241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will you participate in an ICO? on: August 14, 2018, 04:14:30 PM
I am still yet to come up with stats in my own before I tend to make these risky investment in ICOs although it is greatly profitable once you hit the bullseye in an ICO, the other side of it is worse. I can't even attempt in throwing a single cent into it. I could be covered by these FUDs that's why I can't see the other shiny side of these ICOs but let me get first the stats before I try to participate. I plan on participating in their bounties but I don't think it would make that much of a difference in investing. It is time or money.
242  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency Market Could Hit $1 Trillion This Year on: August 14, 2018, 02:09:00 PM
Well whatever article this that speculation come from, it is gonna rust now for it to still be used as a motivation for investors to make an immediate investment in here. It is gonna be a long way now for crypto market to reach this cap in the future, not like I am believing such coins will be launched from ground to moon this fast. It is near to the impossible now. This kind of speculation is expected to be a long-term speculation now, rather speculations within the same year.
243  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is technical analysis vital? on: August 14, 2018, 01:20:49 PM
While TA would surely help me forecast the next price is gonna be, it isn't that truly vital that it will lead you to such good gains. I have been observing quite some time in the TA provided in Binance but most likely I am looking at the current price first before I tend to do something in my currently on-hold coins. Don't be too much dependent on TA. Those charts won't give you the answer on what you should do nor it is gonna be that too to too much helpful. Make a decision plan like "what if" "if".
244  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What exchange do you use to trade Futures? on: August 14, 2018, 01:14:46 PM
I had used Nexybit out from a campaign just recently. I am planning to deposit some BTC in their site, but maybe I should hold yet on what I currently have right now because my current earning would reach its breakeven when I try to send or deposit due to network fees.
245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Much Does It Really Cost to Launch an ICO? on: August 13, 2018, 05:43:36 PM
*Writing of Whitepaper
*Coding of the Smart Contracts and such
*Promotion known as bounties
*Aesthetics of your ICO (of course it should stand out)

Consider these on how much it might cost on your launch. Consider the people you're gonna be with in your upcoming projects because they might be also pull you down when things go wrong in the promotion of your project.
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: For how long will Crypto exist on: August 13, 2018, 05:36:18 PM
Bitcoin, ETH, NEO or whatever in the blockchains' sake, they won't cease to exist as long "it exists". It isn't just about the bans, lad. Consider also the people contributing into it. Those devs in bounties that many people waste their time satisfying the bounties without even managing to read the WP. As long as these becomes part of the media or as long as people are aware that there is digital money like these, it will continue to exist in an undefined time. No one knows until when.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to spot a Scams on: August 13, 2018, 02:17:48 PM
What's the purpose of this thread in the first place? To promote a project or to hoard on people's opinion on how to really avoid scam? Lock this thread if your purpose is to simply promote your project, this thread will be flooded with repetitive or if not, useless answers.
248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency will survive on: August 13, 2018, 02:12:52 PM
So let me guess, you had just recently listened to the news that pertains speculation of any coins in the market. Some of those speculations were simply subjective and you can't fully trust those. They have their own analysis or understanding or even theories in the negativities that is related to cryptocurrency. This is what makes up FUDs that causes panic. While I am fairly sure that you aren't one of those, there is this feeling that there are still hypocrites that they believe they'll hold but drop it off within a single dip.
249  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which is profitable coin? on: August 13, 2018, 09:28:04 AM
Everyone keeps saying BTC. Although that is quite profitable in the long-term obviously, there are some coins that still prove quite profitable like NEO and NANO. ETH is also good but BTC and this won't give you the maximum of what can satisfy you these days. You would earn few or bits slowly, while if you invested in these coins I had stated you could be bulked up in your investment. Diversify your $ for it though, if you can't make it to the minimum.
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounties on: August 13, 2018, 09:10:04 AM
How long on average it takes for the ICO projects to redistribute the tokens a person who has contributes to their Bounty campaigns?

Personally I got very late always (From 1-2 months), is it suppose to be like that?

You should keep yourself up to date in the telegram channel provided by your bounty manager, so you would be knowledgeable on when is it to be expected to arrive.

If there's gonna be a case that you have been notified that the ICO failed to hit its soft/hard cap, then I suggest for you to move on and forget about it for now. You could be just wasting your time promoting a useless project if you manage to have that kind of experience. However there are some managers that are gonna be compensating the trouble the project made, but it is quite rare.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: GET OUT WHEN YOU CAN!!OR STAY AND CRY! on: August 13, 2018, 09:04:44 AM
What if I told you that I didn't cry after that highlighted December mega bull run? It was a regret not to sell my Bitcoin that time but I still manage to get back to my trades after it. Don't be so just into Bitcoin. It is the leading coin in the crypto market but it doesn't mean that it is gonna be your savepoint or your comfort zone in your investment. There are lot of coins in the market in CMC that you can base off to build your portfolio even more better. I wouldn't be so surprised that some people are gonna be depressed in the losses in their portfolio when they take a single peek into it, like they only see a single red or single green.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Everythings GREEN!!!! Oh... hey wait, it's red again... on: August 13, 2018, 08:57:55 AM
The article is very funnyy and too worring as well. The cryptomarket is not so stable now in accordance to the situation of altcoins. I hope the market will be green asap.
we have to wait for Bitcoin reach the lowest point of 5k$ so that the market returns to green because when it reaches 5k$ bitcoin it will be hodl by the whales

6k is enough for it to dip. No need to get even more worse to 5k just to get to a higher peak.  Smiley
I don't think whales would have the mindset of waiting it even longer. In fact I never saw it yet going back to 5.5 and now what more for 5k, right? There is no reason for it go even more lower because it is to be expected already that people will keep buying around the numbers of 6k to 6.9k. It is like the hard ground now for Bitcoin.
253  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why we will see $50k Bitcoin end of year on: August 13, 2018, 08:48:47 AM
Actually we are heading towards $5K now because of these kind of speculations,so stop predicting the prices and keep concentrating on the longer term goals, maybe one day the price will hit $50K but it is not going to happen in the year 2018.

Would you mind quoting your source from that? Or maybe not the source but your analysis as it is? While Bitcoin has dropped for like 5.9k last month, it doesn't still imply that it will dip that even more. It is like the tough floor for Bitcoin to dip that deep now. While I hadn't trade BTC since last few days ago, the Bitcoin is regaining its climb by at least a hundred USD every few days. Is it a mini-bull run? Who knows?
254  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is your trading style? on: August 11, 2018, 03:37:24 PM
~

While being less technical for me since I trade as a sideliner, I just usually make intervals in checking out the price of Bitcoin or anything that is in my portfolio. It becomes a guilt for me before to check out the price every 5 minutes like I've been refreshing the market page expecting for an increase. It was like a hunger feeling of earning profit but let's admit it that it is a bad practice.
255  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does IQ greatly affect a person's success in trading? on: August 11, 2018, 03:15:05 PM
In trading you need knowledge, strategies, self-control, and experience. Trading can be learned through guides and of course experience.

You need self-control to manage emotions through losses. You can't think of better ways if emotions get in the way. Losing is part of the trading, but what is important is how get back.

How about those who can still manage their emotions, in fact they're all in with their reasons instead of emotion but still manage to get bulks of losses in the market?  Huh Huh(The Reason over Emotion in Philosophy)

Maybe it isn't just the emotion or strategy itself, maybe there could be luck right? I mean the reason why we put up strategy is to reduce the risks and not to fully eliminate it because it is almost to bit into impossibility to eliminate these. There could be luck involved on how you gain profit in here, it is because of the most cliche known word in crypto or Bitcoin itself which is the "instability in price". Even some people believe that whales directly manipulate the market, but I don't fully believe them.
256  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading or mining? on: August 11, 2018, 03:08:20 PM
It's funny that the price of GPU is like being in a ratio of the current price of the leading coins in the cryptocurrency, like it becomes one of the factors to consider by the gamers these days on buying their GPU. I had heard that Nvidia will make a GPU that is specialized for gaming while separating it from crypto mining to allow gamers to buy these GPU without struggling so much in the price.

Well anyway, since trading is basically now buying some coins in the market and holding it for a respective amount of time and you're generating a certain amount of profits overtime. It is an easy way but not totally the most profitable way especially as a side-trader. Mining would be a heavy investment like GPU in my country are getting rare in supply. Gaming or mining, it doesn't matter.  The price and its rarity becomes the barricade for people to invest in their mining rig. Your profit would also depend on how much is your electricity in a monthly basis.
257  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is there a site like ebay that accepts bitcoins? on: August 11, 2018, 02:56:30 PM
While I was looking for some GPU in the online store around the net, I managed to stumble upon a site that narrowly accepts Bitcoin. It is NewEgg. I see that many tech-savvy people tend to recommend this site when it comes to peripherals or any sort of parts that you need in your PC. I don't have any credit card to use so Bitcoin is like my only way to buy something online or COD when site is generous enough to implement that method. The site kinda have restrictions on what you can't buy with Bitcoin though.

Here is the link in case you're curious of it.

258  Economy / Marketplace / Re: can bitcoin in the future surpass gold? on: August 11, 2018, 02:44:07 PM
Although gold is more of a realized through its value, it doesn't have any purpose of comparing it from any cryptocurrency since both of them functions differently. Everyone seems to think that it can surpass gold, while I can believe on that in its value but since you're like generally asking its comparisons/differences/similarities I kinda can't think how these two can be compared in their functions. Like gold for the value and Bitcoin for the digital currency. There is no such direct reason to compare it. I'll give you a short yes for the sake of the question of its value for the future to surpass gold though.
259  Economy / Marketplace / Re: I've made 600k in Crypto - When to call it quits on: August 11, 2018, 02:35:39 PM
I think personally more money can be made but for now it's not advisable to put all your eggs in one basket. Why not invest in real estate or better still get professional advise. Buying houses is not a bad idea but starting your own family and having a secured future is far better now!

Care about the interest risk though as it will have a sort of impact in the bonds from your investments. Although you can just simply invest in other coins for your convenience. You can always have the time to check out the earnings you get through CMC, if it is in the case that the coin you're currently investing is in the top 50 or top 20. Besides inside of your choice of investments in altcoin comes out the choice of exchanges with a high trade volume.
260  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: are you now afraid to save bitcoin until December 2018 on: August 11, 2018, 02:24:53 PM
Stop watching the news. The best time to buy Bitcoin is now while it's dipping.

Plus you should understand that Bitcoin is a forever HODL. It's not an "asset" for investment, but an "asset" for maintaining the value of your wealth by escaping the inflation and devaluation of fiat currencies.

Can't be helped at some people though. They still see it as a pure investment. Mainly pushed by greed that's why the HODL is simply synonymous to "short-term hold" for some traders. They fear of being in the state of panic that the price will be iced in the bearish trend although that is too much of exaggeration at some point.
