261  Other / Off-topic / Re: What wallets do you use? on: October 12, 2017, 05:09:03 PM
I am using blockchain wallet because one of my friend who use bitcoin suggest me.

Blockchain wallet isn't safe at all. Even 2FA can't protect you. The most safest methods to store your Bitcoin are paper and hardware wallets. Hardware wallets are expensive but they are more convenient than paper wallets and they never expose your private keys to your computer. If you don't want to spend any money, read about Electrum. It is secure because you are in control of your private keys.
262  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC passes $5,000 USD milestone on: October 12, 2017, 04:07:25 PM
I was quite sure it would happen by the end of the year. Now I'm curious about Bitcoin Gold and Bitcoin Segwit2X value. I think that Segwit2X will end like Bitcoin Cash. Some people will try to force using it (Bitmain accepts only BCH payments) or it will be forgotten. It's hard to predict what will be the price of Bitcoin in the next year.
263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How I lost 95 Bitcoin on: October 11, 2017, 09:56:06 PM
We are sorry about your loss but you should have bought a hardware wallet earlier. Why didn't you buy Ledger earlier? Did you forgot about how many bitcoins do you have? We can't do much about keyloggers. There would be no problem if you used a hardware wallet or some anti-malware software which would block such threat.
264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people invest in bitcoin? on: October 09, 2017, 07:16:51 PM
I would advise everyone to invest in Bitcoin not only because it can give you a huge profit but it is also an interesting technology which might be widely used in the future. Blockchain has many purposes. It's really hard to convince people and relatives to a new technology. Most people are mistrustful about it, especially old people.
265  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Bitcoin ever replace conventional money? on: October 09, 2017, 07:13:58 PM
I think that conventional money may be replace in the future by cryptocurrencies but not necessarily by Bitcoin. There are only 21 million bitcoins which may be not enough for a few big countries. Also, every country would have different vision of Bitcoin's development and there would be many hardforks. Goverments creating their own cryptocurrencies is the most probable thing to happen.
266  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After China & Russia, now India on: October 09, 2017, 07:11:45 PM
I think it's all fake news. Russia and China wanted to manipulate Bitcoin price and they managed to do it! Imagine how much BTC they must have bought. Russia invites miners to invest in mining farms in Russia and they claim that cryptocurrencies are bad at the same time. Isn't it weird? I wouldn't be suprised if they confiscated all the mining equipment.
267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: October 09, 2017, 07:09:51 PM
Cash is better than Bitcoin because it's accepted everywhere unlike Bitcoin. However, it's a matter of time. More and more shops and big companies are accepting Bitcoin payments. Bitcoin payments are faster than compared to wire transfers and definitely cheaper if you are sending your money to someone in different country.
268  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: IT IS TOO LATE? on: October 09, 2017, 06:32:49 PM
As many people above said, it's never too late to invest it Bitcoin. If you had invested 2 months ago, you would have a 2 times profit. Pretty good deal, isn't it? However, we can't predict future Bitcoin price. Most people here are optimistic about it and we think it's going to be worth a few times more in the next few years.
269  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How did you first hear about bitcoin? on: October 09, 2017, 06:29:59 PM
I don't really remember right now but at first I thought that Bitcoin is an interesting technology but I quickly forgot about it. Now I can tell it was a huge mistake. I could have been a millionare by this time! Unfortunately, I can't go back in time but I'm trying to fix this mistake right now by investing in BTC right now.
270  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should people use Bitcoin? on: October 09, 2017, 06:27:59 PM
Bitcoin has beginned upcoming revolution in financial system. In the next few years we are going to get rid of fiat money and use cryptocurrencies backed by blockchain technology instead. Estonia wanted to create their own cryptocurrency for paying taxes etc but unfortunately, the European Union has blocked this project.
271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Bitcoin without investment on: October 09, 2017, 06:24:43 PM
You can't earn a lot of money without investing anything. If you want to earn Bitcoin here then signature campaign is the most profitable method beside participating in bounty campaigns. Try to invest at least a few dollars and you will be able to earn some money in a short period of time by trading.
272  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin is better than Cash. on: October 09, 2017, 05:57:25 PM
I would say that Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general are better than cash because:
- You don't have to depend on banks, you can be your own bank,
- It's cheaper than using cash (printing money and maintaing it costs goverment a lot of money),
- Blockchain is a very interesting technology which can be used in many places.
273  Other / Off-topic / Re: How many Bitcoins are lost forever? on: October 09, 2017, 05:50:34 PM
It's really hard to determine how many bitcoins are lost forever. We don't know how many people are holding their bitcoins and how many of them died or lost their private keys. We can have up to 21 million bitcoins, even if about 1 million is lost forever it's still a huge number. Unfortunately, due to Bitcoin design, we can't recover them.
274  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Back to 5000 Dollars ? on: October 09, 2017, 05:47:12 PM
I hope that Bitcoin will reach $5000 soon. Bitcoin recovered in just 14 days! That's amazing. Unfortunately, I bought my BTC just before the correction. Hardforks may affect Bitcoin price. Probably many people are going to dump Bitcoin Gold and Bitcoin Segwit2X and thanks to this price may increase a bit. I'm not familiar with this topic.
275  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Should I buy a Trezor or Nano S? on: October 09, 2017, 05:40:00 PM
I would go with Ledger Nano S. Ledger supports a lot of altcoins and they are still working on a new ones! Ledger is small and looks better in my opinion. Also, there was a successful attack on a Trezor wallet. In required physical access to the device but this issue has been fixed in the recent software update.
276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you keep buying? on: October 09, 2017, 05:31:00 PM
Yes, I do keep buying. The reason is simple for me, I believe that Bitcoin is going to be much worth in the future. Bitcoin may be expensive right now for many people but imagine how much is it going to be worth in the next 10 years. Bitcoin is a revolutionary technology. It won't die that fast. It isn't easy to ban, it can't be wiped out of our history.
277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: October 09, 2017, 05:25:21 PM
I partially agree. The idea of Bitcoin is that we are our own banks. I know that not everyone is going to buy a hardware wallets or use a software one but banks won't earn much. They won't be able to earn money on transaction fees and exchanges rates. Their only earnings will be from loans which they will probably offer if Bitcoin would replace fiat.
278  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Criminality and Bitcoin on: October 09, 2017, 04:41:48 PM
I think it's just a problem to drop the bitcoin. So far we have known many other coins or other methods that have a higher intensity of criminality. but they never mentioned it.
That's not really the case, indeed, there are other Altcoins involved in criminal activities and accepted in Dark net markets. However, Bitcoin was the first cryptocurrency, hence the first one to be involved into the Darknet.

You are right. So why would we ban illegal usage of Bitcoin. Even if we managed to somehow do it, crimanls would switch to another anonymous cryptocurrency (for example Monero). Criminals may choose it because it's fairly stable and the price has been increasing in the past years. If I were such person, I would also use Bitcoin.
279  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: October 09, 2017, 04:33:43 PM
I'm going to collect and hodl as much bitcoins as I can. It's quite hard because they are pretty expensive for me right now but the price is really low if you think how much it can be worth in the future. I wouldn't be suprised if Bitcoin hits a few hundred thousands! It will be an amazing feeling to see this happening. I hope I will become rich in the future.
280  Other / Off-topic / Re: What wallets do you use? on: October 09, 2017, 04:30:29 PM
my opinion is that, blockchian wallet service is the best.it is an easy method. blockchian is my first wallet.when i started with bitcoin,i use this service. and till now i have no problem in it.

I agree that Blockchain.info is convenient and easy to use but it isn't safe at all. You can say that you wallet is completely secure if it's a paper wallet, hardware wallet or you are in control of your private keys which you can encrypt on your own. These kind of wallets are safe and the probability of losing your money is low unlike the web wallets where the risk is high.
