The user has told us to deposit to other address via email, for security reasons we wont reveal this address.
What kind of verification did you ask from the user before you were willing to change their destination address for $100k worth of bitcoin? If I send BTC to you for the purpose of mixing them, I expect them to reach their destination specified in the letter of guarantee, not be intercepted during the mixing and be rerouted. With changing the destination you did break your own letter of guarantee. I hope you are aware of what a dangerous precedence you are setting here. What if for example their email was hacked and you were not communicating with the user that had originally deposited those funds to your mixer? You're taking a huge risk by letting users change from addresses which you have signed.
Disclaimer: I have a working relationship with bitblender.io, my opinions are my own, and you can insult me for either of those two things as much as you like.You pointed out decent possibilities however if his email address was hacked we will cover his 16 bitcoins lost. We took a huge risk only for this specific deposit since chipmixer employee went rouge on us. |

I can confirm, the user deposited 16BTC to an address signed by bitmixcoin.io and the funds have not yet reached to target destination also signed by bitmixcoin.io Thanks, please tag. The user has told us to deposit to other address via email, for security reasons we wont reveal this address.
We asked the user to connect and verify it.

I don't get it. You fixed everything even thought you didn't receive 16 bitcoins. Nah, I still don't get it. Did you or did you not receive 16 bitcoins from user? They did, according to the letter of guarantee I have been forwarded. I've verified said letter (was expecting a PGP, but apparently they only use bitcoin signed messages, meh), and the deposit address signed in that letter has received a ~16 BTC transaction over a week before bitmixcoin.io claimed to NOT have received the btc.

It's easy for you to say, but would you provide some proof of that, or ideally have the user themselves confirm that?
If the above statement by bitmixcoin.io is wrong and you still need someone to tag their account, forward the letter of guarantee to me. Little piece of advice here, btw: You are not building a strong image for your brand with the way you talk. I'd expect something better from a public representative for a service supposedly trusted with several thousand btc each week. The user will connect and verify our claims, The chipmixer employee just was looking for an option to roost us. I can promise you, after the user will verify our claims still no one will remove our negative feedbacks. |

We fixed everything with the user, you can send a private message to the user or email him.
We are back to bnusiness.
P,S, we asked him to connect and confirm everything we say, we had a techniacal glich in our system.
We still haven't seen the deposit but we confirmed the latter of guarantee with our system.
Will you all remove the negative feedback's after the user will confirm? of course not, you're just looking for an option to burn a solid mixer.

They still dont answer me. On our first two months of operations were hacked by our hosting company, we hope this isn't the case again. We are working to fix this error. We just mixed 5 BTC like 5 mins ago, we did not scam anyone....
Also, someone just sent 0.8, if it was an exit scam we would have gone long time ago, It is sad that all of our competitors accusing us, How convenient.
Is zazarb (your ex-escrow) also your competitor? Because he left you a negative trust  Or maybe he also works for ChipMixer? D:No. If it is an exit scam, that's exactly what you're trying to do: get as many coins as possible before leaving for good. You're trying to extend your exit scam.
You can say you're mixing as many coins as you want. But this doesn't mean you are telling the truth.
Inb4: accuses me of being a ChipMixer's employee because of my signature.I don't care what you believe or not, fact is, if it was an exit scam i would just ignore you. |
