This appears to be a network/pool issue, not a 2pac issue. Try another pool like Slush. Also verify connectivity with the pool (eg: telnet pool.ckpool.org 3333) and check with your pool operator.
Are you intending to donate all your mining to sidehack? Correct me if I am wrong, but that's the purpose of the 1BURGERAXHH6Yi6LRybRJK7ybEm5m5HwTr address. If you don't understand you should use a pool with an online wallet like Slush until your bitcoin knowledge is more developed.
