441  Economy / Economics / Re: Differences in btc value? on: November 17, 2018, 02:26:48 PM
Why there are significant differences in current BTC value between different exchanges.
It depends on the buying and selling needs of investors. If you have just heard a good news that has not been released, you probably would have bought a lot of bitcoins in any trading platform. then its price will rise and it will make the price becomes vary between exchanges.
442  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BIGGEST DROP without a clear reason for it --> MARKET MANIPULATION on: November 15, 2018, 03:47:56 AM
Working as a CMO for an upcoming Zilliqa dApp here in Singapore together with an OTC business, here's my insights:

- BTC is centralized to some extent, individual whales own billions of dollars at a time. We regurarly do deals with individuals who are selling 2-3 billion dollars at once.
- The actual value crypto is bringing to the world is very little compared to the hype and market cap
- from TA point of view and talking to several of the crypto funds here in Singapore, bear market will last another year. BTC will keep crashing

Get your coats ready boys, winter is coming.
Our market is well known for being manipulated and that is what attracted many traders to the crypto market. Good psychological analysts and technical analysts, they will win in this market. This is a free market. The founders of the altcoins do not need to hold much money, they just go manipulative to have money. This is a big problem that needs to be addressed.
443  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the fear of crypto-currencies legit? on: November 14, 2018, 03:36:05 AM
People are increasingly getting scared to invest in Bitcoin and other virtual currencies out of fear of getting scammed. Should they be?
invest in bitcoin and get cheated? who did it? no one cheated them. Investing only losses and profits. Only investing in new ICO projects brings more risk to us but that is the rule. Dangerous things always bring great value when achieved. Advise them and explain them better.
444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most profitable bounty tasks on: November 14, 2018, 03:23:42 AM
Hey guys, when you are doing a bounty program, which tasks do you usually do? Facebook and Twitter? My favourite task is a Youtube video review. However I think Bitcointalk signature is the most profitable. Do you agree with me?
Yes, but depending on the different projects. Each project will have a different reward for different campaigns. In some projects they always send 5% of the total amount of the project to the Signature campaign. But some send higher percentages. But I find that signature campaigns bring more money.
445  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading as an entertainment thing on: November 13, 2018, 03:17:42 AM
There are a lot of companies calling me at least every 2 days to ask me if i am into trading and if not why not and why i don't and so on..
Is there any kind of entertainment if doing online investments or trading?
Enlighten me!
I know a project but they have stopped selling tokens and the project has been successful. You can look up Current and understand more about it. It is a music application supported by Mark Cuban in calling the capital. You can wait for it to be listed on the exchange to buy them soon.
446  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I still get wealthy through Bitcoin? on: November 13, 2018, 03:04:44 AM
Bitcoin and the blockchain have been presented as the future for a decade now, and it turned many of those who found out about it early into millionaires.  Some rank these two as the greatest inventions of this century: cryptocurrencies, of which Bitcoin is only one, and blockchain, the record-keeping technology that underpins it. Is the prediction of bitcoin's strong future coming true within the next few years? Is it too late to have a chance in getting wealthy through Bitcoin?
Never be late in the crypto market. 2017 is just the virtual value of the altcoins you should not expect it to happen again. It only damages the economy. We need a true and lasting value and are not easily manipulated. So now is a good time to start with zero.
447  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you ever wonders why we are using this paper as money? on: November 12, 2018, 03:15:34 AM
Just want to share the details about the people who ever thinks that why we need to use just paper as currency and we all are working hard to get those paper.People claiming that bitcoin is not virtual so it cannot be considered as money or they call it as scam or ponzi but they are using just papers for centuries and those paper currency were made out of thin air.
That's a pretty good theory, but the paper we're using has been recognized internationally. Bitcoin is a new currency developed 10 years ago and now it has become famous. But people just view it as a money transfer tool and it is not enough to become a common currency.
448  Economy / Economics / Re: Money vs Barter on: November 12, 2018, 03:05:01 AM
Money is one of the important concepts, This section talks about money from the perspective of microeconomics.when people exchange goods and services without using money, this is called barter. "I'll cook dinner if you'll do the dishes" is an example of barter. Imagine an economy in wich i can sell services as a consultant to banks, but what i want is to buy a new suit. the clothing store that sell suits does not have any use for my services as a banking consultant. i sell consulting services for money, and i buy a suit using money. money serves as a medium of exchange. the bank does not sell suits. how can barter work?
Barter is an old-fashioned method we use. Now everything is different. All items have their own value and you can not exchange with strangers with items. That will increase the surplus of the market. But you can also exchange goods with people who are not afraid of holes or words to get a precious item like antiques.
449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Don't forget to be more Patience - Hold more coins on: November 11, 2018, 03:11:18 AM
Everyone are shouting here, and calling out for the next bull run and yet the market is still not responding for everyone's concern. The bull market is not showing any sign for the remaining 2 months of 2018, and this is why people are keep on panicking.

My golden advice to those who are still waiting for the bull run is that, don't forget to be more patience and always play long run. Do buy more good coins, hold more potential coins so when the bull comes, you have the chance to take more profit.

Let's be more positive in this market even if the situation is not in favor to us. Pump and dump are still on a roar, patience plays the best role to those hodlers, let's be more like them and just enjoy the current trend.
yep, although the market is difficult, I still make money. Because I always appreciate what I have. If my job was not as successful as expected, I would definitely have to work harder to earn the money I wanted. If the market is growing, it is also when I will be rich if I have enough patience to stay with the market for a long time.
450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Is going to hit 200 USD? on: November 11, 2018, 03:00:49 AM
What's happening with Ethereum? The most promising coins becoming garbage! Yes, we know the bearish market has come again, but ETH in 330 USD?! It is unbelievable. People told that In August, the crypto bull market will start and now we are seeing the bearish market ever in 2018! I can't believe ETH is now 330 USD. What about you guys?
Now it's down to $ 200 and I'm a little disappointed. I think the market is always high and it is time for it to change. There will be no more powerful pulses but virtual values. I think the market will grow steadily and all will be its real value.
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH VS EOS who wins? on: November 10, 2018, 02:54:36 AM
Hello guys. On the previous week Vitaly founder of ethereum announced ethereum 2.0 with faster transactions and so on. Do you think our old friend ethereum can defeat a very promising EOS? Or EOS is soon going to be crypto number 2 instead of ethereum?
ETH is definitely more likely to get EOS if they really try to improve the technology. ETH has had a very good foundation after many years of operation and that is a huge advantage for ETH. If it is well tuned back, Buterin is more responsible for the development, it will leave the EOS far away.
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cryptocurrencies prices decline again, what much do we expect? on: November 10, 2018, 02:32:49 AM
For almost a week the crypto market has maintained a certain support level and ride in a range. Many thoght we where in the mist of a bull run until the last 24hours whend price declined further down.

Now what you think will happen next? Bull or Bear? I think we will see more bear trends till maybe in December when it could hold on a certain price to continue declining by January.

What do you think?
That can happen and I'm not surprised by that. Because a degrading economy will affect many financial sectors. The stock market has plummeted and our Crypto market will surely be affected. So the best way is to hold and wait for a long time. Grin
453  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Discussion: Bitcoin Market Manipulation - Pump & Dump on: November 08, 2018, 02:58:41 AM
Hello, community!

I would like to open a debate on pump & dump groups and their impact on the bitcoin market. I'll start off with questions, with my own opinion listed below, so we can get ti started: How do you guys see pump & dump groups in terms of impacts it had(has) on bitcoin? Do you think it is no big deal or it is actually harmful? How harmful it can be if your answer to the last question was latter?

In my opinion, pump & dump groups and the activity itself serves only the creator and close circle around him/her. So far, many people lost funds due to it and should be kept out of the industry. There are many other legitimate strategies around to be used instead of it (as to not spam with long text, few can be found here: https://www.cryptocointrade.com/about-trading/crypto-trading-strategies/)

What are your opinions on this?
I think it depends entirely on our agility. If we fail for the first time, we should reconsider why we fail and in the later pumping phase, we should not make that mistake again. I've been involved in small pump and dump groups, and I've had three buys at peak prices. But now I've figured out what time to buy and I earned a lot of money after those failures.
454  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best exchange for a new crypto investor? on: November 08, 2018, 02:48:22 AM
Hey all!

I'm fairly new to the crypto world and was looking some info about exchanges and which ones might be the best for newcomers like me. I stumbled upon this podcast which seems helpful - http://cryptoandblockchaintalk.com/episode-11-crypto-exchanges-for-new-investors
But looking to hear your opinions as well. Where do you trade and what are your recommendations?

Thanks
Willy
If you are a new trader and want to make a profit right in the day, you should join the IDEX decentralized trading platform. Where the least stability is always there, the altcoins are pump and dump a lot of times a day. So there you will earn a lot of money with the guidance of some trading experts. Or you can join a group of "Pump Whale" telegrams. They will tell you what they are about to do, and you can buy it soon.
455  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a Currency on: November 07, 2018, 12:08:54 PM
With the restrictions you give, I do not think it qualifies as an official currency. In my opinion, it really is a great fit for a money transfer tool. It can not afford to become a formal currency.
456  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you ever wonders why we are using this paper as money? on: November 07, 2018, 11:55:25 AM

Although paper is a cheap material, it is money. Money is very important in society now. As the world grows, money becomes more important than ever. More money will show you are a good person and a better person to help the society. Modern society is no longer the same as in the past.
457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will altcoins ever recover their value? on: November 06, 2018, 03:33:56 AM
What's the general feeling about some of the altcoins that have dropped in value considerably such as TRON, district0x, Cardano and SiberianChervonets.
I've been HODLing these for a while hoping they will recover but their value seems to be getting even lower. With new coins being launched daily, is it likely that these will ever recover?
It will definitely recover when the market signs up. The new altcoins will not be able to capture the position of these good altcoins. If it really is a potential altcoin, its capitalization is always stable and it has to have a separate fund to pump the value. If it does not get those things, it will easily die in this market.
458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrop on: November 06, 2018, 03:22:36 AM
Do you think New coins or New Project is still worth ? You know everyday there is a lot of Coins are trying to enter market , and also many projects with different functions. And some of them are scam. Dont Be harsh guys, just my obesrvation. Smiley What do you think ?
The airdrop is now really no longer valid. These are fraudulent projects and they have given quite a high reward now. I have been involved in airdrop programs for 4 months now but the money I received is less than $ 200! That's a bad number. I think we should not be in Airdrop anymore.
459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I think 2017 was the best Year for Crypto on: November 06, 2018, 03:13:33 AM
As we know that, During the Nov 17 - Mar 18 The price of Crypto was too good I mean End of 2017 and start of 2018 is the best year of crypto. Whats your opinion?
We can not be sure of that. Although Bitcoin's prices have risen sharply and many people have become wealthy, many now bankrupt. In my opinion, that certainly is not the best time. The best time is when its price is its true value and it will be stable in the long run.
460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: believe it or not on: November 04, 2018, 09:31:19 AM
When we see the market situation of  the last year, we will see market was continuously pumping mode but now market is very critical situation and already and continuously dumping and dumping so too much peoples are very disappointed about the market situation, few days ago i heard a bad news from some of my FB friend who have lost all most 60k dollar and i have lost 1k dollar also. So i am really afraid about crypto market. I need concentration to the experts and have a question is crypto market will reach the previous situation as well as grow up and reach new value. I humble request to the experts please give your opinion. Thank You.
I think that is the impact of the economic downturn and you should not be too worried. I lost over $ 6k3 in investing in Bitcoin at $ 15k. I still think that is the right decision because I am accompanied by the new technology in the world. If more patience, I will definitely be rich in the future.
