How do you plan to compensate players?

Yolodice incentivized players to bet in volume in order to receive higher daily faucet amounts.

The players have completed their end of the bargain by wagering the volume related to their level and are due the relevant daily faucet.

That is the players money they have earned that.

How do you plan to compensate those players for money lost due to your decision to close the site?
I don't think this is even a relevant or rational concern, and I'm a YOLOdice player who was easily within the top 10-15 wagered amounts for every coin on the site of all-time.

You already received rakeback on your wagered amounts (if you wagered enough to reach level 7), in addition to the faucets you could have claimed every day, and even then the faucet wasn't money you were "owed".  Yeah, you could claim them, but you still had to wager and win enough to withdraw the faucet, it's not like it was coins you could just cash out as soon as they were claimed.  The fact that you think you're owed something based on your faucet claims is pretty absurd.

This just seems like a troll post.  I've never heard of anyone complaining about faucets they were "owed" when other casinos which similar features closed.

EDIT: Looking at your post history, it's pretty obvious you are just a troll.  Nice job asking for loans as "investments" from other people for gambling, and thinking that "gambling licenses" actually do anything in the world of crypto casinos, other than just giving sites a fancy badge to present.

The facts stand independent of your opinion.

Players were incentivised to wager in return for various benefits incuding a daily financial allowance.

Players wagered in various amounts and YOLO dice acknowledged the value of each player's contribution by awarding those benefits.

The players cannot take back their wager volume. They completed what was required by YOLO dice to obtain those benefits and are entitled to them.

BTC is at an all time high. The cumulative value of those daily allowances has increased substantially. Doge for example is 10 times more valuable than it was 2 months ago.

The owners have opted to close the site at this time, and as a direct result players are now denied their entitlement.

My question is simple, and directed to the owners of yolodice. How do you plan to compensate those players for the financial loss?

Players were incentivized to wager in volume with the promise of specific daily faucet amounts.
The players have already wagered the volume and therefore completed their end of the bargain.
If the site is closed how do you plan to compensate those players?
4  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 commission on LTC investments is at 35% till 31. Dec on: November 03, 2020, 11:08:14 AM
Good day to you all,

Can anyone tell me if Yolodice has a licence to operate an online casino?
Assuming for the moment that it has a valid license, can someone please supply me with the following information:

  • In which legal jurisdiction was the license issued?

In which legal jurisdiction is the company registered?

Registered contact details for any or all of the Directors of Yolodice.

Thank you, for your assistance.

I mean, does any dice site for crypto have a "license to operate"? What do you want this information for?
Yes most have a license to operate, normally from legal jurisdictions such as Curacao, Costa Rica, Vanuatu or (quite often I note) Panama.

Due diligence.

I stand over my predetermined reply to your semantics.

Im unsure of your meaning here, specifically your use of the term "semantics" in this context.
7  Economy / Services / Re: ProDice Player for hire on: July 11, 2019, 04:25:55 PM
I can show all of the accounts and prove that I own them. I understand your scepticism and its appropriate.

I also agree that the players can't beat the house, but it is also true that a player can beat the house, ask any casino operator.
Read back what you just wrote.

Honestly.
If you decide to take the "semantics" route, then I will retort with the fact that if you are arguing variance, then you cannot guarantee results over any duration of time, making this "investment" and your winnings out to be purely luck-based.
I stand over what I have written, a player can beat the house but "the players" can't beat the house. This is well established, I'm not sure how to simplify it for you.
I stand over my predetermined reply to your semantics.

How do you expect to consistently win without factoring in luck, at all? Tell me how you can beat the mathematical certainty of a sub-1 expected value.

Do you mean tell you how I did it? I see no advantage in discussing that with you here, and see several disadvantages.
8  Economy / Services / Re: ProDice Player for hire on: July 11, 2019, 04:18:17 PM
As I have said, I can prove to those who understand the game and who are genuinely interested, that I have made btc consistently and in significant amounts across a number of sites. You can be insulting and abusive, for your own entertainment, it is of no consequence. I simply state my capabilities and offer a service to those who are genuinely interested.

Prices dice player?

Dice is quite literally the lowest skill gambling game possible and the games are provably fair. I’m not sure what you could do that anyone else wouldn’t be able to do.

I know of no other player who can win as consistently and in the amounts of btc playing on those sites. If it were easy then everyone would be winning and the sites would close.
11  Economy / Services / Re: ProDice Player for hire on: July 11, 2019, 03:45:09 PM
There is no such thing as a "professional" dice player in the matter of crypto dice games, which are provably fair.

You cannot beat the edge (except in the case of bustabit) regardless of how much bankroll you might have.
I don't think anyone needs the extra step of you proving your winnings... all you have to do is display your profit statistics across the accounts and prove that you own them.

I can show all of the accounts and prove that I own them. I understand your scepticism and its appropriate.

12  Economy / Services / ProDice Player for hire on: July 11, 2019, 03:19:47 PM
I'm a professional dice player and have earned 200btc in the last 4 months playing on sites such as Primedice stake.com Bustabit and Bustadice. I have a temporary cash flow issue which will resolve itself by the end of July.
In the meantime I am prepared to play for anyone who is interested in doubling their investment and who has a minimum of 0.1btc to stake me in the dice game.

Normally capital is returned within 2-3 hrs and I am prepared to play for a further 4 hrs and split the proceeds. In this time frame I would normally make 0.5btc (sometimes more sometimes less). So the profit return to anyone who stakes me in the game should be in the region of 0.2btc (based on a 0.1btc investment).

Normally an investor would create an account on the relevant dice site and set up 2fa, then send me log in details. In this way I can't withdraw or tip other players. I will consider other arrangements, but that seems to be the safest from an investors perspective.

I can prove my winnings above to anyone who is genuinely interested. Please send me a direct message and we can take things from there. The minimum stake would be 0.1btc, as anyone who has played on any of the dice sites knows, a large bank roll greatly reduces risk.

It will not be necessary for me to do this kind of work after July 25th, so if anyone is interested please let me know within the next week to 10 days.
13  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚖️ Crypto Gambling Foundation ⚖️ - Fair Gambling For All on: June 05, 2019, 09:16:41 AM
I would like to scratch the surface a little here.
I have first hand experience of organisations of this nature and I can tell you that, regardless of how much marketing spin is used, ultimately any organisation such as this, will only reflect the values and interests of its active members. Good governance should be at the heart of any organisation and is an indicator of its value.

In this context may I ask:
1: Is there any implemented policy or procedural documentation in place to help achieve good governance?
2: Who are the trustees/directors/members currently sitting on the board of this organisation?
3: How is the board structured (officers/roles)?
4: How are the members of the board appointed to those positions?
5: How are the players interests represented on this board?

Thank you

Can I recommend that you maybe take a second look at your visual brand identity. The crypto space is so crowded now that an amateur approach to this aspect can undermine the good work produced by the developers.

There are various criteria that can be used to measure an effective visual identity.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The most underrated coin of 2018 - Universa (UTNP) on: August 10, 2018, 10:36:52 AM
The technology side seems pretty solid, the problem is that the technology is changing quickly in this area. Bitcoin or ethereum today will not be running on the same technology 6 months from now. Their brand awareness gives them advantage over Universa. If I mention cryptocurrency to Joe Bloggs he always looks at me confused until I add Bitcoin and then you get an "oh bitcoinnn" moment.

The space is getting crowded other coins are carving out their niche and competing for the limited attention span of the endusers, the noise makes it increasingly difficult to be heard.

1; Universa needs to identify where it can offer unique value
2; ensure that that value is relevant to a particular market segmet
3; craft a message that resonates with that market
4; and then package and deliver that message with relentless vigour.

That is my analysis of Universa's current situtation, other's may disagree but hold a view that is as equally valid as my own.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: SHIT Token send problems MEW on: August 10, 2018, 09:49:56 AM

Check that the custom token you're adding is SHT, there is conflict with SHIT name in MEW. Also check that your MEW is on mainnet, not or ropsten or other testnet.

You can also try other wallets that support ERC20 tokens. For example log into https://etherdelta.com/#SHT-ETH with your private key, this will show your tokens and will let you trade/send them.

Thanks for your help.  I think I used SHIT as the token name, from your response I can see I should be using SHT...Im pretty sure it will work. Thanks again.
Hmm.. what you've done is correct. It should work.

18  Other / Serious discussion / Re: Why EOS is actually killing the market on: June 18, 2018, 02:09:14 PM

I recently read a report by a trustable source the indicates how EOS, after sucking value from Ethereum during a year, has been selling large amounts to finance its operations and development. The only difference with the rest of the ICOs is the scale.

The mark of having a good education is in one's ability to evaluate and distinguish between conclusion's that are arrived at via factual evidence and/or speculative opinion.

I'm very interested in this report you mention, in particular, I'd like to ascertain;

Was the report published?
What was the aim of the report?
Who commissioned the report and what is their agenda?
Was the report balanced in it's content?
Were Eos given a right to reply?
Does the report clearly distinguish between opinion and fact?
What were the main recommendations of this report?

I understand if you don't have time to reply to each of these, so if you could direct me to the report, I can very quickly find out for myself.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 🔥🔥🔥 Exereum 1:1 Ethereum based fork 🔥🔥🔥 on: June 18, 2018, 01:00:49 PM

60,000 Exereum per node, so I would need to have 60,000 Ethereum if I wanted to run a node based on the amount received from the upcoming airdrop.

Hmm I think I have .3 ethereum, I'll be a few short for the node. oh well, the orphans will have to make do with one meal a day. Good luck with your project.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / SHIT Token send problems MEW on: June 18, 2018, 12:41:17 PM
HI Guys,
I can't get my SHIT tokens to show on MEW and therefore can not send them to Donald T.

They show my balance correctly in Etherscan and Ethplorer, but my SHIT balance incorrectly remains at 0 in MyEtherWallet.

I've done the following:

- I have added SHIT as a custom Token to MEW. Ive tried adding again,  and MEW confirms it's been added.

- I have changed the MEW Network and tried all 4 other options (including etherscans network).

- Hard refreshed browser.

- Glared disapprovingly at my computer for several minutes.

Just wondering if any of you smarter guys have had a similar problem and figured out how to resolve it.

Thanks for any help.
