1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: October 18, 2021, 10:07:16 AM
I am thinking it was more a case of PSG believing they have the game when Tiny-Lycan combo passed trough. Colapse is player of the tournament for me with his performances on Mars and Magnus.

Did not think Team Spirit will win this one after LDG destroyed them on map 4. Big congrats to young Russian team.
LGD kept being confident that they could handle TS Magnus, look what happened. Granted it was also a bait by TS with them leaving Tiny open from what I can see though. I honestly thought LGD was doing a huge comeback they performed astoundingly well in games 3 and 4, and even in Game 5 they got the Tiny-Lycan combo BUT again, they left out Magnus without any hard counter. Game 3 had Rubick to counter him, and we all saw how Collapse's entry was always denied.

I think LGD thought they broke TS's magnus after winning game 3 and 4 but in game 5、 a different story was unveiled and their lack of respect to these young team paid them the prize. Team Spirit is a dark horse in TI10 indeed.

Game four on the way guys. What do you think about the current pick of TS? Knowing they pick two assassin heroes with axe as their tank, i think PSG.LGD should capitalize on this in the early game and grab the W as early as possible.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Esports Prediction & Discussion Thread on: October 10, 2021, 03:47:50 AM
Actually I'm surprised that Team Secret got a 1 game against LGD considering how strong LGD right now and how TS suffers 0-2 defeat yesterday against Beastcoast. Beastcoast is the real dark horse of this TI. I will not be surprise if they knock out a Tier 1 team on the bracket stage. I'm very excited to see the Clash of VP and OG against Chinese top team like LGD and Elephant in the Bracket. I'm sure they will meet on UB.
Team Secret is a strong team and they may not be par at with PSG.LGD the way we look to their performances. But I also think that Team Secret has the edge.

And talking about Team Secret's performance, I guess that they have some hidden line up of heroes that they'll bring after the group stages. BC is a strong team but their counterpart teams that are representative South America might be out at the same time tomorrow although TP is already done and eliminated.

Team secret might be in decent spot right now but i dont think they can still be in that kind of performance come the playoffs. PSG.LGD is running havoc in their bracket and basing on their current streak record, I am confident that PSG.LGD will be bringing home the aegis this time.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: September 08, 2021, 03:17:29 PM
A little bit off-topic but i do love that previous fight Parenas vs Inoue do give out some words on how Inoue fights.
https://www.gmanetwork.com/news/sports/boxing/802084/warlito-parrenas-recalls-what-it-was-like-fighting-inoue-weighs-in-on-casimero-showdown/story/

Inoue was even tagged as the next Manny Pacquiao of Asia although he's not climbing up the ladder yet to become a pound-for-pound fighter.

They are identical on speed and power that's why many experts tells that Inoue will be the next Pacquaio, he's not climbing on next level yet since there still a business that needs to finish and he need to win on Casimero or maybe even to Donaire so that he can successfully claim that he dominant his current weight class and no question nor any other reactions towards this future achievement. Anyways Inoue is so young and have a huge potential so for sure he will reach many milestone on his career.

I would love to see Inoue taking on against Casimero, not just because of the hype that Casimero brought to make their fight happen but because they of equal footing i guess. And if this fight happens, there would be a KO to be expected. I think Donaire is just too old and slow compared to Inoue nor Casimero.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [WARNING!] For gamblers using coins.ph on: September 05, 2021, 04:31:25 PM
I tried to send XRP to one of the gambling sites I'm using, but I was prompted with this message.

Therefore I'm suggesting everyone especially from the Filipino community who are constantly transacting from coins.ph to a gambling site/s or vice versa. The BSP is already monitoring us, and if we submit the information and put a gambling site as a recipient, we might be sanction as gambling is illegal in our country and it's part of the TOS of the coins.ph that sending coins to a gambling platform is prohibited.

you may refer to the complete terms of services of coins.ph.

https://site.coins.ph/user-agreement

Quote
Prohibited Uses include transactions or activities related to:
(c) Gambling: Online gambling, lotteries, casinos and informal gambling, gaming operations, sports betting, and other games of chance and forms of speculation;

I am using coins.ph for quite a while now but I haven't tried to use my address  on a gambling site. Since there is binance and I trusted the platform, I preferred using it for convenience.
6  Local / Pilipinas / Re: May tax ba ang Cryptocurrency? on: August 31, 2021, 12:08:15 PM

8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis League All Thread on: August 29, 2021, 09:04:02 PM
^ I guess every young generation of tennis players have big respect to the big 3 or big 4 that's why most of the time they can't beat them because of that mentality, (I'm not saying it's bad). But Murray's game has deteriorated so much after coming back from the injury that we all know that it's just a matter of time before he retires for good. Of course, it's still not an easy game for Tsitsipas and he shouldn't underestimate Murray in their match.

I dont like hearing it the Big 4 ,because Murray isnt even close with all of the achivements to the Big 3. Yes he won some big titles while they were dominating but he didnt keep winning titles every year like them. Now Murray just plays big tournament with wild cards and always get knockout in the first or second round.

True, but there were times that only this 4 players are winning the grand slam events for years. It's just unfortunate that the youngest one of them all, Andy was injured early on and never recovered from that. And then the on/off, joining a tournament and then when we think that he has found his rhythm, he will suddenly lost in the first round. So it's hard for him to beat one of the top seed in the US Open which is Tsitsipas.

I woun't count murray out vs Tsitsipas but i don' think he can keep up the pace if the game drag up to the fifth set. I mean yes, Murray can still play but the young and hungry Tsitsipas will prevail in the later sets.

10  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price fall to Zero? Possible or not? on: April 13, 2021, 11:31:46 AM
Here are some scenerios that can cause the price of btc to fall drastically. (In my opinion, it is highly unlikely and the possibility very slim).
(1) No way to trade bitcoin or exchange it for goods and services.
(2) All governments of the world placing a ban on bitcoin and bitcoin related activities making it highly illegal.
(3) The entire bitcoin network and nodes going offline making it impossible to even make underground transactions in bitcoin.
(4) Another crypto overtaking bitcoin and value and more people shifting investment to this new crypto.

This topic was already been discussed over years and again its opened up again. I think its impossible for bitcoin to drop to zero and the current price is the testament of it being the king of crypto.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 Crypto Projects to Watch in 2020 on: January 29, 2020, 01:30:42 PM

Since 2019, Facebook has announced their own crypto but until now, there is no sign of progress that it will be realized. Though the list seems legit, I am still not buying into this because of most projects nowadays are a failure an iot want to be a victim again.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 29, 2020, 12:55:41 PM
It will be a different playoffs now for the Bucks as Giannis can shoot threes now.
The question is, if he will be given a good looks, their opponent knows his capabilities, last playoffs the Raptors put good defense on Giannis but putting two defender on him and sometimes even 3 and that made him struggle, so as the whole team.

Right, as playoffs are different atmosphere and the defense is tighter than regular games. I think if Giannis will play more as facilitator just like LeBron or maybe the Bucks can bring someone who can be a sidekick of Giannis, then that would be a different story.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fish arcade on: January 29, 2020, 12:22:30 PM
Itís very popular in Hawaii for about 10+years

Do you know that this is a gambling section?! In most countries gambling is legal for +18!

I think you got it wrong man, it's 10+ years and not 10years old. Maybe Hawaii made gambling legal and fish arcade is running in their country for 10+ years.

Outch!
Someone teach me poker please :-D
I regret why I was not into these types of card games ever.

Me too, I haven't tried poker games and maybe I will try to study about how this game works. I think I'm outdated when it comes to card games unlike many gamblers who are familiar with this one.i am merely focus on sports betting and not on cards.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs Manny Pacquiao on: January 29, 2020, 09:04:31 AM

Basing on punch power then Pacquiao had much more compared to Mayweather and i would like to see on how he would deal or bear with that.
Seeing these kind of fights are boring but when people do gets hype then they do consider it out since it would be entertaining on how a mma fighter
would be beaten down by a boxer.Practically, if there were lines to be offered on this one then for sure 100% sold on Pacquiaos side.

My bet will be always on Pacman, I've seen most of his fight, and I admit he is the greatest boxer for me among many others, his skill, strategy and power makes him unique especially his passion in what he is doing, maybe Mayweather won in that game still, I could not agree with that because I like pacman, it is because Pacman shows the good game in that i dont know why does mayweather won their, compared to McGregor, my bet will be on pacman.

I would be on Pacman too. There are many high caliber boxers that Manny had won and now this McGregor is calling on to fight him on the ring. McGregor cannot even give a proper scare on Mayweather, how much more if he fight the legendary Manny.

Will the bucks winning streak be stop tonight?

Giannis has been ruled out against the Wizards, this is the time where Wizards can take advantage.
Who are talking Wizards to win straight up in this game.

source : https://nba.nbcsports.com/2020/01/28/giannis-antetokounmpo-out-for-bucks-wizards-shoulder/

It didn't stop the winning streak as Bledsoe and Middleton carried the team with a combined 85 points, even without Giannis Wizard unable to
match up with the rest of the Bucks they are really an offensive squad as all of them got the chance to shot and score.
They continue winning and staying at the very top of the league.

The Bucks are not only depending their offensive strategy on Giannis. They literally have one all-star but most of the team members are reliable when it comes to teamwork. This is the reason why the Bucks are deadly this season.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I YOLO'ed into a snap purchase of LTC tonight!!! on: January 29, 2020, 05:08:22 AM
Welcome to the world of crypto mate,  Grin

Now it's a game of mental toughness on your end, what if LTC went down to $30 tomorrow? Are you going to panic at that point? I will just advise you to really fight that psychological barrier and see how it goes for you. And I do hope that you only invest what you can afford to lose, so good luck in the next coming weeks or months.

I think he just rushed to buy LTC because of a slight spike. Yes your right, mental toughness is what he needed in this kind of trend where volatility exists. I hope he won't broke if LTC drops down to $30 tomorrow or the other day.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How often do you gamble? on: January 28, 2020, 09:20:23 PM
If it's about sports, I think it's not totally everyday but maybe I skip one or two days of not gambling and do it again the other day and vice versa. I am not totally addicted to gambling so I can still control my habit.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 28, 2020, 01:34:15 PM
If Harden and Westbrook can do it, Gordon can do it too. I hope that this is the start for him to contribute more in terms of scoring and let Westbrook and Harden do the passing since both of them are good at it.
Maybe more like, if Harden and Westbrook will come back, Gordon can't produce points like that again.
This season, he only average 16 points, he should get at least 20 and more opportunity to drive and shoot 3s for this team.

https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/g/gordoer01.html
That's right, Gordon's contribution to the team is not about his scoring ability but his defense and tenacity. When harden and Westbrook comes back, he will be back to his usual plays and not to focus on scoring.
