Agree its also teamed up with an existing venture that has an existing client base so off to a good start out of the gate. Utemis is also one just about to hit the market that is looking to do what Alibaba did to Latin America. Recommend looking into the team as they are experienced in different countries as well as Juan being connected with Alibaba and potentially could even be a buy out before it ends the ICO. Pity this with Bittrex as I was looking to see some good news for the next couple of months and watch SAFEX shoot up.

It is a complex question as it can have multiple variables.

1. Is it a new technology that is "viable".
2. Is it run by an experienced team that aren't going to disappear to the Bahamas for 6 months once they receive the ICO funding.
3. Is it an existing business model that can work and be moved to the blockchain.
4. Is the market value correct or purely speculation? (Ideal for selling an ICO for pump and dump but very likely it may never recover the change in its market value).
5. Will it be legally possible where the ICO is going to be listed.
6. Is the whitepaper information purely speculative or built on facts?
7. Can this ICO be replicated by another team with more experience and begin to dominate the market faster?
8. Are you interested in the ICO as an investment or like the idea even if it may never happen?
9. What does it bring to the blockchain?
10. Is it ethical, moral or sustainable as it's not always about financial profit.

So there is so many reasons that ICO's can be good or bad and often its purely upto what the investor wants out of it.

Personally I would recommend waiting for Ripple to drop in price again. But its upto you, take a look at its trend and also when the prices move (as its normally around media coverage). I would expect it to drop to 19c again in the near future.

I am sure as long as there is no money owed to the bank who want it in FIAT you would be able to cut a deal almost anywhere. The questionable issue is what tax would be owed but then again that is normally at "market rate" rather than sale /purchase price. Which would need to be in FIAT to pay the government.

For example look at NEO today it has jumped as it has just had a DApps contest (nothing released yet as it was on Friday), 2 ICO's launch using NEO and beginning promoting NEO outside of Asia NYC and Cambridge on the places to visit.

Some of the other ICO's seem to think its holiday time when they take the $$ when I can honestly say NEO have delivered on a constant basis and a good example of what ICO's SHOULD be doing.

You are correct but it would need to be one massive gamble that it is constantly going to benefit from which is unlikely. I would say they are still going to be around for another 12 months maybe due to the fact they are pushing roadshows to feed the system. But the numbers just don't seem realistic its like most "lending" platforms unless there is a real need for this volume of $$ it would be very difficult to hit the daily profits. The false stability is coming from people constantly reinvesting in the coin and artificially inflating the system.

Don't get me wrong with Ponzi, MLM, Pyramid they are all eventually going to fail and the important bit if getting into them is to recognise they are exactly that. But investing early getting your ROI then rolling interest means you could have done well if in early or even now. The gamble is when will the house of cards fail.
