1  Economy / Economics / Re: Irrelevance of Education in Nigeria. on: Today at 12:05:44 PM
Life is life. A gift from our Creator. No matter how good or really it is we should still be grateful that there is still hope.
I know sometimes to live a life full of frustrations and discouragement is hard to deal with but always remember that when there is "LIFE", there is "HOPE". Find your way out of poverty. There is a saying "if you don't want there is a REASON if you want there is a WAY."

This is more like a word of encouragement and the need not to be worried about the things not going well. Struggling to live a better life is easier if government provides it but where government does not, we still keep pushing like you said "where there is life, there is hope". Many countries are feeling this same problem and just few people survive out of nothing, the rate of health problems is increasing because of bad living. We hope that bitcoin bull come faster so that some can still raise more capital to diversify into other business .
2  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bottom? on: Today at 10:21:18 AM
Your assumption may not be right. In fact they might be part of those that are not sure of the next price movement and they decide to go in now. So even that more hands like you and others jump in with them to push price up, the price will still drop if the bear circle has not complete.

FOMO is not only happening to small hodlers or micro individuals. They might be experiencing that likewise and couldn't wait to regret more. I don't really see your assumption as tangible. Also remember that the month ended still on bear so there is possibility that it can drag price down further.
3  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Reduce the Global Wealth and Income Inequalities in 2022? on: Today at 09:03:31 AM
It is looking as the inequality in the economy is increasing. Before this time I felt it will take care of that because of the investment opportunities that bitcoin is having but the investment isn't that going straight especially that the price fall without a definite price that it will get down to. Investors don't know if the bear is over or not and for the fear of losing greater amount of their investment, they sell in fear and taking some loses that affect the inequality state already but the rich can afford holding on because of other sources of income and wait for bitcoin bull and get increased profit at ATH. For profiting in bitcoin, you have to have a longtime plan of which the rich can afford but the poor can't easily and this keep widing the inequality gap.
4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trader's Check - TradingAxis on: June 30, 2022, 10:40:52 PM
I don't think you have shown enough proof on the trade and profit made. As usual is about paid group and maybe you decide to do real call with those who paid for subscription, I saw that below on the telegram and I understood correctly your intention as nothing is going for free.

5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How trading during bear market can save your portfolio on: June 30, 2022, 04:02:21 PM
OP if you want to maximize profit. Multiple swing trading is not bad in 3 months, but just one swing trade in over 3 months or longer is what I am talking about, no one againsts swing trade here. The problem will be during bull market, the strategy will not help.

Multiple swing trade can be profitable very well if you reduce your risk because you have ease in waiting for the profit a longer time even beyond three months. Swingers usually enter multiple market and that is the essence of swing trade. A day trader can enter trade and exit within a short time but swinging is a longer time. Bull season too is good for swing, you can increase in profit if you enter rightly.

6  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How certain are you that cryptocurrency will experience more parabolic bull runs on: June 30, 2022, 11:32:55 AM
Quite certain that the bull run will start if the whales start putting in more investment because they have pulled off for profit since price was around $50k. I think gradually the price will start to bounce back.

Just know that investing in cryptocurrencies are very risky, consider altcoins as gambling, they are more and most volatile.

These are two important sentence there. Cryptocurrency investment are risky but bitcoin is far better because with patience, another ATH will be reached for new set of rich people to emerge.

It is also considered gambling when you invest in altcoins. Luna has given many investors nightmare on the collapse that happened to the price of Luna.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Emotions on: June 30, 2022, 10:18:05 AM
The most annoying thing is that most often the emotions of a trader have a negative result, and most often the emotion itself is excitement. This is felt by most traders.

Oh seriously you may be right. Often times the emotion is going to lead into a losing trade lol at least 70% of the time of emotional trade. The best I think is not to follow the emotion and do what the market is doing. Emotion is all about sympathy and that is not the best way to trade.
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Traders Stop Being Greedy. on: June 29, 2022, 10:55:53 PM
I had to watch my whole wealth washing away due to my greed during the past years. The saddest thing is that I have never realized my profits to buy anything for my family or myself. But that was a learning phase anyway, mistakes and wrongdoings lead you to a new line of victories. Never ever do the same mistake.  Wink

It is a foolish man that makes same mistake often times. A wise man that's his correction or sick cancel. Trading is analysis based so watching the charts can help not to make same mistake but the reason for such mistake is like you said, greed. Sometimes we take high risk and hope on lucky but many times it fails.
9  Economy / Speculation / Re: “When” Will Bitcoin Price Break $69k All Time High? on: June 29, 2022, 06:45:36 PM
But I still think it's likely we'll see prices return to $50K-60K sometime late this year or next, before consolidating between $25K and $50K for at least a year.

This price prediction may not happen this year at least not up to $50k and if that didn't happen this year we are seeing next year which is a year before halving. History also has it that during the time close to a new halving, market price goes bear. Except that next year is going to bull before halving but I think $50k is not easy to show up in near future.
10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Alt coins are About to pump again! on: June 29, 2022, 03:31:56 PM
However, the rate at which bitcoin has fallen has not reduced the price of alt coins.

The fall of bitcoin has definitely had some effect on altcoins and there is no way this won't happen because bitcoin is the force behind the market of cryptocurrency. An investor has to consider investment in bitcoin before the others (and that is surely an influence) and when such investment don't go to bitcoin, it hardly go to altcoins. Taking a look at the market, you see the value of many coins have dropped, this is the reason that bitcoin drop.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about altcoin market on: June 26, 2022, 09:49:21 PM
This is not a great time to buy looking at the current market situation. But still it is a great time to buy some altcoins at a lower price before the bull market comes back. One can make huge profits investing in altcoins now but always invest only what you can afford to loose cause nobody can tell what will happen next.

Buying the buttom is a good investment time but the real time for that is unpredictable. Some investors have felt this buying moment since the time of 2 months back but yet the price still dropping and today it still falling. I think a little more time till the end of the month will still be a better time. Whatever price will shift to depends highly on bitcoin price also.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin broke $20K on a weekend? on: June 26, 2022, 03:56:10 PM

Indeed, one of the reasons for the decline in bitcoin prices is unstable world economic conditions and the increase in interest rates by the Fed. As a result, when the crypto market crashes, the dollar actually rises. The strengthening of the dollar occurs when the Fed begins to tighten its monetary policy.

Talking for the drop in bitcoin price, you may be part of the very few numbers of people who don't know that bitcoin rises and falls. That the price of bitcoin is expected to drop after the halving bull. That normally after a bull, a correction is expected. That the saying that bitcoin is over priced in value and that the price peg for bitcoin is still below the current price.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Things are easy to understood now on: June 26, 2022, 12:52:57 PM
In real economy analysis somehow you see the injection of new money into the system as a factor that increases development and that pushes up the value of estates if the injected money is used for infrastructure and capital projects. Such money that is injected is either printed or borrowed, it is just like an evil that can't be avoided likewise capital projects. Take away capital projects then real estate will have no value. Borrowing and printing of money will be done but if used well then inflation will be controlled.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A season for stop loss on: June 26, 2022, 11:00:36 AM
It is better to risk a small fraction of your assets than losing it all

This is the function of stop loss. When you use stop loss you have a perfect peace of mind while on the trade because the worst that can happen in that particular trade is to lose that part mapped out of your balance that you have decided to trade with.

I think it's normal for every trader to use stop loss in every trade because you can't always be right and also the market can decide to play around and hit your stop or change direction totally. So it's a must to use stop loss. Anyone not using stop loss is merely gambling.

I don't really think you are right, I know is really good to use stop lose but is not mandatory, I can enter a trade and I won't use stop lose, using stop lose is just a choice because not everybody really like using stop loss and they always make their money, it those not mean they are gamblers or they are bad traders, I believe using of stop loss is just a choice, I know lot's of traders that don't use stop loss even during bear market and they still trade successfully.

It is actually not a must depending on the traders experience or choice but it is required because it helps to reduce our loses. I have realize using of stop lose is better to be used when we reduce our risk. Because the reason for the negative experience that have made traders to recount bad experience by using stop loss is to take higher risk and when the stop loss is caught up, it will take off huge amount of our balance. Taking lower risk trade is better with stop loss.
15  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How trading during bear market can save your portfolio on: June 25, 2022, 10:05:34 PM

(hodling or setting a buy at price before you buy and holding thereafter feels a much safer strategy).

I think sometimes setting a pending order and instead of jumping in at any little sign that looks like it (whilst it is a trap) can safe a calamity or bad trade experience for you. Imagine you set an order around $18k for further sell and the price didn't get down there at $18k but got to $18,500 and bounce off to buying mood, this would safe you from losses if you had jumped in for sell and the price is buying mood. Sometimes pending orders are really good.
16  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Alt coins are About to pump again! on: June 25, 2022, 03:29:45 PM
The assumption by Op is so direct as if he saw tomorrow lol. Is still a prediction even when the indicators support that and he didn't provide such so we can see the analysis he is making. I think the bear is taking so many people a long time and the waiting is getting on them alot but then the 2018 bear lasted a longer time than what we have yet seen. We probably didn't see this coming because bitcoin flew to $64k.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Among all which do you hold on: June 25, 2022, 01:56:43 PM

I want to know if holding or trading will be more preferred. All suggestions are welcomed.

You don't do what others are doing because they are doing or because they are profiting from it but you do what you have the strength and capacity to do. So now I ask you whether you are a trader or you only hodl. If you are a trader then you know better and if you are hodler you know better. But surely bitcoin, bnb etheruem are also good to hodl. Bitcoin is on bear but when the bull come, hodlers will start smiling. If you are a trader, it comes with its own challenge of liquidation, fluctuation etc.
18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading system understand on: June 25, 2022, 11:57:38 AM

5. Dont follow what other traders do. must be learned by them. not to copy. ( Very important ) By following other Crypto influencers in Social media you can loss your entire portfolio because they are just promoting and Earning money. they don't care about quality of the project . in this case most of newbies to the crypto  are lossing their money by following those influencers and buying what they recommend and loss the money.

This is surely true, many social media and YouTube videos are only to enrich the bloggers and not for the readers benefit. You mentioned indicators, true it is better to understand the indicators that better fit into your trading pattern and not to depend on the influencers because nothing comes to you freely. Understanding the indicators and combination of them helps us to get profit. Hard and rigorous personal study will give us the real understanding.
19  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible that all cryptocurrency will become regulated? on: June 24, 2022, 09:25:41 PM

Perhaps we should live our regulated digital currency in the CBDC for those who care to use those and the unregulated in actual cryptos, especially Bitcoin.
I believe it wont happen in coming next 10 decades.
But maybe - some people realize the importance of crypto and regulate them.

Despite that the government may later become very interested in it and try to do a regulation on cryptocurrency, they can only succeed in their digital currency and not in crypto. Moreover also they can regulate centralised cryptocurrency but not decentralised like bitcoin. They can also have control on the exchanges in operation in the areas they control and the friendly countries around them to restrict their citizens.
20  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do real traders care about bear & bull market? on: June 24, 2022, 03:03:43 PM
If you are a professional trader you will still be making money whenever their is bear market, you can short a coin which you will still be making money as the coin is dumping, also you can be a day trader, like what have been happening with few days bitcon have been around $19k-$21k, a professional trader can still make money by following bitcoin movement, but not everybody understands it and if you are not careful you might endup losing money, only professionals can do that.

At this time there is no guarantee for any kind of trader to make easy money. Fomo is on and that has a lot of carefulness to exhibit. Again to the extent that traders are expecting a bull and keeping an eye on it in making order but the price keep going down within $19k and $21k as you said. I think a little more force or hype is what the price is waiting to pick direction.
