1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]SMART TRADE COIN-A New Way to Manage your Crypto on: November 20, 2018, 08:22:52 PM
Your website shows logos of several exchanges are displayed. Where if you scroll down you see they are just contacting the exchanges with no further information about the business relationship. Furthermore have you contacted the exchanges and asked for permission to display their logo on your ICO site?

Can you show proof that the popup on your website displaying tokens sold is real? The purchase address will really help show to the world that the tokens sold are real.

Edit: This is the token address https://etherscan.io/token/0x40e45890dff79e7d533797d964e64a2c0121f49a

Only shows 14 transfers of only a few tokens not in line with what is presented on your site with the pop up showing tokens sold.

Quote
The idea of Bether's currency is to simplify the entry into the world of crypto coins for our community of blockchain lovers who wish to buy coins without having  accounts opened in various exchanges. The basket of currencies serves as support and protection to the community members/investors  of our currency since its price variation will depend only by  the fluctuation of the top crypto currencies.
The Bether currency will be more stable than any of the rest if it is bought individually

So to be clear, Bether is a token representing ownership of a basket of cryptocurrencies?

What about the financial return Bether promises? How does the team achieve this return? is it just thru appreciation of this basket of cryptocurrencies?

Quote
" The BETHER token (BHR) is not a security, commodity, or any other kind of financial instrument and has not been registered under the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the security laws of EUROPE or the securities laws of any other country, including the securities laws of any jurisdiction in which a potential token holder is a resident. The sale of BETHER tokens is final and non-refundable. Tokens do not entitle you to any equity, governance, voting or similar right or entitlement in a Company. " pag 42 WP version 1.0

Have you heard of the howey test? Even if you state that your token is not a security, government may still see it as a security since it promises a return on investment. Granted the howey test applies to US law and EU law may be different but please get some legal advice regarding your token status.

And since the token is not registered under ESMA is there a company who is issuing the tokens and under what jurisdiction are the tokens issued?

Can Bether provide info about investment performance for previous years? I bet that investors will want to see past performance before doing any kind of investment.

Also did you do any research re: legal implications of tokensale?

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 📌 [ANN] CWEX - decentralized fine wine trading 📌 on: November 08, 2018, 03:24:56 AM
Your list of media(Oracle times) Reuters and Bloomber just links to a generic wine article with no mention of your company.

Academic references (Cornell, Yale, Harvard) just links to their main page.

Your partners:
Geneva Free Ports & Warehouses Ltd. article has no mentions of your ICO
Same with cruwineinvestment.com

And I could not find any mention of your ICO in Crypto Valley or in their directory but have sent mail to confirm:

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][ENCN] EndChain 🔥(US Patent-Pending)🔥 Affordable Tracking Solution on: November 05, 2018, 05:48:33 AM
Got that its AWS.

By using their services does this mean that the company is paying AWS for their services or has AWS extended EndChain a sponsorhip or something deeper? Would really like to clarify the business relationship since partner implies something deeper than a customer using services of AWS.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][ENCN] EndChain (US Patent-Pending): Affordable Tracking Solution on: November 04, 2018, 06:52:08 PM
Again whats your connection with Amazon and Mailchimp?

I recall Mailchimp banned any use of their services for ICO related stuff:
https://www.forbes.com/sites/jemmagreen/2018/04/05/mailchimp-is-the-latest-to-ban-cryptocurrencies-but-does-it-really-matter/#152c25cf21bc

Did they rescind the ban, have they invested and what sort of business relationship does EndChain with the partners listed.

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][ENCN] EndChain (US Patent-Pending): Affordable Tracking Solution on: November 03, 2018, 07:50:39 PM
What is the scope of your partnership with Amazon and Mailchimp?

Definitely gamechanging if those two are in the game.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Innovaminex - Blockchain of precious metals mines on: October 25, 2018, 11:34:18 AM
Can you furnish us with papers, permits etc for your 7 projects: GUAYAQUIL, VIZCAYA,
BOLÍVAR 2, ANTIOQUIA 3, MINEX 7, MINEX 12 and TOLIMA.

Can you also substantiate the relationships you have with your partners? Did they officially announce partnerships with Innovaminex also?

Under what legal structure and country will this tokensale be held?
What legal rights does a INX tokenholder have?

As it is you need to provide more info to win over trust and prove to the public that your project is legitimate, videos, inteviews, site tours etc will greatly help.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Finlocale: a new revolution in P2P Crypto Marketplace on: September 25, 2018, 05:49:56 PM
What about your other parners? Can you substantiate their involvement with Finalocale?
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [NEOGAME]: A nonprofit lottery:no owners/no commission/no people involved on: September 21, 2018, 05:49:01 AM
Do you have any team information?
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Finlocale: a new revolution in P2P Crypto Marketplace on: September 18, 2018, 11:35:49 AM

Talked with Comodo and they say that Finlocale just used a free Comodo SSL certificate.

One can surely guess that their other partnerships are fake.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Airgead Coin - Merge Precious Metals Into 1 Coin on: September 17, 2018, 01:26:42 PM
The ICO lists their address as : Unit 1A, Upper Cranford Centre Montrose, Dublin 4 D04 X6H0 which is the location of http://www.officepods.ie which are just offices for short time rent, not really indicative of a trustworthy ICO.
Also where did you get this picture? Maybe a lil bit more photoshop work is in order?

14  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Tokeneo.io - questionable team members: on: September 17, 2018, 12:49:08 PM
Can anybody corroborate what OP said?
I've sent an email to Adam Tatarynowicz thru his academic website lets see if he replies.
Tomasz Rozmus has some videos on youtube and his personal site (https://smarttrader.pl/) does list tokeneo so at least the identity is there but as to the quality of the man behind the identity no idea.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DEFACTO - Voting Platform, Privacy & POS Coin - Pre Token Sale / ICO 17/08/2018 on: September 17, 2018, 11:52:26 AM
Hi,

All of your team profiles on linkedin do not list that they are in any way connected with DEFACTO. This might be viewed as a red flag by some investors since there have been lots of cases of ICOs using linkedin profiles of teammembers unrelated to the ICO.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MELIOR (MEL)- AI & Blockchain Powered E-Commerce Bots on: September 17, 2018, 09:19:21 AM
Can you show us real world applications where your chatbots are deployed?
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]Coinolix Crypto Currency Exchange on: September 17, 2018, 07:22:57 AM
And just one more thing..
On your website, you've a "Press" section

- ICOPR
- TheCoinTelegraph
- News.Bitcoin.com
- Altcoin Alerts
- ICO CROWD
- CoinsSpeaker

It's a shame, the articles are not linked.
So, I proceed to some research, and I have not found any articles about Coinolix in the media mentioned above ..

Some explanations for the community ?

Good catch, been seeing a lot of ICOs use the name of reputable media sources as a way of adding legitemacy and most of the time ICOs that use this strategy are just not good investments because of trust issues right from the start.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] CryptoAdSolution - WORLD'S FIRST CRYPTO MASTERNODE ADVERTISING COIN on: September 14, 2018, 02:24:00 PM

19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Delta-X (DLX) Zero Volatility, 100% Profits & Zero Spread on: August 29, 2018, 04:53:26 PM
Has your legal advisory told you to do a SAFT sale first since you arent securitized yet?
You might also want to file for an exemption first before you can conduct ANY sale of tokens, even vouchers. Ref: https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2018/33-10530.pdf Page 2

And if you are going for eventual SEC status you shouldnt be promoting here ( or to unqualified investors) but instead promoting to qualified investors who by law can participate in these offerings.

20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Delta-X (DLX) Zero Volatility, 100% Profits & Zero Spread on: August 27, 2018, 11:16:50 PM
Can you link us to the application for your SEC registration?

Hi.
We have been advised to only start with the application once soft cap has been reached as if we do not reach that point the project will be a failure and then time with SEC would have been wasted.
That is why we will be distributing voucher token in the ICO and this gets sent to investors during ICO to have something to show for their investment rather than doing it like many other ICOs that only distributes something after the ICO has ended and you have nothing to show for your investment.
We are doing the voucher token as this is legally allowed when planning on regsitering the actual security after the fundraising event.
Once we reach soft cap the new chain and new DLX security coin will be created and with that we will go to SEC and apply and then once our application is approved we will distribute DLX at a 1:1 ratio with the voucher coin

Hope this answers you and thank you for the question.

"Fully registered with SEC to become a Crypto Asset and Security for profits and purchases."
"SEC Compliant"

Then these statements in OP are false and misleading? Care to change them?

Any plans for if SEC denies your application?
You say DLX can be used as a substitute for fiat for all things, but to realize this, the price of DLX must be in accordance with fiat, meaning that it must have a good price, so that more enthusiasts will
Correct and it will have a good price as it will build up.
The price will never go down.
Also, until we reach a point where salaries are paid in crypto, you will basically do what you do today, take your fiat, trade it for crypto and then trade/spend the crypto.
But with the Delta-X brand we will contribute to the crypto ecosystem and help build and grow it to a point where you can do everything with crypto as you would with fiat today.
~I am interested in your statement saying the price will never go down. What price do you mean? DLX price? Are you sure? Please explain a bit to me.
~You will contribute to the ecosystem. What kinds of contribution do you plan? Giving a chance to earn DLX? Or any other contributions?
Thx

Hi.
Yes we mean the price of DLX and yes we are sure Smiley
DLX will not be your usual tradeable coin. You will only be able to but it from- or sell it to the Delta-X Exchange, not from one user to another unless you personally send DLX to another person from your wallet to his/hers and then accept payment in your own capacity for a lower amount of course, which would be silly because there will always be buy and sell orders available on the exchange. Iw will just not be between users, but between Delat-X and user.
This was no user can short the price and because the coin is backed by USD, we cannot pump it nether as we need to be able to back it up should the world end and every single person decide to cash out his or her coin.
So how it will work is e.g there will be 90 people, including the founders, each owning 1 DLX coin and the DLX exchange account having 10. This should tell you how the founders will make money and also how the salaries and expenses will be paid.
We will have $100 in our banks, each coin will then be worth $1. Profits for the month amount to $50.
$25 will be paid out to the 100 people in a currency of their choice provided it is on our exchange so they will each get $0.25.
The other $25 will go into the coin increasing the value of each of the 100 coin with $0.25 meaning the new price will be $1.25 per DLX.
This will repeat monthly and amounts will depend on how much profit the exchange makes.

Regarding the ecosystem, we contribute by solving 2 main problems.
1. Volatility
2. Enabling of using crytpo for daily goods and services.

We will have business, stores, etc all paying salaries and accepting payments in crypto.
Imagine this.
You work for company ABC, they pay you 1000 DLX per month, then you go to store DEF and you go buy a coke and a bread for 5 DLX. Then you take your child to the doctor and pay 200 DLX for the appointment. From there you need to go put fuel in your car, once again paid for with DLX and after that you take your wife to have her hair and nails done, again, paid for with DLX.
This is what we want to achieve with the Delta-X brand, just not as limited as this, we want you to be able to do this with all currencies and for all things.
We also plan to setup a platform where you can register and exchange services for services.
You are a plumber and I am an electrician, you need wiring checked and I need to have a drain pipe fixed, I check your wiring in return for you fixing the pipe.
No fiat and no crypto required.

Hope this clarifies things a little more.

Have a good day and thank you all for the good questions.
Keep them coming.
Your coin might also have to register at FinCEN for a money transmittal license: https://coincenter.org/files/2018-03/fincen-ico-letter-march-2018-coin-center.pdf
