Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What is happening to Ethereum?

I've been out of market for some time but I've always kept an eye on coimarketcap to understand the market and create strategy to get back. But right now I have a lot of doubts about Ethereum and trying to understand what is happening with this coin. Yet all I know is that Ethereum is at a speculative moment where many FUD revolve around it.

there is still no such model on the market to prove that it is a better solution than installing crypto-trading applications or browsers and privacy-focused messaging applications on regular smartphones. But the word "blockchain" has enough force.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and altcoin: Who will take control of the market?
|
on: July 02, 2018, 06:08:17 AM

I see few possibilities in the medium term of a crypto-currency to displace the position of leader that Bitcoin has been sustaining since the emergence of this market. But anyhow the recent history of this market has shown that there are some altcoins that deserve our respect. The altcoins are on the rise and one reason is the high appreciation that occurred in some of these currencies in the year 2017.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto?

It is believed that the Department of Homeland Security knows who is behind the story. But he does not say who he is or confirm if he knows the identity, which would have been identified from the way Satoshi writes, in a technique called silometry.

Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin will get legitimacy in all countries?
|
on: June 30, 2018, 11:32:00 PM
|
The legality of Bitcoin is an extremely controversial subject, most countries have already rejected it as a legal currency due to the fact that Bitcoin is a decentralized crypto. Currencies are traditionally created by the government and supported by banks and financial institutions. But when it comes to Bitcoins, there is no regulatory body. This causes price volatility, which is not good for economic systems.

Lukedashjr would disagree. Sunday is the 7th day of the week Haha, you just had to, didn’t you? It’s a pretty easy to prove historical fact that Saturday is the 7th day. You can choose to worship on any day but that doesn’t change that simple fact. Love the topic and mystery of these index coins and btc origins... Thanks for your persistence in your medium articles Dan ...lots to digest... Not sure where else to ask so I'll throw it inline here... Looking to get what I bought off exchanges before reorganization. I downloaded i0coin wallet and the full blockchain but cannot find the data folder to insert blockchain on my Win10. Anybody now where the data folder would be? The unzipped folder shows 4 i0coin applications; -cli, d, -qt and -tx... Also is there a blockchain download for the ixcoin wallet or should I just use Coinami for now until synced? Yes, I just met this I0coin and all that mystery about it! Will all these facts presented will definitely happen? Why more than 7 years for all this? Anyway I'll buy some I0C so as not to miss any train, people doubted the BTC and then we all know what happened.

Economy / Speculation / Re: Did you think bitcoin can go below $5,000

Maybe, I think it will all depend on the support zones that will be tested soon! You can be sure that if you break $5600 there will be great possibilities! But this should not be the concern now, everyone knows that the market is down and that this will at some point pass.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why hold ethereum

Because this criptomoeda, although considered an altcoin, was often named as Bitcoin's successor but became one of the most sought after assets due to its ability to convert into many other crypto-coins, I have listed here some reasons why having it in your portfolio, Technology more advanced than Bitcoin, is supported by financial institutions, uses the decentralized network to securely store any type of data. Security, it is almost impossible to commit fraud with the Ethereum network, it is being the basis of many ICOs.

No doubt. Joining this magical world is not easy, but with much effort, reading and coursework one can understand at least what it takes to get started. It would be necessary to understand the processes involved to invest, how to buy, what to buy and how to make them safely, it is difficult to find by guides that facilitate the life of the novice investor, some are very complex while others, without the lack of reliable information.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: altcoins which is good today to buy
|
on: May 23, 2018, 06:56:08 PM

The key to the success of large investors is to anticipate trends and take advantage of low-value assets to gain value in the future. An example is Bitcoin Cash which is a fork of BTC, both are exactly the same, with the difference that BCH is an improved version of Bitcoin, following this line of thinking, if bitcoin was able to reach more than 7 times value of Bitcoin Cash, this indicates that BCH has everything that is necessary to overcome the barrier of R $ 60 thousand. In other words, enjoy the moment and buy cheap assets and wait for appreciation, be cautious, study the currency and see if it can have a good future.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Favourite Altcoin in 2018

We have seen a gigantic increase of interest in everything that is related to bitcoin. We realize that many people are starting out in the crypto-coins market but many have no experience at all and end up doing silly things. So I always advise you to study the project proposal, your team and the objectives for which it was created. It is interesting to diversify our speculations and not to centralize our hard-earned money in one place, so I have thrown many expectations into Ethereum, Verge, Neo, I hope I do not disappoint.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple Future
|
on: May 08, 2018, 07:23:24 PM

The XRP is a centralized cryptomoeda that does not seek to reach the common citizen, it has as main target the banks and the big companies: it wants to allow that they transfer any assets, not only criptomoedas in time. Ripple is the 3rd largest cryptomedean with a volatile nature, in 2017 alone, XRP gave 36000% returns, users can choose Ripple as a long-term investment device, as it seems to me a promising investment. Some predictors say Ripple could hit $ 19.2 per 1 XRP at the end of 2019.

|
on: May 08, 2018, 07:05:43 PM

Cryptomoedas do not go like magic to make the world a paradise, they will not end inequality or political and social corruption, but they will provide obstacles for such things to continue in exactly the same way. The power of money is being drawn from the financial system centralized in banks and governments and is shifting to a decentralized model. Cryptotomes are helping to change the global economy by opening people's minds to concepts and possibilities previously unknown or unexplored. Through technological advancement, blockchain has become a new phase in the history of the world and everyone can learn and be part of the potential of this reality.
