OMG i don't have words to say than, how in the world can you trust someone 340k$ ? I know i'm not helping to lower your pain, but look it that way:you learned something in investment, which you could lear much easier.
Belive me you could invest those 340k$ in your own page and you would be making at least 20% per month. You can consider this as a tip for the future.
I'm really sorry, but i'm realist.
Everyone with money is not an investor nor an entrepreneur.. Your post was not very smart/nor helpful in my opinion. Its like telling someone who drinks to stop drinking and start a vodka company.. Well, that comparisson is not really accurate. If he had 340k$ in that site than he is investor, we can't disprove that. By having such a big investment in site which is owned by ''we-don't-know-who", he made it really risky. And i have already write that i didn't intend to be helpful in a way : oh i'm sorry, do you feel better now? not really, right? I might sound like advertising, but with such an ammount (or even only 10% of it) he could make his own site, and take full controll of his investment, which means he knows all the risks and he can deal with them. Now someone took his 340k$ and he is blaming them, of course, try giving 340k$ to random guy on street and tell him that you will be back on the same spot in 1 year time waiting for money. What do you expect, to be honest? he didnt invest in the site. He is a gambler. For sure he was willing to loose his gambling proceeds. However, this was not the case, he actually won, and won big. This thread is about him actually getting robbed by the site. In your reasoning, there would be no gamblers in the world, and everyone willing to risk a penny would only do so by investing in a casino. In your world, there would naturally be no proceeds or dividends from a casino, making the investment worthless.. So you recommendation to him to become an investor instead of actually being a gambler, doesnt make much sense at all. Yes an honest recommendation, but not a very smart one.

Why u not used escrow. LOL
Lot of people don't want to use escrow because the 1% fee (or whatever) is too much I guess. there are free escrows such as sebastianju, based on donations only.. I actually sold to this guy once and he paid through escrow. Asking sebastianju´s advice now on how to tackle this guy.. since i have his address.

i'd never buy or sell anything on 50% escrow. You clearly state the terms, then the escrow will abide by it.. I made a sale once, and buyer didnt make note of receiving the item. but the goods were signed off. I just had a part of the term, being 6 hours after signed receipt, escrow is released.. so he cannot sit on it forever.. In the end, he confirmed all ok, but after 24hours. Escrows (in this case i always use SebastianJu as he is free/donation), always are trusted. there is no gain for them to screw the deal. Yes they could run with the btc, but i believe they make more by getting the donations than getting a oneoff..

Or, are you buying and selling btc? (what license do you have for that from curacao?) If i transmit 1btc to you today. i get $825 in my account. Tomorrow, btc is worth $1. I can then easily cash out using moneybookers my $825?
Also, imagine that i wagered with betsoft, whom you will be paying in USD (20%), or are you paying them in BTC? Are you really sure about your setup if you allow btc and usd. huge risks..

I doubt your license allows btc and USD cashier.. ton of aml they cannot control.. btc casino OR USD casino. can't do both..
driksson, please refer to our terms and conditions: http://www.bcourtcasino.com/terms-and-conditions“4.2 Some legal jurisdictions have not addressed the legality of online gambling and others have specifically made online gambling illegal. Use of the Online Casino is void wherever prohibited by any applicable law. You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of the Online Casino is legal in the country where you live.” For your peace of mind please check our license status at: http://www.gaminglicences.com/pages/validate.php?lid=8048-B2608378Our casino is designed for play with real money and BTC. Either you are a bit fresh, or just plain ingnorant. Who at antillephone allowed you to run a BTC and USD casino (pm please)? Try googling AML rules and you understand what i mean.. You will be in huge money laundring issues if you allow both. No licensed jurisdiction allows both..

Just received my Avalon B2 from Driksson, I used an escrow but it was certainly not necessary, do NOT hesitate to deal with this user, he has shown himself to be honest, trustworthy and very helpful.
Greatly appreciated.
thank you for a swift deal Lightwave. Welcome to the community. Today, last unit was sold and is currently in escrow. Tomorrow, i am actively NOT mining any longer.. hm..
