1  Economy / Economics / Re: Have you notice how corporations took over the internet ? on: September 29, 2021, 09:27:14 PM
That’s normal. Anything good will always be scooped up. It also shows the value of bitcoin.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFTs for physical assets - the future of NFTs?? on: September 27, 2021, 08:07:50 PM
The closest thing it reminds me of are silver/gold certificates? Which I personally prefer the solid asset in hand.

Would this be like a certificate for a share of the physical asset or am I way off?

I appreciate digital assets as NFTs.

From what I’ve read in this thread it’s a certificate for the item. I don’t think they’ll be fractionalizing assets just yet.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you have to take risks. on: March 22, 2019, 06:29:37 PM
I think that anything that is newly created or hard to conceptualize is worth the risk otherwise how would you know if something even worked?
4  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to make friends ? on: March 22, 2019, 06:20:40 PM
Go dancing and be yourself. Don't drink a ton and try to spark funny conversation
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH or XRP on: March 22, 2019, 06:07:08 PM
I've been seeing a lot of people that are involved in XRP are starting to find a liking towards Elixxir which is soon to be in betanet I believe. It'll be intersting to see how the two play out though

thoughts?

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing decision on: March 08, 2019, 10:41:24 PM
I would look into coins that have made some big partnerships this year if you are looking to invest. MOAC made a partnership with China Mobile, Samsung mobile with ETH and BTC, Starbucks and Bakkt to name a few
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: An Elastic Supply Protocol to Adjust Inflation/Deflation on: March 08, 2019, 10:36:12 PM
I would be interested to see how this works. Would people only be able to buy, sell and trade with amples though?
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchains are still early! on: March 08, 2019, 10:18:22 PM
I agree, it is still quite early. I think mass adoption will be quite profound in 5 more years. I think we might even see other countries become faster adopters than here in the US. It seems like the people there are looking more towards blockchain integration with things like IoT, AI and supply chain.

This article made me realize where we are compared to other countries:

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH or EOS? on: February 25, 2019, 06:57:43 PM
I choose Moac over both of these because of their scalability and capability to be interoperable.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What made you fall in love with crypto? on: February 25, 2019, 06:26:46 PM
I think it's exciting to watch the network of the internet grow and be connected all together. Like a giant web. The IoT will be the next web 3.0
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stablecoins are the new money, is this true? on: February 25, 2019, 06:02:31 PM
Honestly I would say they are in the spotlight right now especially those that are fiat backed but I don't think they are the 'new money'. I think we need to reframe how we view, use and save money all together. In that case I would say Ampleforth has my vote.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you feel now? on: February 25, 2019, 05:32:46 PM
I honestly was a little torn but I feel like it's an emotional rollercoaster all together. There will always be highs and lows but you have to ride the low as long as you can until you reach that high point again. Keep strong and hold tight because it's about to get really good... imo
14  Economy / Economics / Re: All times are good to enter crypto - Tim Draper on: February 12, 2019, 12:02:45 AM
I think so too, we are in such early stages that we should all be investing and building a system we all genuinely believe in and want to happen
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will cryptocurrencies be able to use for payment? on: February 11, 2019, 11:58:44 PM
Lots of blockchain team have developed blockchain and cryptocurrency for payment.

Will cryptocurrencies be able to use for payment?

Will it be useful and convenience?

Which coin do you think the best for payment in the near future?

I for sure think that crypto will evolve to become a medium of exchange and day-to-day payment. I am really interested in Ampleforth which is currently in testnet but looks to become the unit of account that other cryptos tend to fall short in.
16  Other / Off-topic / Re: Higher education, is it so important? on: February 11, 2019, 11:43:40 PM
Honestly I think it totally depends on what you'll be doing, if its anything in blockchain and you're a devloper you probably don't need a higher education degree
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you manage your risks? on: February 11, 2019, 11:01:16 PM
I usually day trade stablecoins and everything else I hold. Looking into more ETH esp with all the upcoming projects that are set to launch this year
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who will be the new king on: February 11, 2019, 10:53:30 PM
It's definitely a hot topic of conversation but I don't really think that there is going to be one crypto to rule all or be 'king' if anything we are going to see amazing projects built to help the ecosystem of BTC and ETH or have those platforms as the underlying architecture. I was just reading an article abougt the topic of one chain vs many chains and how it makes sense to have the competition and how it helps the overall ecosystem:

19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2019 first quarter market prediction on: January 24, 2019, 02:45:15 AM
What is your market prediction for the first quarter of 2019?

a marketing platform is going to surpass ETH.. maybe tron, moac or hyperledger
20  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Blockchain Sports Trading Platform on: January 24, 2019, 02:41:11 AM
Im in the planning phase of a sports trading platform that will utilize a Cryptocurrency as the currency of the platform. Imagine being able to profit when your favorite sport teams win. Is this something the community would want to see? Please provide feedback and let me know if there are any questions.

I think there will be a ton of people interested, sports is up there with gambling
