441  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate a person to work? on: January 19, 2018, 05:39:39 PM
What do you think?Motivate is really motives our mind.Another thing, when you’re inspiring people, you’re not telling them exactly what to do or giving them precise directions. You’re empowering them to be their best, trusting that they will then do the right thing. And the right thing they do may not be what you were expecting; it may be something beyond your wildest expectations.

Every employees get tired because they're not only doing their job at work but also doing their duties at home. So we must appreciate every little things that they do because without them, the company wouldn't be successful. Give them performance bonuses, that would help and motivate them to do better. They will strive more because of those incentives.
442  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: January 19, 2018, 05:17:50 PM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?

I agree with it. Yes, it has been helping a lot of jobless people online. They are able to earn for their living even thought they are jobless because of bitcoin. It is surprising that most of millionaires these days are from bitcoin. Bitcoin really reduces unemployment and we must be thankful for it because it is really hard to find a job these days.
443  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Do you have a gun? on: January 19, 2018, 04:56:06 PM
This question mostly goes to americans (or  residents of any other country where it is legal).
Do you have any firearms? For what purpose do you have it and  have you ever used it?
Everyone else can discuss if people should have a right to have a gun or not.

No, I don't have a gun. Having it would just trigger me to commit crimes because I have a very short temper. Getting a license here in our country is quite hard that needs a lot of papers as requirements and it is a good thing because gun must be controlled to avoid crimes and unnecessary circumstances.
444  Economy / Economics / Re: Do bitcoin millonaires deserve their wealth? on: January 19, 2018, 04:12:52 PM
It is know that bitcoin has made a few millionaires, but many of these people don´t have any particular knowledge of the economy nor business. Do you think that is a fair situation?

Yes they deserve it because they work had for it and they exerted much effort to get it. We all know that earning money is not easy so let's just be happy for those who earn much money for it. Let's just be like them  and be inspired about their achievements so we'll also be like them. It is not possible for us to be like them, what we need is just hard work and hope.
445  Other / Politics & Society / Re: End of the World on: January 19, 2018, 03:19:31 PM
Many people say that we are the last generation of human race. Some say that the end of the world is near. What do you think, how will the world end?

Everything will come to an end because nothing is permanent in this world. All of us will come to an end and it's just a matter of when. We all know that the earth will also face it's distraction in the future. It is written in the bible the the earth will also come to it's end and that will happen life a thief at night so we must always be read for it.
446  Economy / Economics / Re: 1Bitcoin as a gift from someone on: January 19, 2018, 02:59:06 PM
If you be given a gift of 1BTC by someone and for you this amount is already something you did not expect. Will you sell your bitcoin right away and convert it into cash or just keep it for a better price to come or invest it or what?

If I would have a bitcoin as a gift from someone, I will convert it into cash right away no matter what the price of bitcoin is. I would feel very thankful for it and I'll let the person know that it is really appreciated. I'll use it for my family needs and treat some of my friends. I would put up a small business and make sure that I'll get a good profit and let the money grow.
447  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is education must-have nowdays? on: January 18, 2018, 07:50:23 PM
Education is source of knowledge.
It teaches you verbal communication
It helps in surviving in the cultural World
Let me answer NO!

Education not necessary to help an another human being
Education is not, only the source of Knowledge it’s a part
No one can teach you better education than life

What do you think?

I agree. Education is a lifetime investment that no one can steal from us in any ways. Our parents wants us to study hard because it is the only thing that they can give us, a life time assurance. Having an education is always an advantage no matter what field we choose or wherever we go. Education serves as our guide in every path of life.
448  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ever dreamed about Bitcoin? on: January 18, 2018, 06:19:26 PM
Have you dreamed about Bitcoin before? Well, recently I dreamed that someone sent me 5 BTC to my Mycelium wallet. I told my friend (in the dream) that those Bitcoin worth around 3000 USD. If that was true ... One Bitcoin is equal to 600 USD in my dream.

Well, I hope the dream come true one day - be it free 5 BTC or 600 USD per Bitcoin.

Yes I did, for couple of times actually. I have dreamed that I had millions of bitcoin in my wallet that I was able to celebrate it with the whole family and my friends. I really had a great time because of that until my partner woke me up because I was snoring too loud. Up to now I'm still dreaming of a lot of bitcoins. Who knows? Dreams do come true.
449  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm gonna sell my house on: January 17, 2018, 10:46:49 AM
I am sure we touched the bottom today. so i am going to real Estate Dealer for selling my house and buy bitcoin. I suggest you all do that

I think that's not a healthy idea although it's your own idea and we can't do anything about it. Selling your properties won't be a good idea for you might regret the result someday because you are not 100% sure about the result. It is better if you'll have your earnings rather than your properties. What if you made the wrong decision? Bitcoin is volatile and is unstable so make sure to think twice.
450  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Is the main goal of human is happiness? on: January 16, 2018, 02:58:23 PM
for me its a yes! the main goal of human is happiness whatever human wanted to reach it towards to his/her happiness.
For example why do people want to work? because they want a better life, and if they reach better life they also reach their happiness.

So for you what is the main goal of human?

Yes, I think so because when we are happy we couldn't ask for anything but not to end the momment that we are enjoying. Happiness gives us an uncontainable feeling. There are different sources of happiness, it could be material, emotional and being loved. We set and reach our goals for us to be happy. Happiness is something that we cannot buy and it's a great feeling.
451  Economy / Economics / Re: 2017 Was Bitcoin's Year. 2018 Will Be ....... on: January 16, 2018, 12:15:41 PM
Bitcoin with it's high fees and slow transaction times is hardly suitable for payments – spending the same fee whether you buy a coffee or send $100,000 is a joke and the promise of scaling solutions such as the Lightning Network hasn’t been fulfilled.[1]

While there's no shortage of old and new believers to keep the party going, along with plenty of developers working to create better, forked versions of bitcoin, I’m betting my chips on a more flexible alternative.
The door is wide open for blockchains that use smart contracts, like ethereum,
[2] bitcoincash, litecoin and more......

2018 Will Be ....... Year’s? [Writer choose ethereum, what will be your choice?and why?]

Bitcoin did so great last year. It brought us a lot of blessings financially.  I believe that 2018 will still be a year for bitcoin and some alt coins like etherium. It will strike more this year and will bring us more like what we had last year. Let's just think positive.
452  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: January 16, 2018, 04:07:43 AM
Hi guys Smiley May I know what are your plans on your Bitcoin in the future? Do you plan to keep on investing on Bitcoin related businesses or do plan to convert it into fiat and ventures on new business?

I'm planning to invest more on Bitcoin related companies and convert some of my Bitcoin into fiat and invest it on our local stock market. How about you?

Well, I'm planning to keep some of it and planning to cash out the rest and put up a small business. I'm trying to be wise on where to put and use my bitcoin so that I won't have any regrets in the future. I just want to spend it in a nice way that my family would be very happy and contented.
453  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Decrease Population on: January 15, 2018, 09:44:32 PM
What do you think is the best way to decrease population?

Not every country needs to lessen the number of it's population. Somehow, in some countries like china, they really need this kind of solution. I believe that family planning is a solution for them to lessen their population. Two child policy has been a very effective way of controlling country's population.
454  Other / Off-topic / Re: Self-education. on: January 15, 2018, 07:52:57 PM
Is it possible to become a specialist studying by yourself?

Yes ofcourse. With perseverance and hardwork, you will be able to learn things alone. By the use of our modern technology, through seaching and reading , through analazing things , you'll learn things at home. Just don't forget to socialize at times for it helps you to develop your personality.
455  Local / Pamilihan / Re: May establishments ba na nag aaccept ng bitcoin as payment? on: January 15, 2018, 07:14:03 PM

456  Other / Politics & Society / Re: If we can educate our kids at home why do we need to send them at school? on: January 15, 2018, 06:06:25 PM
If we can educate our kids at home why do we need to send them at school?

If socialization is a problem in homeschooling, there are many solutions to that ;-)

The way we educate our children at home is far more than how they are being educated at school. At home , we discipline them, we train them and teach them the things that are necessary for their personal growth. We need to send them to school for them to know how to socialized with others and learn in academic aspects of life
457  Economy / Economics / Re: what benefits you've got from bitcoin in 2017 on: January 15, 2018, 05:21:31 PM
year is almost changed, what have you got from bitcoin this year (2017), I personally benefited a lot from this crypto currency, I am an unemployed because in my country difficult to get a job, I really helped by the bitcoin, I can give a little money to my parents and it makes me happy to help the family economy Smiley , and my hope in the next year I hope to be better in doing all the tasks and hope to be able to work in the real world, what about you? and what motivation mu for the year to come?

Bitcoin changed my life last year and it brought me a lot of good things. It changed my financial status and my habbits in life. Everything has changed since I've known bitcoin. 458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: i think to store my salary in crypto wallets. it's good or bad decision? on: January 15, 2018, 03:22:02 PM
Hi,
i convert to my salary into xrp and it store in ripple wallet every month for (i expect) one year. it is good or bad decision? i think XRP hit $100 in near future

Well, honestly that's a quite risky but still a great idea. Holding your salary would be an effective idea for you'll get a high profit from it. However, you must still keep some cash for you to be able to survive until your next salary. Be sure to keep something for your daily expences.
459  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will Pres. Duterte complete his term? on: January 15, 2018, 02:16:20 PM
The President of the Philippines has been opposed by most of the big time officials in the country. Can he surpass all the Big Fish in the Philippines and survive the six years term?

Yes, I think he will complete his term. The president has been doing so well that he has done a lot of projects and resolutions this year. He has a lot of supporters that rely on his power as a president. Many people still believe in his capability to end drug abuse, crimes and corruption in the country. I believe that he'll do better.
460  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Society without money ? on: January 14, 2018, 06:38:47 PM
Can we imagine a society without money ? Now a days the term bitcoin is getting very much interesting to all so is there any chance that in your future there will be bitcoin in exchange of money and if it happens what will be its consequence i thing it will be good because there is many country where the money value is low so its tough to carry a lot of money if bitcoin comes everywhere this problem can be solved.

I think it'll be too hard for our society to survive without money. Money is essential for us to live because nothing is free in our society today. Everyday's necessity requires money. How are we able to live a day without money? I think it'll be too challenging for us to live each day without money unless we know how to plant our foods.
