61  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is Bitcoin on: February 25, 2018, 11:21:39 PM
You know, the OP's question is definitely something I struggled with at first as well (and still do at times). Rather than echo what has already been stated by others, the way I look at BTC is that it is a human made phenomenon that has value because WE (as humans) give it value. The more BTC (or other cryptocurrencies for that matter) is bought into and used by society (aka believers in BTC), the more "value" it has. Kind of like the ultimate social currency. So the more you recruit friends, family, strangers into buying into the concept of BTC, the more BTC will be worth.

Fiat currencies may be slightly different, but still operate under the same idea (gold has value because we as humans give it a certain amount of value and people have bought into that concept).

Please feel to critique my thinking, always open to suggestions!
62  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How did you learn crypto currency? on: February 25, 2018, 11:09:43 PM
Might be getting my years mixed up, but I actually first heard of BTC around 2013, when a colleague of mine talked about it with me because he actually knew some people involved in starting the whole thing up. Encouraged me to get into it, but of course I didn't really give it another thought (that was my once-in-a-lifetime moment, kind of like buying Apple or Google stock when it first started. Guess I blew it, haha).

Fast forward to 2017 where I'm a pretty active gambler and DFSer (Daily Fantasy Sports), more the former than the latter nowadays. Through online forums discovered the pros/cons of cypto gambling over fiat gambling and well, here I am. Have learned a lot about crypto this past year, but really have a long way to go.
63  Economy / Services / Re: Free BTC here -> take profits with 100% share-back [open] on: February 25, 2018, 07:30:44 PM
Can confirm that I received this week's shareback (3/3 weeks thus far)  Grin

And it included not just the 50% free roll commission, but all the 25% daily interest portion on my balance as well, thanks poptok1!

Essentially, my rolls are worth 1.5x and I'm getting 25% on top of the 4.08% annual interest rate compounded daily  Grin

Honestly, I've never had an issue with payouts from them (thus far) and must say I'm pretty happy with my overall experience with Nitrogen Sports to date.

1) So who here is from what country?
United States
2) And how long have you been dealing with BTC?
Since 2017
3) Would you consider yourself fully sustainable through CryptoCurrencies?
Not yet, but hopefully at some point in the future

In tune with the world of crypto, a daily faucet would be nice. No DFS site offers that that I'm aware of (freerolls don't count IMO).
69  Economy / Gambling / Re: Anonymous Daily Fantasy Sports w/ Crypto? on: February 24, 2018, 12:29:47 AM
I enjoy when DFS sites offer occasional promos besides DFS (like Squares contests recently with FantasyFactor, bingo with FanDuel). Something that seems different, fun, with a good chance of winning some $.

Anonymity would probably be a given for a crypto DFS site.

There are variety of things you could do to attract clients (like deposit matches, no-deposit bonuses, freerolls, etc), but what will ultimately decide if people want to STAY playing on the site will be their perceived ability to actually win (though there are always people who just like to gamble and throw a lineup out there kind of like a lotto ticket). Sharks generating tons of lineups have infested DFS sites in recent years so anything that limits that is helpful - single entry contests, "beginner only" contests, etc are a good start to help grow the player base.
70  Economy / Gambling / Re: Anonymous Daily Fantasy Sports w/ Crypto? on: February 23, 2018, 09:53:23 PM
I have enjoyed DFS on FanDuel, Draftkings, FantasyDraft, Yahoo, FantasyFactor, BoomDFS for a few years now. DFS sites seem to be getting into crypto more (FanDuel has held some "Bitcoin Bowls" where the prizes are DASH or BTC thus far; FantasyFactor actually allows you to deposit/withdraw in BTC with some pretty nice match bonuses).

Anonymity is probably one of the more important factors with a DFS crypto site as that's probably why ppl use crypto in the first place. The problem is that fiat DFS sites already struggle in attracting new players and retaining them, which is a problem I could see magnified in a crypto DFS site given the general population's unfamiliarity with crypto. As a result, prize pools for contests would be pretty small and the small player pool would be difficult, but not impossible, to grow.

I know there already are some DFS crypto sites I've heard of (CoinRoster.com, MVPLineup.com, SideStat.com; the latter of two I don't even know still exist), but I think very few people play on them.
71  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: February 22, 2018, 10:34:33 PM
How often does freebitco.in run their reward point multiplier promos, which last around 48 hours? Is it something that generally happens 1-2/month, or is it completely random.

Also, if you happen to have purchased a RP bonus booster of your own with RP (say the 100 RP/roll), does the 48 hour promo multiply the RP you get on top of that as well? Seems like it wouldn't as it would be pretty ridiculous and TGTBT, but just curious.

Thanks!
72  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: February 21, 2018, 07:25:34 AM
Still relatively new to freebitco.in, but seemingly one of the best ways to use RP is to save up for the 1000% Free BTC bonus booster for 24 hours. Can get you around 0.0036 BTC during that time frame if you are very very active in that 24 hour period, which seems pretty good, haha.

How do you guys prefer to use your RP? Guess it depends if you want the physical items, more lotto tickets, or more RP.
73  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Selling ultimate gambling strategy of bet low/high or heads/tails on: February 21, 2018, 07:15:34 AM
So...you are selling a blanket strategy about how to maximize your ROI/winnings on games that are roughly even odds (like you say "heads/tails"). That's like me paying someone to tell me what my next coin flip will be, heads or tails.

No thanks, BOL.

And as Bitinity mentioned, if it really was that profitable, it makes no sense to reveal it to others rather than just using it yourself. Your explanation of "and I don't want to use it further because I have made much money in crypto speculation that I don't want to take such tension for any further gains" really doesn't even make any logical nor grammatical sense to me. Which tells me that this is a scam and/or you aren't really profitable off it.

This is just like touts/cappers on twitter or other social media who "sell" their picks or DFS lineups saying they guarantee you a rate of return. Most of them are losing money, that's why they are selling it in the first place. If they were really making money of their own picks/lineups/strategy, they wouldn't be selling it nor revealing it to the public.
74  Economy / Services / Re: Free BTC here -> take profits with 100% share-back [open] on: February 20, 2018, 10:35:32 PM
Once you have recruited referrals, your "job" is really just to sit back and watch the satoshis, lottery tickets, reward points roll in without doing anything.

Every week I've been a part of this site (n = 2, haha), there is a period of like 48 hours or so where they run a promotion where we accumulate EXTRA lottery tickets + reward points per roll (this multiplier is added on to the referral bonus as well). So you can in fact accrue even more reward points than poptok1 is saying, like MANY more.

With reward points, you can purchase time bonuses to increase the # of RP you get per roll, # of lottery tickets per roll, or even increase the base amount of satoshis you get per roll, among other things.

From your referrals, you also get a certain percentage of their wager played in the Hi-Lo game and daily interest accrued if they hold a balance greater than 0.0003 BTC. All of this is on the website if you want to see the benefits yourself.

I definitely have seen posts of users with tons of referrals and I get the impression they are making a pretty good amount, all for doing NOTHING (apart from recruiting).

Definitely think there is nothing lost and everything to be gained by signing up and trying out freebitco.in. TBH, poptok1 is one of the few if only ones I found that did 100% shareback. All the others offered 50% or less.

Join and you can create your own referral stream, that's something I'm definitely considering doing...
75  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: February 20, 2018, 05:35:44 PM
Saw wetsuits' posts, doesn't look like there was an exact roll out date for all these changes right? It is going to happen over the next few months gradually. Unless I am missing something?

And we don't need to do anything right?
76  Economy / Gambling / Re: $15 Free on: February 20, 2018, 05:22:39 PM
Agreed, I have never successfully rolled over these casino bonuses at 20x or higher. Maybe others have though and I'm just the very very very unlucky one  Wink Grin
77  Economy / Gambling / Re: $15 Free on: February 20, 2018, 07:10:20 AM
Um, thanks I guess for telling us about this Riobet Casino and sharing your affiliate link/code, haha.

Doesn't seem much different from other ones out there already, like Bovada, etc.

TBH, $15 no deposit free chip with 35x rollover is pretty ridiculous to do, but hey it's free right?  Wink

Slotland.eu and Win a Day slots (they have threads on bitcointalk as well) are giving out $36 no deposit bonuses with only 20x rollover - sure beats what's offered at Riobet. They are also KYC too though, like most (if not all) fiat based online casinos that also accept crypto.
78  Economy / Gambling / Re: Win $1,000,000 USD - FREE ENTRY! on: February 20, 2018, 12:09:40 AM
When will the raffle actually take place? What if you guys never sell enough tickets...what will happen to all the people who already bought tickets then?
79  Economy / Services / Re: Free BTC here -> take profits with 100% share-back [open] on: February 19, 2018, 11:47:59 PM
Can confirm got paid my referral back commission this past Sunday. That's 2/2 now, haha. Actually hit the 9886 - 9985 rolls a few times, which was nice =).

@Somail12 - I grilled poptok1 with many questions before signing up with him, which included your question. While he shares back all the satoshis with us, he still earns some reward points and lottery tickets on our rolls as commission. This doesn't take away from the reward points and lottery tickets we earn otherwise and there isn't an option for him to share THOSE back with us (which is fine with me, personally).

Now if only I can place 1st in the freebitco.in lottery...

Loving these promos, thanks Nitrogen!

Made it to the final table in the poker freeroll, have never made it that far before, haha.
