141  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin holders will have to pay their tax? on: August 20, 2018, 05:23:33 PM
What will happen on BTC if the government will said that all the bitcoin holder have to pay their tax??
Maybe the expansion of BTC community will get low than usual.
~
~
Tax with bitcoin, even crypto is almost a story only in a very distant future, it's so remote that I could not survive until that time because the government has no way to control it and impose it on the bitcoin holder. Bitcoin is free between the laws of countries, although countries always have rules or prohibit the use of bitcoin but the government does not understand that it is meaningless, the bitcoin holder still uses it normally and does not have any pressure, so I never paid attention to the tax issue in bitcoin

It's a fact that it is decentralized. I hope that wraps it all up. Bitcoin isn't that free in a certain country. It gets regulated, you're implying that people are using VPNs or any anonymous way of making transactions through Bitcoin. There were pretty clever people that can still deal Bitcoin through personal deals and I know that became a practice of cryptos to those countries who have its cryptos banned, but before that practice can be seen as a real practice many could have quitted crypto by that time since it is useless to be against the law. I wonder if there are closed groups that discusses how to deal cryptos anonymously, that's why these traders can still interact with each other.
142  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing As A Beginner on: August 20, 2018, 04:17:48 PM
I have only just started investing, this resource is good for stock market but what should I look at for crypto investing?
Taking opportunities, huh? Like investing in stock market and cryptos would take a lot of patience to get the maximum of your desired trade. In crypto investing expect, these regulations happening around the whole countries. This causes panic because of misinterpretation of some traders causing the supply to pump while the demand goes down then it is gonna be equal to price dipping. Expect those as it is inevitable. Try to be a straight-arrow head when aiming for your target, you might not want to miss your target sell when the wind of FUDs whispers in your ear.

Step 3: How will I achieve it? ( Methods )
For example: I must have many strategies in each event ( crisis, pump )
~
Kindly detail down how is this step really done practically. What strategy? Should people keep day trading then stop at the moment they reached the end of their margin and start buying for the long-term hold? Other steps are just simply easy since it is done through emotions, goals, and rationality, but now how about the practical way of doing this step?
144  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why does my eth went down? on: August 20, 2018, 03:27:14 PM
I almost have the misconception regarding your point, but to sum it all up, you're implying that you're losing ETH not its equivalent. Consider these guidelines, because you might be a victim into it.

-From my past experience on dipping my feet into an airdrop, I received an email telling me to claim the tokens in a MEW site. Already had my suspicions in the first place because:
 * Site's domain extension isn't .com. The only legit MEW site I know is the one that has .com as its domain extension. Others could obviously be a phishing site
*Site wasn't bookmarked. I am pretty sure you had read the precautions or the safety measures in handling your wallet file before you made one. One of its was to bookmark the site so you can indicate that you're visiting a legit MEW site. A simple missing letters in the domain name would mean everything in your wallet from now on just because of the ignorance.

Domain age check the site to ensure that you're visiting the right site and not the one that has just been recently created.

I am pretty sure that your wallet was compromised and you can't tell that kind of problem to the site because your wallet is now upon your responsibility. Sorry for the loss though.
145  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is micro trading possible? on: August 20, 2018, 03:15:11 PM
I like crypto dice because of how little I can deposit, withdraw, how small the bet can be, no verification of any kind.  I tried to trade micro but got immediately hit with verification, large min positions, and the need to register everywhere to see if I can use it, and in most cases I couldn', so I dropped it.  Is it possible to micro trade?  Total bank to risk 20$ in doge and trade with the intention of increasing the doge amount, not usd value.

Seems you want to find out more about binance, huh. Binance needs verification from government IDs and such for you to withdraw with more than 1BTC every 24 hours, but it seems you're aiming for just smalls. Binance does indeed have a good rate. And as a plus, 2fa is pretty much recommended for additional security of the site. I also love how they contact you through email just to confirm withdrawals with an IP address attached into it so you would be aware if someone is touching that coin of yours.

146  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Too many new Exchanges on: August 20, 2018, 03:03:43 PM
I think more and more exchangers are getting better, because every day more and more new altcoins are popping up, if the number of exchangers is limited there will be many altcoins that don't have exchange
- Yes, more exchanges are also a good thing when the creators of the project have the opportunity to list their products on exchange, increase the value of the project and attract more investors, we will also have more options for investing and storing altcoin. However, the benefits will always come with difficulties and various problems, the exchange will compete and continually list the altcoin on the exchange, and with the rush to create fame, plus the desire to attract more people, they will forget the quality choice then ignore the support and improve the exchange

It has become more competitive therefore we as a traders benefits from the most of them. I am pretty sure you're aware who benefits the most in the market. It isn't just the benefit that exchanges earn profits from the deposit fees that traders incur in their specified coins, but the highlighted or pretty sure, the noticeable benefit, is for the traders that gets their own convenience on how the exchanges is built. And no, don't just look into its interface, also for the rate for every coins that they accept. The accessibility to different coins becomes a bit of an advantage of an exchange against the other but the coined term "shitcoin" makes these advantage go the opposite ways.
147  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The advantage of day trader on: August 19, 2018, 06:40:20 AM
Potential to make substantial profits. The biggest lure of day trading is the potential for spectacular profits.
~
Any other opinions? Please comment And we discuss any other benefits for someone who uses day trading techniques.
Although being a day-trader could give you a consecutive profits within the day, chances are you might lose the opportunity rather those long-term holders like me. To be a long-term holder would mean gaining more opportunities as the market doesn't appreciate in my favor. I keep buying on whatever the coins I like then sleep for like a year then see the price show its significant increase. It still varies as a strategy and preferences. Also consider the time that traders have on why did they choose that strategy. Me, as a part-time trader, don't have that much time to trade too much in a day.
148  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Number One Reason NOT to invest in Crypto on: August 19, 2018, 06:22:48 AM
Fool. What about those ATM cards also that were stolen and got their funds sipped into the mouths of those thieves? Isn't all that sort of your responsibility? But before that, it is quite saddening that some of these previous replies didn't even manage to read the OP's point.

Anyways, it is sort of your responsibility on how would you handle your wallet. Although as the user previously stated that there ain't insurance yet for the lose of your coins since it is not yet handled by the government, it is still up to you on how would you secure your funds.

Joining airdrops while they email you a phishing site? This is one of the ways how would they steal those wallet/private keys. That is some KYC BS. Don't leave your funds in the deposit address of the exchange. I know you're already aware for at least a month that there have been many sites of exchanges getting hacked.
149  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How bounty helped your project? on: August 19, 2018, 06:09:34 AM
Hey

I was wondering, how bounty campaign can help your project to get bigger.

Do you have such experience?

For example, for the company I work in - a lot. It attracted more than 5000 to our telegram community. What about you?

Not necessarily get bigger, but it is like a bell to ring. That range it can ring depends on how many participants joined your bounty. You can just simply advertise in other site and people can still be aware of your project without them needing to be in the forum but the reason why most bounties as an advertisement are being done here is because most of the members here are aware, if not knowledgeable, to cryptos. Investors would be aware of the project you're trying to impose. Telegram is just necessary for the sake of the community of your investors, not typically a way to make your project bigger.
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etherum is the king of ICO agree on: August 19, 2018, 05:07:39 AM
I really think that the dominance of Ethereum will soon come to an end.
There are way better smart contract platforms that will slowly take its place. Ethereum just has a lot of congestion issues, which we've seen at so many occasions already.

Remember when the entire network almost came to a half due to congestion caused by cryptokitties?

ETH is still known for the smart contracts from the ICO being made. It might still run for quite some time but it is like a plane now with its few engines lost. It will slowly go down now until nothing will support its sustenance. However this might take too long for it to happen before its end of dominance/lead, it just happened that ETH is now at the stage of pre-decline.
151  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Cryptocurrency is Great, But How Many Persons Know That? on: August 19, 2018, 04:39:25 AM
Cryptocurrency is great, it is not possible to say how many persons know it but most persons do not know about it. Who's online income for those interested in to cryptocurrency great. This number of persons who have cryptocurrency know. But most  of the countries have this acquaintance.
Nowadays lot of people from the third world countries keep interested in crypto earnings because this can help them to earn lot than their daily job but still less people know about the crypto earnings.

Its inevitable due to how unstable it is and people keep taking advantage of that instability. It is also on how summed up crypto is from USD then from USD to third world countries' fiat currency when exchanged. I am not surprised that many here in my country could have been doing it in full time now and because of that large equivalent in our country from USD they tend to quit their job, which for me is really and obviously stupid. Not like I don't believe that they can handle the bears, but why would they decide for that?
152  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Trading, ICO, Lending, Bounty. Which one should I do ? on: August 19, 2018, 04:24:00 AM
First of all, I don't recommend that you invest in cryptocurrencies through loans. If you need money, then I suggest you make a profit by completing a lot of rewards and use these rewards to invest in other projects to make a profit!

Op here thinks to earn from loans, he to make loans to others and collect interest with that. There is such section on this forum, some exchanges offer that option. He is just one more example how newcomers wish to find a shortcut to wealth, but he doesn`t know from where to start. In crypto it`s easy to combine multiple jobs, he can do everything only if he is capable, if he have enough capacity for multitasking. I always suggest easy path, that`s starting from beginning, learning about basics before you get into the real fire. I started from faucets, it`s not a shame, but I learned a lot since that days, he should start from there to because his ranks is to low to participate in any campaign here, today all campaigns are from member rank to up.

It is gonna be hard to establish loaning service. Mostly you're gonna be stepped on with other established loans or you're gonna be fooled by scammers if you aren't observing enough the reputation those people who ask loans from you.

Faucet? They were all BS into even giving me at least a small satoshi. It isn't a really good practice now these days. Although FreeBitcoin is still quite applicable for me because of the contests or at least the lottery or even the random rolls that would determine how much satoshi can I possibly earn. In short, it isn't just simply fixed earnings. It is random and I hate and love that.
153  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I SOLD ALL MY BITCOINS on: August 19, 2018, 04:20:37 AM
I think it is quite wrong decision, I know that we all have financial problem and we need money so badly but it doesn't mean we should sell of our coins or assets, I mean you can sell some of your holdings but not all of them because all of your effort will be in waste. Just remembet that bitcoin will increase maybe not tommorow, not next month but I can guarantee that it'll will soon.
The sale of all his property is really wrong. Unless he has other type of reserve accounts. But in any situation, we should be confident in making decisions. Because the future is more attractive is waiting for us.

Selling property for what? For investing in here just for the sake of pumping the price up and making spontaneous profit? Spoiler alert, it will not go well even the price crawls up into the mountain. Even if he has other reserves, it is not gonna help him. He has lost already a lot that the numbers might break the number line already. Is it greed? Maybe not but is it irresponsibility? Maybe.
154  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Selling items online for Bitcoin or crypto on: August 19, 2018, 03:37:29 AM
in my opinion selling goods only to be able to have bitcoin or other cryptocurrency is a very good step you can sell such as accessories, clothes, watches and others that can be sold without having an expiration date.
I think it is better to sell something far away or a little higher. For example, it can be calculated for the transaction. The resulting cost is a bit more expensive. Generally trading deals need to be much new to limit the cost.

Exactly. Miner's fee varies, but I don't think it won't be that higher like how I used withdraw my funds in a remittance center that is almost twice the amount of I had withdrawn. I don't think the site screws me up with that cost and I really think it is the miner's fee. Add more markup to what you're trying to sell, OP.
155  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Many cryptocurrency players have gone bankrupt on: August 19, 2018, 03:25:04 AM
This is no surprise at all. Many have gone bankrupt and many will.
The main reasons for that are investing without enough knowledge and experiences, not enough information, too much eager to get quick profit, lack of investing strategy and trying to recover loss quickly getting into biger losses.
Many investors are not aware of the risk they are taking and they overestimate their possibilities, it could be dangerous combination.
The lack of knowledge in all areas leads to failure. Electronic money, too, should be equipped with the platform to conquer the market. According to this article is conjecture. Because professional investors are flexible in doing so, it is difficult to fail. When the market fluctuates, they move BTC to USD quickly. Usage is very smart.
Well even professional investors might also consider losing a lot. The FOMO habit that they apply upon themselves becomes an indicator that they're simply brought by emotions that easily. I had never heard that much investors that had panicked but I wonder how would these professional and whales manipulate the market when they do panic.
156  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Cryptocurrency News Aggregator of Your Dream on: August 19, 2018, 03:21:21 AM
Hello, guys! I am designer who works on cryptocurrency news aggregator. I want to create simple but useful website, but for that I need to understand your needs.

Could you please answer these questions, so we could create a great product together.

1) When you read cryptocurrency news, do you need to see a long list of articles on one page right away (e.g. https://coinspectator.com)? Or you want to see just few articles, but with bold headlines and covers (https://www.ccn.com, https://www.coindesk.com, etc.)?
2) How do you usually decide which news to read?
3) Do you want to have a chat on news website and discuss news right there?
4) Do you need to see cryptocurrencies' rate on news website?
5) What features would you like to have on cryptocurrency news aggregator?
6) What pains do you have while reading other news website?

Thank you!

Well make sure the writers in your article knows how to not induce fear in the traders in the market. You and your writers will talk to the world about cryptocurrency and I'm pretty sure there are various emotion sensitivity out there. Make sure to use the "right" word for such certain topic.

Mostly the pain that people mostly encounter are the misinterpretation of the words. Saying x country doesn't want cryptos is gonna be different in people's interpretation that x country doesn't just recognize cryptos as this and that. Careful with the writing of an article.
157  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Why Bitcoin Will Hit New Highs - ETF Date August 10th on: August 18, 2018, 01:46:29 PM
Too late now to speculate at this point of date, the date has passed. It might be the time to lock this thread now, before other users start to make random speculations that is gonna be even off the date. BTC tanked too much and it is struggling to get past 7k again, unlike in the previous bull run that it suddenly jumped from around 6.8k to 7.1k just few weeks ago. Maybe bulls will run again after that speculated date but I highly doubt it will do it again that suddenly.
158  Economy / Marketplace / Re: ICO scammers, Sell your uploaded KYC ID documents, adress for a lot of money. on: August 18, 2018, 01:38:21 PM
No it isn't just that KYC BS that they're gonna keep on running. There are some ICO or BS airdrop that tries to grab your email for the update  of the ICO or the airdrop token distribution date and those things are gonna keep spamming your email like crazy with bunch of phishing site of MEW for the obvious reasons. I wonder how many ignorant trader/bounty hunters were crying like heck now on how did they lose their other tokens.
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to find if airdrop is fake on: August 18, 2018, 01:33:17 PM
Well generalize them all as fake. It is gonna be your standard to judge whether that airdrop is just gonna be a load of crappy spams in your email throughout the day. It is like gonna be your curse to become part of it. That curse won't work or will always favor your way. If you are that type of ignorant who would just keep waiting for the airdrop to email you and click it immediately whatever link they've provided then you're gonna obviously screw yourself big time. I had received a lot of emails redirecting me to a MEW site and I am truly aware that the MEW site is pure BS. I wonder how many people fell for that type of crap though.
160  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bottom of BTC descending channel is 3000$? on: August 18, 2018, 01:29:58 PM
I doubt that this pattern will happen. Although in TA, I most likely look into the pattern so I can speculate what could it be in the next days in succession but 6k is like the solid floor now of Bitcoin this year. It should have dipped to 3k already before since Bitcoin was playing around that price before, but it didn't. The bulls are kinda in resistance for these that's why it is staying flat in 6k most of the time. If there will be case that this will be the price next, then I'll hoard on it.

Yeah I agree.. its clear that the people manipulating price with these extreme bart candles intend to keep the price stable atleast with bitcoin over the next 2 months waiting for ETF decision.. but know a flash crash down to 3-4k would send us further down the rabbit hole of bear market (maybe even as long or bad as 2014-2015).. I believe the millionaires out there that can actually move the price, know whats best for the long-term and tiptoeing that edge of getting the most out of their position in bart candle shorts and longs margined, but also the common sense enough to not spiral sentiment further.

That would vary though. It isn't like they would do it anytime soon. I highly doubt that many of those millionaires, whales or anyone that has the large capacity to pump the price would even think it for now. It is like they're gonna let the pawns move their way strategically then they'll follow up soon enough when things in the market looks well lately.
