1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep buying? on: October 11, 2017, 11:56:02 PM
I try to buy 1/4 or 1/2 on the major drop.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who can destroy Bitcoin ? on: October 10, 2017, 01:28:57 PM
If no one mines bitcoins anymore, nobody can exchange them. Even if it is still worth something, you won't be able to exchange it, so it is like destroying it.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN CASH is probably DYING on: October 05, 2017, 01:09:14 AM
Once major exchanges accept deposits, you will see a large amount of people sell their bitcoin cash that is currently being stored in paper and hardware wallets.

This being said, bitcoin cash probably will continue to rise in value over time, similar to ethereum classic after the ethereum fork.

I think it will be worth investing in long term but I wouldn't allocate more than you would for bitcoin. If you are investing in bitcoin cash, diversify and also invest in bitcoin!
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: should i invest in ETH & LTC? on: October 04, 2017, 05:27:46 PM
Ethereum - Blockchain development platform, many new cryptocurrencies, applications, programs and even new blockchains will be born and funded thanks to Ethereum. If this was a Gold rush then Ethereum would be the guy selling shovels and pickaxes to the miners.
Litecoin - Bitcoins younger, faster and much cheaper brother, if cryptcurrency were countries then Bitcoin would be the United States and Litecoin would be Canada. As Bitcoin becomes slower and the transaction fees increase people are already shifting to Litecoin to transport their funds and the buy into Bitcoin only when they need to buy.

You should also do some research of your own because when you really understand the value of an investment you will know the right entry and exit points or you might even convert from an investor to an actual user of these cryptocurrencies once they fully come into fruition.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin gold fork on: October 04, 2017, 05:13:58 PM
I guess nobody knows until now what will happen with upcoming fork in November but this is great article to get educated by the founder of bitcoin and ex CTO of coinbase https://masterthecrypto.com/coinbase-segwit2x-hardfork/.
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why use Bitcoins ? on: October 03, 2017, 07:37:35 PM
Because you can account for where your money went. Because you can have a ledger that records everything. Because your promise of value isn’t just another promise but is indeed value.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN vs ETH ? Your thoughts? on: October 03, 2017, 03:24:48 PM
Ethereum and Bitcoin are both cryptocurrencies but they serve a very different function.

Ethereum is a blockchain that allows smart contracts and the building of decentralized applications upon its blockchain.

Bitcoin, on the other hand, is a peer to peer technology and to be used as a form of digital currency. Sort of like a paper note just that it is being stored in a ‘Hot’ wallet or Hardware wallet on your phone or on a device.

Essentially the price of Ethereum is based on its technology and purpose of allowing smart contracts and applications to be built on it, whereby Bitcoin is used to make purchases.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is bitcoin on: October 03, 2017, 01:25:43 PM
Bitcoin is the first global, decentralized currency that allows you to send money from one person to another without involving a third party broker, such as a bank. You only need your computer to make transactions because Bitcoin is fundamentally software.

As a decentralized currency, Bitcoin isn’t controlled by anyone. It’s open so that anyone can benefit from it.

You might think that the lack of control could mean chaos, but that’s not true at all. That’s because Blockchain, the technology behind Bitcoin is one of the most accurate and secure systems ever created.
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest regret about bitcoin on: October 03, 2017, 01:07:11 PM
Bitcoin was introduced to me way back 2013 and I just ignored, just recently I had got an info from my friend who introduced to bitcoin that he indeed got a very big profit already. That is my regret I ignored it before I hope it's not too late.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Amazon May Accept Bitcoin By October. Do you believe? on: October 02, 2017, 07:54:30 PM
Well, other websites are doing this, for example, overstock.com and look at the stock growth for it. Amazon may accept Bitcoin but by October I don't think so maybe we will have to wait longer.

12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest In Bitcoin? on: September 19, 2017, 06:54:38 PM
Yes, I believe you should invest in Bitcoin.  But when I say invest, I don't just mean obtaining some bitcoins and holding on to them, only to sell them at a profit later.  I mean investing by spending time and energy learning, discussing, using, coding, and enquiring about Bitcoin.  The arrival of Bitcoin as a new financial technology heralds a time for us all to consider deeply what gives anything value, and why we do (or don't) use a form of money for a given exchange of goods/services in various circumstances, and why we have money in the first place.

Bitcoin will only take on value because it meets a need within society that existing commodities don't meet in the same way.  I hope that people will learn more about what makes Bitcoin different from other forms of value and why it works well as a form of currency, and then use it, spend it, accept it for goods and services that they offer.  Simply investing in something, keeping it stored up doesn't do all of us much good.  Getting Bitcoin to a point where you and many, many others utilize it as a part of an economy because it is more efficient, affordable and convenient to use will benefit us all.

If, after researching Bitcoin, you do decide that Bitcoin would be a good thing for society to embrace (and I do), then I'd encourage you to invest time promoting, discussing, using, protecting the use of Bitcoin and building systems to allow for Bitcoin to be utilized by as many people as possible. And if you happen to make a profit on *SOME* of your bitcoins along the way, then more power to you.

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Where do you get your trading information? on: September 18, 2017, 07:22:35 PM

15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin on: September 15, 2017, 02:47:38 PM
Litecoin is in existence right from 2011 and also considered to be third major coin after BTC and ETH. Lietcoin is also hard forked out of Bitcoin so implementing the feature on Litecoin before Bitcoin can be way practical. Also, Litecoin coin is much faster in approving transactions i.e. its faster in comparison to Bitcoin which takes way longer time.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What would you do with 10 eth on: September 15, 2017, 03:36:13 AM
I will HODL 5 ETH and remaining 5 ETH I will invest in either OMG, LISK or NEO.

17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any Altcoins which generate other coins? on: September 15, 2017, 02:15:54 AM
If you hold NEO in Neo wallet this generated GAS coins in the same Neo wallet. This can be treated as kind of dividend and/or free money.
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: F**K Chinese BTC on: September 14, 2017, 01:50:02 PM
All I will say is HODL HODL and HODL buy more on dips with different lower percentage if you can and wait for the pullback.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's make Bitcoin's Price Higher on: September 12, 2017, 01:51:25 PM
Value of Bitcoin will go higher as the volume increase's and will stay stable. Currently, Bitcoin is just 1% in volume when compared with the stock market and price of Bitcoin is higher already and also had potential to grow large.
20  Economy / Speculation / Price predictions for BTC? on: September 11, 2017, 07:05:10 PM
