9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is NEO still worth investing in? on: June 11, 2018, 01:57:35 PM
NEO is the first Chinese block-project with open source, launched in August 2017 with the filing of developer Da Hongfei. But in fact the history of the project began 3 years earlier.

In 2014, Da Hongfei created the blocking company OnChain in Shanghai and launched a crypto-currency project called AntShares. The created crypto currency was named the same, and for the ticker ticker they chose the abbreviation ANS.

OnChain's main task is to create a new financial system that unites the real and virtual economy. The main instrument for such a merger was chosen by smart contracts, and the ANS crypto currency was the unit of payment for the execution of these contracts.

11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Future of crypto on: June 11, 2018, 01:28:27 PM
DEXs Become Popular; Payment Channels Help Resolve Scalability Issues

Though the adoption of decentralized exchanges has not been high so far, I feel they’ll become fairly mainstream in 2018.

With SEC regulations around the corner, this likely has centralized exchanges panicking.

To find token liquidity elsewhere, people will have to turn to decentralized exchanges (DEXs). I expect projects like EtherDelta, which has been around for a while, to become popular in 2018 as people gradually turn away from Coinbase, Bittrex, etc.

That’s not to say that centralized exchanges will immediately be forgotten; they are still worlds more convenient than any functioning or soon-to-be-launched DEX is. But they will probably lose a sizable amount of their market share in 2018.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why of Bitcoin has dropped below USD 6800 today on: June 11, 2018, 01:20:08 PM

13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I do not believe ico anymore on: June 08, 2018, 03:04:07 PM
ICO is a very risky type of investment. I think that it is better to enter into those projects that are already launched and traded on the exchange. For example REMME. The project is concerned with the security of data.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / REMME on: June 04, 2018, 01:47:23 PM
REMME was developed to provide a passwordless solution to protect individuals and businesses from cyber crimes such as phishing and brute force.
REMME does not have a central key and certificate database that could be hacked. Also, REMME checks for hidden certificates that might be spamming on you and quickly eliminates its attempt to redirect and intercept your connections. You now have total control over what your networks without any fear of third-party interference.
What Problem does REMME Want to Solve?
REMME is specifically developed to solve the problem of security of passwords in online networks. Most often, we see cases of hacked social networking accounts and even emails are not left out too.
Cyber crime had been on the increase and online users have been at the receiving end most times. It is for this reason that REMME was conceptualized as a passwordless framework that will not only protect the password of online users but also their data.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Airdrops, How to earn from it ? on: June 04, 2018, 01:39:20 PM
A crypto airdrop is when a blockchain project distributess free tokens or coins to the crypto community.

To be a recipient of a crypto airdrop often the only requirement is that you have coins from the relevant blockchain stored in your wallet. Examples of this format of airdrops are Byteball, Stellar lumens and OmiseGo. These airdrops required you to proof you were the owner of Bitcoins or Ethereums at a certain time ( snapshot) of the blockchain.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BITCOIN or ETHEREUM? on: June 04, 2018, 01:35:52 PM
Ethereum has the backing of some boldface names -- which could be a benefit or drawback, depending on your opinion of the modern financial industrial complex. It has the potential for intrinsic value like Litecoin or bitcoin but also more obvious commercial applications as well. And, like bitcoin, it has spawned hundreds of other coins that have been built using its underlying blockchain technology.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Are you a bounty hunter .. ?? on: June 04, 2018, 12:36:07 PM

20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why up to 80% bounty campaign extend the deadline? on: June 04, 2018, 09:39:25 AM
I think that the campaigns that conduct the Bounty campaign expect a certain number of participants. But when they are not enough, they extend the timing of the campaign.
