Could you provide some links to websites/announcements for all these coins? I couldn't find much information at all about some of them, so it makes me skeptical. I can see the common thread of all the coins that you like though, be careful and get more diversified is my opinion.

Truly understand their concerns. Even though Microsoft was a software development company at its core, it has been significantly diverted in the past years, and they lost grasp on many things.
Just look at what happened to Skype after being purchased by Microsoft. After being at the top of the charts for years, Skype has become a sub-par communication program at best and did not evolve at all. Not even mentioning terrible advertisements and constant spam..
GitHub should be worried, but at the very least they got a ton of cash.

I really doubt it. Facebook's reputation is at it's lowest after all the Analytica scandal and many investors don't trust Facebook anymore. Additionally, why would FB need its own cryptocurrency in the first place? There aren't any paid services on the platform except maybe advertising, and if they just needed crowdfunding, there would be many easier methods.
Please elaborate on the rumour, because without context it doesn't make any sense to me. Couldn't find anything like that on the net.

Correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn't bounty twitter account be your own account? Most twitter accounts that you can buy have fake followers and will have very low twitteraudit score, so I don't suggest buying one. It is always better to take your time and grow your own account naturally. Otherwise you risk being banned by a bounty campaign.
At the very least always check twitteraudit before buying anything

I do not want to be pessimistic, but I don't see that happening any time soon. Not in our lifetimes, most likely. There is a lot of resistance against cryptocurrency adoption as people have to much money and history in fiat. Disruption usually either happens really fast, or not at all, and as you can see cryptocurrencies haven't made as big of a splash as everyone expected. So don't get your hopes up and do not abandon traditional ways for a while still

This quote is probably taken out of context, because there are many more factors involved in the questions than simply volatility. Many countries have super volatile currencies, that change drastically every week/day, just like bitcoin, but still use this fiat for everything.
In my opinion cryptocurrency can be used as a global currency, something to use for payments across borders, when you can exchange it to fiat quickly, not to lose anything on the instant transaction across the world.

Clearly a lot of people succeed in business and cryptocurrency trading without any formal economics education. But university courses definitely help if you know how to use them. I personally have a competely unrelated degree, but had taken up some economics courses just as a side education and it ended up being so interesting, that now I am daytrading fulltime.
To be honest though, most important things you learn once you start working, theory only helps in the very long run, so you know overall strategies. But nothing stops you from buying and selling tokens before you know everything, so don't be afraid to try!

Most definitely it is a very big investment of time and resources on the part of bounty participants. But at the same time it is also easy to understand why companies don't consider them to be investors. In the end of the day they can't really tell how influential the bounty campaign has proven to be, while they can easily quantify how much money has a particular investor put in. Obviously bounty hunters are valued too, otherwise there wouldn't be so many great bounty campaigns for so many serious projects, but developers cannot feed their families and work hard just on outstanding articles and community outreach. Money talks, as they say.

While already very overcomplicated, these systems don't seem to me like a very secure way to identify investors. There are still a dozen ways that some devious people can find loopholes in the system, and all the while people who are truly legit suffer constantly and have their credentials under scrutiny. Some countries and banks are totally out of luck, even though these people have no other options.
This situation really reminds me of the DRM (Digital Rights Management) implementation in videogames. For those who don't know, DRM is implemented to combat piracy, but instead it just makes it a little harder and takes a little more time for pirates to steal games. At the same time DRM makes many computers of legit users underperform or don't run the games altogether, which makes prospective buyers avoid games with DRM implemented. Don't you see the irony?

Do not buy anything unless you are 100% sure you can lose this money and not regret it. Many cheap tokens DO have a lot of potential and many people WILL earn money by being early adoptors, but it is practically a full time job to make decisions on which one's are worth your time. It is like with everything in life - take your sweet time to learn everything there is to learn and be prepared to face the consequences if you were wrong.
