1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New to bitcoin* How long does it take to transfer from mtgox to euro bank? on: May 23, 2011, 09:14:38 PM
May I ask what bank you have? Swedbank?

Yes, I do use Swedbank.
2  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should there be a fee when placing bids\asks on mtgox? on: May 23, 2011, 09:05:41 PM
Of course not, its a FREE market, everyone is free to place any orders they want to what extent they want.
And that's exactly as it should be.

2x 5970 = 4x5870

"according to ATI the 5970 has a TDP of 294 Watt" (http://www.guru3d.com/article/radeon-hd-5970-review-test/10)

"ATI Radeon HD 5870 Has a TDP of 188W" (http://www.geeks3d.com/20090914/ati-radeon-hd-5870-has-a-tdp-of-188w/)

"according to ATI the 5850 has a TDP of 151 Watts." (http://www.guru3d.com/article/radeon-hd-5850-review-crossfire/9)

Sorry mate, your wrong there.

I'm using the Tx850 to run 4 5850 with mild OC, people seem to generally overestimate how much power a computer uses even with a few GPU's on it.

Seems to work great with the 5850 as well. Got my average Mh/s by by an average of 10-15, Using 6 cards that's really respectable.
8  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: 5850 Not Up To Speed on: May 09, 2011, 09:36:28 AM
I bought 3 Sapphire 5850 Xtreme last week, and 2 of them i can get about 330Mh/s at 880/340 at stock volt stable, if i push the voltage to 1.25 i can get them to about 980 core and about ~400 Mh/s
The other one is stable at 930/340 at stock volt (1.088) giving about 360 Mh/s and is able to give me almost 415 Mh/s when overvolted.
The problem is that if i set the vcore to 1.25 it generates way too much heat and also the (electric) cost of running them supersedes the gain.

The fee could have been for converting it from euro to krona (the Swedish currency)
I'm not quite sure

I had to pay about 1.5$ in fee for the transaction, but that may vary depending on which bank you use.

There are no good examples of state-run ANYTHING
You are correct Sir!

I did a transfer the 5th about 16.55 pm local time (Sweden) and i had the money available the day after. Was a very happy surprise as i thought it would take at least 4-5 days.
