Also a shame as this coin has a good concept. You only need a wallet to get them.

Needs someone to check the chain out and deal with any forks (if there are any) and fix any wallet issues.

They then need to setup more faucets or at least a community one where there are no adverts and larger payouts

Hope the dev is just working on the issues......

If not perhaps the dev can release the coin to the community for someone to take it over?

You know what is sad in most of the altcoins projects?

That people - community is dreaming about new great coin - and many of us start to support new coin, but in many cases community is just not enough.

Someone need to upgrade wallets, someone need to take care over the network.

Community in most cases is only "supporting" by good words or mining and trading.
This is not enough.

I believe young developers creates new coins because they are thinking of a profits! they look at The Bitcoin BTC♥ and they are thinking - we will create a better coin! But - this is impossible and in this case fail is only option. Ok, so we go further - our coin will be BEST of altcoin!

OMG - there are astonomical numbers of new alctoins, I even do not know about all of them because new [ANN] threads are created faster than I can read others...
And I do not know what are indeed 70% altcoins. When I see some new coin on my favorite exchange I am asking myself many times - what is it?? and then I do search Bitcointalk for an [ANN]...

Why I am saying that is because there is extremely hard to create a coin that will survive.

I am 100% if developers of all those altcoins that not really rise a value and are falling if they will work together and support Bitcoin with their KNOWLEDGE and money etc. they will do something MUCH better and they will earn a lot more than from creating another coin.

People - please stop thinking of developing another coin.

I think the winning strategy at this point is to get the largest batch of chips made that is humanly possible and then move sky and earth to get the supply chain logistics worked out for all of the parts needed to build miners. It seems like every company out there is 100% selling out on PREORDERS, let alone actual miners.

you didn't inform investors of this change till months after bitfunder crashed and the order was already placed with Scamfast.



So far ive been scammed by BFL, Hasfast, Mt Gox and wexchange. it all started with lack of communication, excuses then eventually my btc was gone.
I see no difference between them and icedrill atm.
Although it makes no difference in the end come April 30 ill be leaving negative trust on you and will
If none of that 600 btc isnt paid to share holders by that date.

Dont take that as a threat, take as incentive to stop toying with peoples money

One thing to note is rockxie seems to have initially tested the chips at .72v.  I'm definitely no EE,  but FC did mention that the chips were versatile with several different modes.  The 0.2J/G he mentioned originally was stated to be at .55v,  which probably means a lower clock as well.  Rockxies boards appear to have only one crystal.. i think given this setup he hasn't really been able to see what low power mode does (or overclocking for that matter).   Will low power mode dump the consumption down ~50% ?  MY limited experience tells me probably not,  but .72 to .55 is quite a difference in and of itself..

The Most important things that has to be done is to get into some good Exchange like Mintpal. Even if we start multipool,if the coin is not listed in a good exchange,then that's not going to work.

this needs to trade on mintpal ... the more exchanges the better...

I'm happy and sad at the same time. Never felt like this before.


People make a bunch of coins to profit. The ones who really believe in their coins are getting forgotten. Coin with a purpose. Not a P&D scheme coin. That's why I wanted small block rewards and 2 billion coins.

What makes me happy is:

We're still here. H2O didn't disappear with a bunch of BTC/support. My ego is growing and I'm going to push my limits to the maximum.
2 other "water" charity coins are almost abandoned.

What I'll need from our community is:

Contact as much people you know. Miners, people who've just heard of crypto-currencies. Your family, friends, neighbors.
We have a steady 80-100 MH/s network. H2O is a scrypt-N coin. Some other scrypt-N coins are dying after one week.
If H2O was a scrypt coin, we'd be something between 160-200MH/s. That's ~1/4 of GH/s.

That's why I believe in H2O.

A quick update here,

There are roughly 600 BTC of Bitcoins in our cold wallet currently. (if you want to know the exact numbers please have a look at the previously posted Bitcoin addresses).

I am currently drafting a new Business plan. We are looking to leverage the strengths of the current team, using our knowledge, connections and assets to expand business operations into lucrative and sustainable areas in the long term.

After a code review, CryptoMex have decided to strengthen the base code especially in areas related to security. CryptoMex is finalising beta testing for launch. Bug and security tests are currently being run as well as beta testing. In the current roadmap CryptoMex are looking to release their platform between 19-30 of April

If you have any questions, I would be happy to answer them to the best of my ability.

Regarding the negotiations with HashFast, as we are not the only ones negotiation a deal with them we can not disclose any information until a deal has been settled in writing.
What I can say is that we are making progress towards a relatively fair deal.

I've just submitted our new batch of questions. Some of you voiced their concerns about asking "mission critical" questions. Some of you wrote more suggestions via PM and said the list was fine. In conclusion, I think it is in all shareholders' interest, to try and getting to know those things. If friedcat deems them to be internal or trade secrets, he may simply opt to not answer them. But I think it is well worth giving it a shot.

The questions I've submitted, with all amendments and minor alterations:

- Thank you Friedcat and the whole team of ASICMiner for always working very hard and being one of the few honest ASIC companies in the Bitcoin world!
- What is the status, size, and expected delivery of the next batch of chips? What about the one after that?
- What are the final specifications of the generation 3 chips? Initial tests of ROCKMINER showed an increased power consumption (http://blog.rockminer.com/#!/2014/04/13/Testing_Results_Of_BE200.md). What is the actual power consumption?
- When will the ordering terms for generation 3 chips be published? Has the pricing been adjusted in any way meanwhile? What about auctions like we had with generation 1 hardware?
- When are the new chips expected to start mining in ASICMiner datacenters and what hashrate are you currently planning on deploying?
- When are the sales revenues of the chips expected to be paid out to shareholders?
- What conditions/prices does ROCKMINER (as a big shareholder of ASICMiner) get for generation 3 chips?
- Is there an ongoing cooperation with Allied Control in terms of Datacenter development? How does ASICMiner/shareholders profit from it?
- What current plans for generation 4(+) are there?
