You get to choose which type of coin you want, utility, dividend, or both.

You can however buy both types if you wish.

Saying that 2 or 4 projects can't share a common word is not realistic nor is it confusing when you visit their websites you can see they are all very different in nature.

We are unable to make spectre.ai legal for all. Only the governments of the world can do that. As of right now the SEC has a hard stance against dividend based ICO models. You should write the SEC and tell they you are unhappy with that stance. Sorry we can't be more helpful.

It's a projection chart for dividends per token. It's not the price of the token in the sale. Also note, not all tokens will be dividend giving tokens either.
