunity to reduce poverty? on: December 21, 2023, 03:22:27 AM
It depends on the people, people who're in the poverty state of human society; not all people have the capability to give time and effort to learn something new like bitcoin or crypto currency. So even if yes, bitcoin could help those people in poverty, if they don't do this stuff or have patience to learn this stuff, then it will never help them. That's why I said it depends on the people themselves. For example, if a family is living on a street, do you think they will have the capability to do bitcoin stuff? Even if they want, they can't because of their incapability, so it's rather safe to say that bitcoin being a supplement or help to people will depend on the capability of the person. If they can have access to the internet or a device that they can use to study these things, remember that if they don't start or if they can't start to do bitcoin stuff, then they will never be helped to survive or change their lives.
806  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has gambling ever whispered you with different strategic prediction measures? on: December 20, 2023, 10:29:20 AM
I don't think you will call it a strategy; closing your eyes before you hit the slots will only show that you are desperate to win and avoiding reality for a few seconds. Does anyone here actually win doing that? Maybe there are some, but still, it's only a matter of probability that you win. Of course, if this is how the gamblers will be comfortable playing slots, then there's nothing wrong with it; we can never call it a strategy at all.

I admit that I also use this method because we are only humans hoping to use different methods but don't have a hope that you will actually win because it will only bring pain and regret, and also because you will keep on doing that aimless thing without noticing. Instead of doing this, only play slots in a machine 1-3 times because maybe you are not in a position to win.
807  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is digital currency powerful? on: December 20, 2023, 06:23:45 AM
Everyone talks about digital currency being powerful. I think they already mentioned why it is powerful. Let's talk about how digital currency, or crypto currency, helps people or investors. Although investing in crypto currency is risky and hard because you will need to learn first to ensure that you will earn from it, cryptocurrency has given many opportunities to people who want to earn online. Since the start of bitcoin, the first crypto currency, many people have changed their lives instantly as they ride the biggest movement and flip of the bitcoin price. Cryptocurrency is so powerful that it can give a lot of opportunities and profit to many people. They just have to do their part—their part of learning and gaining experience and knowledge from it. Investing in cryptocurrency is no joke. One wrong decision or movement will cost you a lot, so beginners should always prioritise their knowledge before rushing to earn it.
808  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Succeeded in introducing Bitcoin to a friend on: December 19, 2023, 08:37:30 AM
I think OP just got carried away on his conversation with the friend. Maybe with a bit if a show off haha why would you show someone how much bitcoin you have, considering that is a friend you havent seen in a while.

To be honest, i wont talk about money to someone i havent met for a long time. Not everyone's comfy talking about money, and it could create weird vibes or even stir up unexpected expectations. Plus, you never know who's listening, right? Keep it lowkey and chat about crypto without turning it into a wallet show and tell. It's safer and you won't accidentally make things awkward.
You do have a point. Maybe the OP became too excited or got into a deep conversation with his friend. Based on his story, maybe that's the case, but the thing is, I don't know. I don't want to judge the OP. Maybe it's a little bit too much to show your friend all your assets because, although it's your friend, he may have an interest in your wealth or assets, or out of envy, he will sabotage you. But yeah, I'm here not to judge, but to give my opinion. Next time, don't just show off your assets. Yes, you could mention that to them, but don't literally show how much you have or the exact amount because it's still much better if you are on lowkey.

Anyway, its your own life. I'm sure many here have also had violent reactions to your bragging or being a show-off. It's not a bad idea to know that you are doing crypto currency or bitcoin stuff, but literally showing your assets is what's bad.
809  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Target your wins in a series of bets on: December 19, 2023, 06:26:03 AM
I don't think this approach works as how OP said it. Sometimes, out of 10 games, you'll get 5, 10, or even more lose streak depending on your luck. So the title is a little confusing as to how will you target your wins in a series of bets. If you want less stress or pressure when gambling, gamble smart, manage your bankroll wisely. Don't focus to much on winning or even chasing your losses. Trust your gut feeling and luck and stay disciplined get out with even little profit when you can.
I agree. I think it's best to not aim for or set an expectation or goal of a desired number of wins because, as long as you don't get that number of wins, you will not stop playing until you notice that you are losing and losing more money. I think it's best that, for example, you limit yourself to betting on 10 bets only, and no matter what the result is, like 5-5 or 9-1 wins or losses, you will accept it even if the majority of the bets are majority. In that way, you will minimise your losses and will not overspend or lose control over the bets.

You are right; don't focus on the winnings alone. Also, don't always monitor your winnings; just keep on betting based on your number of sets of bets. I do this kind of method by setting up a set of bets, and whether I win or lose doesn't matter; I will accept it.
810  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which type of gambling have more gambling addicts ? on: December 19, 2023, 03:29:06 AM
I think all types of gambling, in-house, casino, online casino, etc., can cause addiction. Maybe it will depend on the people or gamblers; some prefer to play online casino and get addicted to it, while others would like physical casinos that let them socialise and meet their friends or other people. So in short, it will depend on the people on what type of casino play they want, and the level of addiction will be the same as all gambling or casino types could cause the same level of addiction and the same number of addicts in gambling.

So I don't think there's something to be discussed, but yeah, I think we have different opinions and views on this matter. Just for me, no matter what kind of casino that is or ways of playing gambling, they are all the same, in the sense that they can make the same number of addicts.
811  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best decision you can take on: December 19, 2023, 12:23:03 AM
As long as trading is concern, it's very essential you have a guideline rules you follow while trading, and one of those rules is not trading when not sure of the market.
As simple as it may sound, it's very difficult to abide by it.
Timing is very important in trading and yes, its not always about you do trading but its more about the timing in the market. If you are doing this on purpose and with strategy, you don’t have to worry about the market trend. You have to be more cautious every time you trade, make sure to have your strategy always so you can know if its your buying time now or you still need to wait for other confirmations and that’s how indicators can guide us.
True! Even in a market where you are not sure or don't have a clear direction or analysis, many traders still choose to risk trading as they are aiming for a profit, which is what the OP is saying to avoid, but in reality, many traders don't want to apply this discipline as they are letting their greed take over, which will cost them.

But there are also traders that could find an opportunity in this kind of situation; they are called scalpers. Yes, scalpers aim to make a profit with a limited or short time frame, usually a minute or hour only. Even if there is no clear direction in the market, they will take advantage of the volatility of the market and aim for slight movements with a slight profit. Yes, they can't gain a huge amount as the time frame is short, but that is their strategy as long as they earn it. It's okay for them. But the thing is, this is very risky, as one wrong position would blow your account depending on the leverage at stake.
812  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The most difficult times on: December 18, 2023, 11:26:47 PM
Trading does not require extraordinary skill. The rules used are simple and can be learned within several months. Therefore, the difference between beginners and experts is several hours of learning, but obtaining accurate news from sources not available to the public and the ability to analyze market variables to understand trading trends and how it is affected by political and economic factors is what makes you achieve more profits from more experience and knowledge of the basics of trading.
Yes, trading doesn't require extraordinary skills but it's always an advantage if you enter the market with adequate knowledge and skills that will create higher rate of success compared to those who are still starting to learn the process. That being said, it's always better to develop trading motivation at an early time because once it's already established, it will be easier for traders to go out from their comfort zones and learn trading the best of their ability and skills.

The beginning is always the most difficult time, but when you have already overcome those struggles to make you a good trader, then it will be easier for you to perform trading based from your gained knowledge and abilities in trading.
All of those learnings would really be able to acquired with real experience and time spent on dealing with this unpredictable space and that one wont really be just not a short time.  Smiley

Trading is never been simple an something that you could really be able to take grasps on, in a short period of time on which it would really be just that so normal that you would really be spending up some
time for you to be able to have a good understanding on how this market behaves and how it works and on how you should react.
True! even an experienced traders still face trade loss or lose trade but that trades doesn't affect them as its part of the trading and they are ready for that mentally and emotionally, also even if they lose some money in a trade they can get it back because they know how to counter it, so even a beginner is smart and skilful in analysing, in the face of unpredictability of trading a crypto currency, they will face hard ship and losses that's why not just the skill, experience and knowledge should be work on to grow, also the emotional state of the traders, they should be ready to accept if they lose money from a trade, it only means that you still have room for improvement and learn from that mistake. Trading is very hard, yes, but it will be rewarding if you know how to handle things and are ready for its uncertainty.
813  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Introducing bitcoin to the orphans on my birthday on: December 18, 2023, 10:25:52 PM
Well, you are a blessing to them. We are proud of you, bro. It takes dedication to help people and share your knowledge with them, and you did a good job on how you introduced them to the concept of bitcoin. I'm sure they listen to you as you also give them a gift that is very valuable to them. Now that you've introduced them to bitcoin, I hope some will be interested and will ask for your help or guidance on how they can start with this field, and from your nature, I think you are willing to teach them. It will be great if many young generations will have an idea of what bitcoin or crypto currency is so that they will have an option on how they will survive this world. As they are orphans, they will learn to earn by themselves, which is a very good development for them and for the community.

The only problem I see is the resources. I hope they will have a device and access to the internet so they can explore more about this field of crypto currency, or bitcoin, because you are not there all the time, so they also need to explore. Anyway, we are grateful for your act of service and contribution to spreading the word about bitcoin.
814  Economy / Gambling / Re: How to self exclude from anonymous gambling sites on: December 18, 2023, 09:49:59 PM
Well, that can be a good option, but the thing is, how can you be so sure that the asset you stake will grow or be returned to you for the same amount you stake? Of course, you need to make sure first that the platform you will stake on is trusted, realiable, and has a good reputation to make sure your asset is secured. What if your asset value drops while in the staking state and, as you said, it will be locked for a period of days? Then you cannot swap it to a stable or safe currency before it fully drops. In short, there are still pros and cons to staking your assets. If you really want to stop yourself from gambling, then better not think of it at all. Learn to control yourself, not exclude yourself, because it will not help you at all. You are just forcing yourself to stop, not teaching yourself to control.
815  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance Issues Important Warning as It Plans to Perform Wallet Maintenance on: December 18, 2023, 02:05:01 PM
I think there's nothing to worry about this annocement as maintenance is a part of an application pr site so its nothing to be afraid of, yes we heard and see issues about binance one of the most popular crypto currency platform, but its services and security to users assets are still good or nothing to worry, I don't think they will do somethinf that could endanger their reputation in the mainstream, but if you folks are worried about this maintenance well, you can do your own precautions or measure like trannsferring your assets from binance to another wallet before thr maintenance, its ups to the users if they will trust or not the binance but one thing is for sure they still one of the safe place to store or do your crypto currency stuffs. I still choose to trust Binance, as I've been using it for many years and I believe they value their users.
816  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to approach supporting a platform that now holds views contrary to your own on: December 18, 2023, 07:57:33 AM
I think it depends if they are being too toxic. Of course, I will stop supporting this website or site even if I enjoy its content, but being toxic in particular things will not be a good idea, even if not about bitcoin or being anti-Bitcoin. I don't like a website that is being toxic, and I sure everyone doesn't want that. Imagine after enjoying the recent contents because you can read good things and suddenly they become toxic about a particular thing. Of course, you will be shocked and not used to it, so you will stop visiting the website.

I'm not a close-minded person, so I will not be toxic either. Maybe they are just giving their opinions and sides, and we all have the freedom of speech, so we can't stop if there is a website dedicated to badmouthing bitcoin. As long as I know what bitcoin is and how it helps me, I will not believe in something that spreads false information about it.
817  Economy / Gambling / Re: tell me the best online casino on: December 18, 2023, 07:18:44 AM
You're pretty weird op. I noticed that you were a member of the forum since 2017 which is why I have no idea why you felt the need to ask a question like this which newbies usually ask.

Stop being lazy and do some research by yourself. That's my advice to you.
What is this forum for if a member can't ask a question like this? This kind of topic will be very useful not just for the OP but for the beginners in this forum if they also find a good and reputable casino, so they can easily find one with the use of this topic. I don't think it's a good idea to say that the OP is being lazy; not all you will see on the internet when you search is true. That's why this is also a good place to ask this question, so many can suggest casinos that the other members have tried. In that way, the OP can have the assurance that the casino he will play at is safe and reputable.

I can't give a casino because it's mostly already mentioned. My advice is that before you engage in a new casino, make sure to read the terms and conditions. In that way, you will see if there are rules that you don't want or don't agree to.
818  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin as digital currency on: December 18, 2023, 05:40:56 AM
Bitcoin brings freedom, but what freedom? People misunderstand the freedom and assume it means freedom from everything, but that’s not true. Bitcoin brings freedom in the sense that you have total control over your money. Bitcoin doesn’t give you freedom by changing the lives of poor people. That can happen if you invest and volatility favors you in your planned timeframe. But if not, the core of this is so you are the owner of your keys and your funds, not a centralized or middle man somewhere else.
And that kind of freedom is what the people needs, as the internet becoming more useful many people also use internet and the advancement of the technology and because of that there are more options to earn or have a money, so poverty is not an excuse for a person to not earn money or learn new things to earn and bitcoin or crypto currency is one of the best option to learn to earn, yes not all people has the capabilities to learn something new or something like bitcoin but for those who can and still relying on bare minimum profit is those who doesn't seek another way to have an extra money, as you said bitcoin gives freedom to earn and no one could stop you from learning it so people who has idea in it should grasp the opportunity and not be lazy so you can use the freedom you have.
819  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You will burn on: December 17, 2023, 10:32:36 PM
Well, shitcoins or memecoins are cryptocurrency coins that are a trap for newbies in investing in crypto. Little do they know, yes, it is an attractive and eye-catching coin, but the thing is, these coins are meant for beginners, thinking that they could earn from it as the price is not much and affordable. But that's the trap. Some shitcoins or memecoins either scam or just one time ATH and will fall drastically. If you are a good trader or flip coins, you know when to buy this coin and take advantage of its one-time ATH, which is a good time to sell the asset before it falls down. Many traders do this, but the thing is, it's too risky and dangerous. Without enough charts or technical analysis, you will not find the opportunity to earn and end up losing, and beginners are not meant for this kind of method of investing.
820  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have a "gambling problem" which you can sometimes control for years? on: December 17, 2023, 10:02:29 PM
Let's start with the simple choice: Do you consider yourself to have a gambling problem affecting your happiness, security, relationships, finances, etc? (Yes or No)
Yes, sometimes but not all the time, maybe in my early years of gambling when I discover it, but now I can control myself but of course sometimes I still make this mistakes.

Do you have a "gambling problem" which you can sometimes control for years? Either you make enough income to call it "adult play", so you do not have real problems, and/or you simply stop for a long time. Then - months or years later - it gets worse again and you are in trouble.

Yes, just like what I said in above question, I have this gambling problem when I can't control myself because of the momentum or because of chasing the money that I've lost, it take some months before I can realize that I'm wasting a lot of money because of my addiction thats why I choose to wake up from it and learn to minimize my addiction and controlling it.

(Second question) Either way, when it's time to stop, how exactly do you do it? (For example) Change other habits, go new places, exercise more, stop drinking, simply "swear off" gambling... How exactly do you stop? Thank you.
Well the method I think about is by diverting my attention to other things such as playing games, when I know its time to stop in gambling either I earn quite amount or lost some, I can divert my frustration in the game and ease it, also its like playing games is my way of throwing my feelings and frustrations, or I could watch movies or animes.
