1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Portfolio before and after the pandemic on: October 24, 2020, 04:05:34 PM
The pandemic made us realized the uncertainty of the situation but I stopped myself from selling some of my coins even if the market is drastically dropping, I borrow from my friends instead of selling my coins, and my decision is correct not to sell my coins I now paid all my loans and made a good profit from the coins I'm holding.
That's good for you to have friends that you can go with,

In our area, most people lose their job so I don't have any other choice but to use my portfolio. Sold all my coins to use for my previous needs and for the following days. Once everything is settled, I am planning to buy and build my new portfolio so when this kind of situation happens again, I am still prepared.
unfortunately, we have to reduce the assets in our portfolio. Why don't you try or try to day trade? I do it and I can live on the profits I make from day trading without reducing the assets in the portfolio.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enough of bounty scam, you can help to stop it too. on: October 24, 2020, 04:01:18 PM
some points that really help bounty hunters. at least what has been said can reduce the risk and make the bounty hunter have a little experience to be able to analyze the project on their own. I am sure many of the bounty hunters only saw who the bounty manager handled the campaign. especially when there are not many new projects available, then choosing a project with the origin is definitely done by most bounty managers. This post is very helpful for someone who has difficulty analyzing projects.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbies are safer with top altcoins on: October 24, 2020, 03:54:13 PM
That is a good suggestion because newbies usually still don't know very much about coins in crypto.
Buying top coins such as bitcoin or ethereum is safer, but we won't get too many profit from just buy and hold the coin because the price is already high. In contrary, we will get some good profit if we buy some new coins and later the price is rising, but with no guarantee that the coin price will rising because there are many scam coins too.
The first investment or trading experience will be very important for a newbie. choosing top market assets is indeed safer. but not necessarily profitable. Providing learning from the start is very important for newbies to understand how this market works to make a profit.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie thoughts about altcoin investments. on: October 23, 2020, 04:32:04 PM
I don't think I agree with saying Altcoins are not an option, they all have no fundamentals. In fact, many of the top 10 altcoins on coinmarketcap are great choices. It is true that Altcoins are still very dependent on BTC but in fact Yearn Finance has broken it by giving a surprise to all

Not all of them don't have fundamentals. I always stick to my Monero and my Litecoin just because of this, but yes,,, fair to say almost any altcoin bought up since 2019 has shit value because of zero fundamentals. If not for centralized efforts to push, market and promote them they would never be anywhere.
but at least this year there have been several market price returns for altcoins and bitcoins. when we bought altcoins while the market was completely still after the market crashed, at the moment I think we've got a pretty good return. for people who don't have big capital like me. of course, playing with the small pumps that occur in the market really helps to grow the value of the assets held.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust USDT? on: October 23, 2020, 04:26:37 PM
Generally its known to us, there are many stable Crypto available in the crypto industry and Tether, known as USDT, is one of the oldest stable crpto among those. lunched in year 2014, till from then it is able to gain trust & helps us lots when uncertain Vulgar market condition occurred. Often i use usdt during bearish situation and honestly i didn't expriance any issue.but i can trust on it temporary, not for long
I think for someone who's been in the crypto market for a long time like you, you will know how to take advantage of a stable asset like USDT. investors also will not hold onto this asset for very long. they always convert their money into crypto and USDT at certain times. I think the market's confidence in USDT is beyond doubt.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: End of Defi hype! Time to invest in real business with real products? on: October 21, 2020, 03:03:32 PM
End of Defi hype! Time to invest in real business with real products?

Gas prices at 6 months low!!

DEFI hype investment hypes are over! it is really a time to invest in a real business with real products!

Well, we have our own choice to invest in dude. And this is of course would always depend on our belief in the products or cryptocurrency anyway. Even recently Defi became noisy in the market and many communities invested in it at once even it is only hyped then in the end they lose their capital. But in a little while for sure Defi will spike again in the market just like pump and dump.
it could have happened during the moment there were so many scammers right now that the trash DeFi project disappeared. this market will fall when more and more scammers go crazy to fool more people.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bitcoin and altcoins bull run every 4years. how many years already? 🐂🐃🦈 on: October 21, 2020, 03:00:30 PM
Today many more factors play a role than 4 years ago. The crypto market is currently transforming. Fiscal authorities are also becoming more and more interested in crypto. It is therefore difficult to predict when the next rally will start.
you are right, it is too difficult to predict the right time especially over a long period. market trends are always changing and we can't just believe a market rally takes place every 4 years.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust Active telegram Groups? on: October 20, 2020, 06:06:40 AM
Having a lot of experience in crypto world will make you immune or knowledgeable to scams, you'll be suspicious enough of the projects, but for me, I will trust campaigns with active telegram groups for updates because I dont always have time to check for updates.
you are right, I think not only good and fast response in discussion forums. but the update of the project progress given is what makes a lot of people believe in the project. I am just like you, not very active in the telegram group. but every day I definitely see how progress is happening in the project group. I always hope there will be good news that makes me even more excited about the projects I am participating in.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi hyip is over? on: October 20, 2020, 06:03:11 AM
Yes, most of the DeFi projects are currently at big red but, I think the DeFi trend is still far from over. I am seeing so many DeFi projects coming out of the blue and raising a crazy amount of money which tells me DeFi still has a lot of juice left.

Look at the decline in gas prices on the Ethereum network. In recent months, gas prices have dropped significantly. This may indicate a decrease in trading volumes on the Ethereum network. And this can only happen due to a decrease in interest in DEFI projects.
it looks illogical. DeFi may have set an interesting trend. Whether it's over or not, I'm sure it will not affect the decrease in ethereum transaction fees. ethereum has improved their network and it is natural that the movement of transactions is normal and not too pile up which can make transaction fees increase.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where can I sell ERC20 coins? on: October 13, 2020, 06:15:42 PM
Does forkdelta still in operation? I just visit the dex and some of the latest trades for some tokens are from 2018.
looks like some tokens and coins are still being traded there. but the enthusiasts may have started to decrease because there is also a new exchange of the same type which is felt to be more comfortable and easier to operate.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust newbies that starts projects? on: October 13, 2020, 06:10:27 PM
Well, to be precise, BountyDetective is just a Jr. Member, but trust in some Manager can only be developed if you take part in his bounty campaign. It's natural to be wary of newbies ' campaigns. After all, there is a higher risk because bounty managers value their reputation very much and a novice has nothing to lose.
but right now it seems like a lot of managers are also using new accounts. or they use the same account as the project name. Some of the big-name managers already have bad names in the eyes of bounty hunters. I'm sure those who use new accounts are not completely new to this forum. they already have enough experience to be able to handle a campaign.

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin is for day trading on: September 23, 2020, 12:33:24 PM
Keeping altcoins in the long term is not the best prospect. We simply lost a large number of coins without selling them on time. Projects do not last long, and it is necessary to use the opportunity to earn money on time. Volatility is very high, even within one day we can observe large waves. You need to use the moment and not wait for the manna from heaven.
We can still keep altcoin long as long as you choose the right currency. If you bought Ethereum in December 2018 and held it up until now, you will surely have made a large profit.
it looks very easy, but holding assets for a long time is very difficult. choosing assets may be right, sometimes choosing a difficult time to find the right time. Especially for new investors, sometimes they come at the wrong time and get caught up in buying investment assets that have decreased.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the 10 best bounty managers on BTT forum? on: September 23, 2020, 12:27:28 PM
Most of Managers on the list already have a lot of successful projects on their background so its really hard to do the ranking with this. I work on many managers on the list and I'm happy on the way they handle campaigns, they are very strict and you must really follow the instructions so you'll be qualified for the reward. Recently, I work with Bubblablex and for me, he's great on handling bounty campaign and I'm looking forward for his future projects.
you are right, Bubbalex is quite good at managing the campaign participant community. although some of the projects were not successful, the way he handled the response from the community was pretty good.
what I don't really like right now is bounty detective. they handled a lot of projects that used to be good, but now it seems they are starting to be random and inconsistent with their own rules.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need advice about my portfolio, can someone help? on: September 20, 2020, 01:49:03 PM
Why not put your investment in eth more than litecoin. Well, we have our own perspective when it comes of investing in altcoins but in my view, I am much more on bitcoin, eth and let's say in other alts is just 10-20% only. When you look the market there’s really many altcoins these days and you have also to do your own research on what other alts best to investment or to add in your portfolio for a better profit.
too many assets are not very good either. Having more than 10 assets will make the research unable to focus and what happens is the original investment buys and is only lucky when there is a pump. what do you expect to like that?
have 5 assets with more careful planning. narrow the risk by paying close attention to the market. everyone has their own way. But whatever the asset, when you can't focus, it may disappear and won't become anything in the future.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What new DeFi token do you know? on: September 20, 2020, 03:59:52 AM
The new DEFI token that I know of is SERUM (SRM). This token is a Serum governance token based on the Solana blockchain, but alternatively, it also has an Ethereum or ERC20 version.
I suggest you to be careful with a new altcoin because no one can guarantee that it is safe and can make a profit in the future or not, sometimes projects like that can also lead to scams, especially when this DeFi project is created not seeing the team behind the project so that it makes the team safe because no one knows who owns it and it has a high risk.
if there is a market trend you can take advantage of it. but that's not good in the long run. just take the opportunity to benefit if there is good support. when it is profitable immediately switch to better assets and less risk in the market.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ClipX steals KYC data and shuts down on: September 19, 2020, 01:49:49 PM
Yes I agree. If I have choice to ignore them even the campaign have huge amount of reward in their pocket. I will not hesitate to not to join them. I just give my personal data if I know that its already registered in our country. Its hard to trust in a project especially if their own project team are not even present in their website and whitepaper.
all bounty and airdrop hunters must have thoughts like you. but sometimes many people are looking for fake data to do KYC. but if what is requested is a passport I think it will be difficult to manipulate. It's a shame that some bounty hunters have been tricked and filled their KYC for a scam project.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Transparent in it if team behind the coin is anonymous on: September 19, 2020, 01:43:12 PM
real developer will not hide their identity, they will not afraid to anything because honest to their investors. meanwhile for anon developers they thinking if project failed or want to run out they will not worry people will them. if someone working honestly they will open their identity to investors as serious proof.
Yes, that's right, as a small example we can also see projects that we can see for real, the serious development team always shows everything including their real identities and even always makes discussion events so that they are better known by the public and that will also convince investors to enter into their projects.
I think a project like that will get more investor attention as you said at a time like this. especially for new projects that are just marketing their platform. covering everything and not being transparent would raise a lot of suspicions. unless they have a strong community and market.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ClipX steals KYC data and shuts down on: September 18, 2020, 11:15:38 AM
It's a shame that there is another scam against bounty hunters and investors. whereas, bounty detectives are quite selective in choosing bounties. however, I totally agree with the creator of this thread, that the safest way to avoid being scammed from something like this is to find a bounty that uses escrow for it. it's just that, at first glance, I see Clipx as a promising project. however, once again a project like this is quite difficult to identify.

I obviously agree with what you said that it is not easy to identify a project that can be successful or even become a scam. For the Clipx project, it seems a lot disappointed because many have given KYC but what was given did not reach the target because of the scam project, of course it will create confusion and separate questions with the KYC.

I actually disagree, BD seems to want to catch up on quality, many of the resulting projects are not satisfactory because the rewards given are not in accordance with what we have contributed.
to analyze the project it is difficult to distinguish a scam or not. the simplest is choosing the ones already on the market. it also doesn't necessarily get paid. it could be that the team breaks the promise or agreement that has been made.
In the case of Clipx, the bounty hunter should have realized because the KYC request was not done from the start. they announced after the campaign was over and told everyone to move to a new group and then disappeared. Moreover, the requested document is only a passport, of course, it makes a suspicion from the start.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who has the eye that looks into the future? on: September 18, 2020, 11:10:45 AM
Anything is possible in the crypto market and no one can say anything in advance. If someone accurately predicts the direction of the market, they will definitely become millionaires. Such people are more preoccupied with their investments than making predictions.
all analyzes carried out are only superficial predictions. the probability of success happening will not be 100%. people invest by looking at the market and planning for the future. I think it's just a simple provision for investment. and in the future who will know what's going on with our markets and assets?
