The absolutely cheapest way out there is to sell to someone on this forum or on -otc that wants to buy your MTGUSD with bank wire, as they will likely pay the wire fees on their end AND you will be able to sell 1:1.
If you don't want to deal with another person (although bank wires are permanent) the cheapest way is probably from MTG directly, as cashing out via another website (ie aurumxchange) or from Gox -> LR -> Wire will incur large %-based fees.

You can't, which is why Bitcoin checks should only be used between trusting parties, just like regular checks. Stores won't accept a regular check without seeing your driver's license (most of the time), and I imagine it would be a similar requirement for Bitcoin checks, if they were to ever accept them.
This times one thousand. Regular checks have the same issues, plus the possibility of bouncing. As a cashier, I have only had a customer attempt (we don't take personal checks) to pay with a personal check one time in five years. It's just too risky, so no business accepts checks at the point of sale. To improve security, you could use custom-made tamper evident hologram stickers like Casascius uses (although that may require significant investment).

Hey ciuciu, will older deposits still receive 2% / week?

Got my dozen today, thanks

What server? Could you PM me the summoner name so I can check the account out?

Your screenshot isn't very convincing. If +540,000 USD was your last transaction, why don't you have at least 540,000 USD current balance?
Beside the point +1 to OP.

Some people may be willing to accept Western Union as payment, check quickbitcoins for a web mearchant, or you can try #bitcoin-otc or even the currency exchange subforum.

I would try bitfloor if a Chase branch is near you. Otherwise, use CampBX (that ref. link gets you 10% off commissions). CBX is sometimes lower than bitfloor.

No, by all means, keep it! And thanks to the (pseudo-)anonymous gentleman/woman who sent me a bit penny - I am much obliged.
Very kind of you!:) When i recieved the cent, the sender field said "unknown". Is it supposed to be unknown to the reciever from whom he get coins? It's a way of simplifying things, since a transaction can have tens of inputs. It also prevents false information (if you thought you got a bitcoin from one address, for example, instead of .25 bitcoins from four).

I eat lunch at Subways 2-4 days a week due to my work schedule. Naturally, being able to purchase a gift card a little below spot with BTC would be nice. Hit me up with offers.

You could only make a form to request loans, and nothing else. That's a pretty small building imo.

Don't you feel like these bets are a little degrading to those who have the potential to be good borrowers? It seems a little rude.

1) Yes.
2) No.
3) Yes, I have attempted in the past.
4) Nope. I survived on pool payments.
5) I don't generate because I don't appreciate my computer room being as hot as it gets. I mined with a 7970 for a while and before that a 5000 series I can't remember. I turned profits on both after resale. Now I'm comfortable to be back with Nvidia.
