Yes you can actually sell all your altcoins and buy them back but remember, price today is low so there is no assurance that when you buy them back its lowest from the price you previously bought them. That’s why some people just prefer holding them instead of having losses.
Probably the less risky step will be simply to wait and hold the coins. I am not sure that if you sell now alts, you will be able to buy them for the less price. |

How do you do your own research if the coin is a good investment?
For me, I always look on the purpose of the project, the team behind it, what exchanges is it available on etc. And one of the important thing for me is the total supply of the coin.
I also research if the coin is Proof of Work (POW), Proof of Stake (POS), Pre-mined or other.
I do not particularly see the technology on which the blockchain of the currency is built. Especially I do not trust the new technologies. For me a good currency it is a currency that has already proven itself on the market. |

Bitcoin and Ethereum are two of the most popular digital coins today. In terms of value, bitcoin is much larger than ethereum, but in terms of potential, ethereum is quite capable of dealing with bitcoin. So you think which one is better?
Bitcoin and Ethereum are powerful and very influential currencies. I suppose that Bitcoin will stay as a leader of cryptoworld. It is really difficult to prefer any of this coins. Both currencies are good. |

Some ICO projects are can be very successful. Its tokens will rise to 30-40 times. But telling the truth such projects are rare. So be aware about the perspectives of ICO. It is possible to earn but difficult. |

Over 40 ICOs and over $1 billion raised already in the new year 2018.
Last year’s mark was $5.6 billion. And in 2018, the trend is not showing any signs of slowing down.
2018 bigger year for ICOs?
I like some ICO projects and I will invest in it some money. If you want you can find any other good project also. There are a lot of them. On my mind 2018 will be a real bonny year in the area of ICO projects. |

Many Say Cryptocurrency Will Kill Fiat Currency and Creating FUD all around the Internet, According to me if this statement is correct then CR.CARD Dr, Card has done this Long back, Cryptocurrency will be used by Smart people in future and many businesses will opt this for fast transaction
It's not easy to kill cash because still many people don't know and understand cryptocurrency and they will keep using Cash.
Whats your view about this
I do not think that soon cryptocurrencies will replace cash. It's hard to believe. But at the same time it is clear that the cryptocurrencies are spreading more and more. |

NEO is no doubt a good coin with great technology behind it, but let's be realistic. If Chinese government will allow to use cryptocurrencies on a large scale (which I think might happen in a year or two) NEO can probably climb up closer to Ethereum but it will hardly surpass ETH, let alone Bitcoin. The thing is that coins do not stand still, they evolve and that's why it is very important how good are developers and how many of them. Bitcoin has the largest and the most skilled team and that's why it can't be surpassed.
Bravo man, I really do agree with you. People must see this fact so they would not have to assume too much about anything. Sure, NEO is a great project with great ideologies behind it, but even so, popularity alone will make it hard to beat bitcoins. Because if you ask most of the people here in this forum a question like: "what is the first crypto currency did you hear about?" or "what is the first crypto currency did you ever buy?", I am pretty sure that most of the people you ask will answer bitcoin. That being said, I think NEO will not be replacing bitcoins anywhere near my lifespan. NEO is project with a future. The main goal of NEO is not only to use the same technologies as Ethereum but also to become a platform for a new smart economy. NEO developers are trying to implement upscale technologies. |

With BTC in such a strong uptrend atm, are you buying altcoins right now? A lot of them are kind of 'cheap' and have been falling while BTC have been increasing.
I hold some altcoins and looking for others permanently. I have Ethereum, Ripple and Litecoin in my portfolio always. In addition I am trying to find cheap altcoins with good perspectives. |

I am new and i would like to do day trading with crypto currencies. For that purpose which crypto web exchange do you recommend?
I guess ones that have lowest fees on buying/selling crypto and with good reputation should be the best ones.

I like Binance very much. But at last time I heard about the problems which occurred during the registration of new users. Servers are not able to process all newcomers. If it is still actual then I think it is temporary thing. |

I prefer ethereum, i dont really believe on ripple. even if there is a lot of people that ripple is a good altcoin, i dont buy it even if other's see potential on it.
i invested more on ethereum that ripple.
As for me, I believe that Ripple will work and it will be used for a long time, but I simply do not take it as a real altcoin. This is a centralized crypto that is why my choice is Ethereum. No doubt, it will be only growing. |

Do you have any good reason to believe that the crypto market is going to grow this year? Do you think we may end up in all red? I do not see the growth and happy investing of last years.
I think that this year will be different like it was in previous time. Periods of rising will be changed by periods of falling down. So there is no need to be very pessimistic. The reality consist from pluses and minuses. |

I do not understand how you can hold coins for such a long time. First, technologies are developing and a strong competitor to the main leaders may appear; Secondly, the very process of expecting a huge increase in money in the absence of any activity, relying only on faith, is a useless undertaking.
True. It is impossible to hold these coins for two or even three years. Are you sure that these alts will alive after such a long period of time passes? I can guess that you can pick Ethereum and NEO and hold them for 8-12 months. |

For me many ICO using telegram for more promoting with thier company , to make it known as well just like twitter and facebook telegram is a part of social media platform that people using. i dont think so if this is a meassurement of success but its good to know if the ICO that we will join is succesful.
Agreed, telegram is one of the most popular in terms of communication and promotion as to be part of the different ICO. It really helps a lot which we can easily to communicate thise bounty manager if there is any concern as well as questions on that particular ICO projects. Also, to be updated on their up coming events or the status of their ICO which you can ask for furthermore announcements. I also believe that telegram ICO will be one of the most successful projects during the last time. I try not to listen to those so-called experts that foresee that this ICO will die and its coins will have no price. |

There are several theories to this, one consider the expiration of futures from CBOE and CME (but i don't think tjhat's the case), another one recognize the cause of this loss as FUD spreading from South Korea in those red days, or maybe it's from China's ban. Probably it's a mix of this and other factors!
Several theories about the price fluctuations means that nobody knows about the reasons why prices go down or up. But I know clearly when Bitcoin is rising then other well-known currencies are rising too. |

Of course the Ether is much more powerful on the functional. It is also more stable than others and can bring more benefits than Neo.
I agree with you. Ethereum is more powerful, functional and it is more perspective. There are some talks in others threads about the possibility ETH coin to reach the price of 1200 USD. And I think it can do it. |
