MR plus, you have to put III instead of 2x II. It's a different algo, you are mining incompatible algo on pool ready for beamIII.

I get Nicehash error msg
"Connected to beamv3.eu.nicehash.com:3387 (TLS enabled) Error: Handshake failed with message short read Lost connection to stratum server beamv3.eu.nicehash.com:3387 or server not reachable"
Vega 56, lol miner, mmpos. Any ideas? Nvidias can connect to the same pool and mine (miniZ).

Is it normal for miner to do "precompilation" during mining? I thought it only does precompiling before it starts mining.

Ok, it has been running. I didn't do much, i downloaded 18.8.9. version and used guided setup. Then i just started the bat file. I don't even have setclock.bat or any other scripts running. I used to have overdriventool.ini in the same folder and .bat file would execute clock speeds and settings from .ini file. In this scenario i only have 18.8.9. and ran the miner and applied + for a step 1 tweak. It does 1818 H/s at 1407cc and 900mc.
Should i put overdriventool in the folder or i just keep it running as it is?

{ "cryptonight_type" : "normalv4", "intensity" : 161, "worksize" : 16, "double_threads" : true, "shutdown_temperature" : 77, "off_temperature" : 77 } This is with 18.8.8

I use 18.6.1. CC: 1407 MHz MC: 900 MHz (hynix memory - very unstable over ~910 on cn7, cn8) HR cn pico turtle = ~14880 H/s { "cryptonight_type" : "turtle", "intensity" : 0, "double_threads" : true, "shutdown_temperature" : 77, "off_temperature" : 77 }

Paging doktor83, please help I struggle with 1.8.8 on my vega56 rig. I have a decent hr on cn pico (turtle) but cnR i have horrible and unstable. Should i raise core clock? Mem clock is pretty much at max (hynix memory) and it can't get over 910. What are optimal settings for vega56 on cnr?

I'm mining Car Dash Ian coin. It just launched, low diff and good rewards atm. It's a cryptonight turtle algo. For nvidia i would just mine thru nicehash and get btc directly.

What do you need help with?
Coin looks promising.

I get a little over ~1800 on srbminer 1.8.0 win10 at 880 mem and 900mV - Hynix memory is extremely unstable in my experience. GL man and cant wait to read your update.

my results with Vega56 on CN-R so far Holy shit, that's nice man. Is it stable? Is this ubuntu or you use hiveos/minerstat/similar?

Thanks, ill try some of your tweaks. Meanwhile i'm running cryptodredge with default arguments doing about from 2.0 to 2.33 with 1070ti on ubuntu.
|
|
|
What settings do you recommend for 1070ti on mtp algo? And do you run tt miner with any special arguments?

But how I get "error cl_invalid_binary when calling clcreateprogramwithBinary [ctx - program] for DeviceID 0 (thread 0) Error when doing initizalition stuff for GPUs" Is this wrong path or what is this error?

Mining turtle coin is a nightmare with vega64 on win10 & srbminer. I cant get it to work. Win build 1809 Drivers: 18.6.1 Config: 6x vega64, 4gb ram, celeron
I can only pray that these settings will hold for monero fork.

|
|
Has anyone tried 19.x.x drivers? I plan to reinstall win10 and go with 19 drivers + 1.7.9 srbminer.

This weekend i had a beer near Frankfurt with some of the corez people (they are really only 4 to be exact).
Basically they bit more than they can chew, but i have some good news - they will be back on project really soon. They are in talks with some of the fundraisers from mutual and pension funds in Frankfurt; those people have to invest and their pitch is ok. You have to realize, Germany is way more regulated market than any wild west chinese or indian project where people just put their profile pics and hope for the best. I am confident this thing is coming back, might even spinoff but it's far from dead.
