521  Economy / Economics / Re: How to cope up with the falling prices? on: June 20, 2018, 02:48:09 PM
Does that red arrow depress you that much? Is coping up even such a word when going into cryptocurrency? I had never invested that much of many coins, like my portfolio is still that narrow but to put up something related to your case. You do not really need to cope up. It is just matter of taking of opportunities when the price are falling. It is a time point of cryptocurrency due to recent exits. Most likely everyone would also exit out due to panic, but the worse depression is there waiting for them as their psychology isn't really in accordance into the behavior of the market. It is unpredictable and they choose to just get out of it because it was down on its knees. Seriously, buy more coins as your ticket to moon or insert any hyperbolic word that describes the possibility of how cryptocurrency price could be in the future.
522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How risky to invest in cryptocurrency? on: June 20, 2018, 02:38:04 PM
There is always gonna be risk in cryptocurrency and no you cannot nullify that in any way. Just like how you invest in stock market with the exception of the decentralization system. It is almost the same as stock market, except that the government enforces a ban sometimes in some country. It is also brings up a lot of opportunity and the show isn't just for Bitcoin. The alt coin from being a general coin brings out various opportunities for investors also.
523  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Encouraging People to Stay on: June 20, 2018, 01:23:20 PM
Accept the fact the people won't stay that much in here. It is either that they're just a side trader in here and not really planning to get into much in-depth system into it. Just like in every part-time jobs outside the internet, you're not really attached to the entity or business. You have the option to quit anytime, unlike a certain full-time worker will pretty much await the contract he/she has with the company before the termination.

That is a balanced advantage and disadvantage towards Bitcoin, everyone has the access into it and everyone has the choice with the exception of the governments having such legalization.
524  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do in this Dip on: June 20, 2018, 12:26:37 PM
Don't sell it out right now, unless the gains you got are that significant. Stay on the coin you hold, wait for the dip and stack up some coins at that time. If you have a residuals from your savings after being shredded by your own personal interests or wants, you can invest that instead in some coins. Don't be hasty though. You don't know if the ride will be worth your time.
525  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The best time to take profit in Trading on: June 20, 2018, 12:20:03 PM
Just look at the percentage of increase you got. Don't just look at the next price it jumped into. The percentage will give you the indicator or the feeling of when you should sell or still hold. Getting that +5% is obviously not yet the button to press sell. If you have been seeing the greens quite a while, you are not getting there yet. Learn or predict the peak it could get this coming weeks. That will be your indicator if it is the time to get off the train or time to ride for the next station yet.
526  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trade Vs HODL on: June 20, 2018, 11:43:25 AM
By just saying "Sell at high, buy at low". This pretty much answers everything. Since this is like a global competition in selling whatever coins you're holding, you can day trade when you know it is a good sell now. Not like everyone has the time to sell in a single day anyway, and they still continue to hodl hoping for a good outcome out of their portfolio. They have the mindset that the market they invested will never dry out.
527  Economy / Speculation / Re: What started this bear trend? on: June 20, 2018, 11:32:05 AM
There is a little manipulation coming from the rich people investing in here because of the obvious reason of buying in large causing the demand to pump. It has a little impact, but because there are also small investments coming from different countries, it becomes into one that it becomes into one huge demand in the market. Everyone manipulates it, but the rich people has quite the little access for its manipulation.

529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Leaving Your Job is The Worst Idea on: June 14, 2018, 05:53:38 PM
I really don't understand some people quitting their jobs for crypto. I understand that it could be sitting and earning idea because most likely they've been a bounty hunters through sign camps. and social media camps. Although I kinda agree that these bounties give a good amount of profit, the sustainability isn't enough for them even if the profits are quite large. These are the reasons I've been stumbling upon why crypto in full-time instead of being full-time employed isn't really a good idea:

1. You're depending your profits in luck. It could either go zero or to riches depending on the legitimacy of the ICOs. You could end up wasting your whole year hunting for scammy bounties in the end.

2. Relating to my first statement, the profit still varies. It might not be zero and you get your profit but do you really call them a profit. Is it really profitable?

3. This is quite different but somehow related. When you mostly earn in the Services section of this forum, the availability of those projects aren't guaranteed always meaning you could be sitting in front of your computer the whole month and you haven't found a single opportunity yet.

Just stick to your job as it is. Put crypto into your side job and as a plus, if you have any useful skills in technology such as making up smart contracts using your programming and coding skills, offering your services might give you a plus aside from just investing, joining sign camps and social media camps, mining.
530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you tell people? on: June 14, 2018, 05:28:54 PM
Don't force people to invest in then. You might turn out to be crazy or lunatic or something that keeps whining out that "Bitcoin can guarantee you a profit, guys". Just let people be if they don't want to interact with this kind of technology. Whatever happens anyway in the future, like when Bitcoin goes big, they might be forced to interact or use it because of how awesome it really is. Consider also the other coins at this stand.
531  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WHY THE SUDDEN FALL IN BITCOIN PRICE? on: June 14, 2018, 05:01:43 PM
I wasn't really that shocked of its price judging that I was being inactive quite a while from crypto trading last few weeks ago, but the thing is I've been used to this 6k dip and I might expect it to drop even more by below that if it will or if there will be more sells soon or panics to those who can't hold their coins. I wouldn't sell too much, but only a bit when I need a petty fund for a while. I've been taking this dips as an opportunity to buy more coins. It is like buying a single lottery tickets that will surely give you fair amount of profit in the long run.
532  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you approve this strategy: sell alts buy btc? on: June 14, 2018, 04:55:18 PM
Yes it isn't recommended buddy. Everyone would just simply exit on it after BTC price gets blown due to the high demand it got from that purchases. Let the other coins grow. They might be the next Bitcoin or whatever. The thing is these growing coins are really profitable in the long run and all you gotta do is find those coins with your own skills or analysis through TA (that was my strategy).
533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to really judge the potential of an ICO on: June 14, 2018, 04:43:19 PM
Bounty hunter or an ICO investor, I wouldn't mind what you're aiming to interact with certain ICOs but definitely it wouldn't be just look into whitepaper and read it in simple manner. You might need to envision the applicability of the ICO's aim in these days modern world. An ICO might be legit but the success is still what matters at hand. Watch out also for a plagiarized whitepapers. You might see it really legit but it was just a copy-pasted WP in the first place. Team structure might also be useful for your knowledge in the legitimacy of the project. Did one of the members, especially the CEO, succeed in a certain company in the past?  The hard and soft cap of the ICO should be legit also and should be realistic not out of this world's reality.
534  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If you want to be successful in trading.. on: June 14, 2018, 04:11:08 PM
Well not like everyone aims like a sniper maniac in the beginning. As soon as they get the 10% out of their portfolio, they would pretty much start daytrading that time. Let's put it in a context that sniper doesn't really aim straightly to get into the target opportunity, that bullet looks like it will miss but due to the bad flow of the market, it hits at that spot where it is suppose to be -- it is blindly predicting the market from its behavior.
535  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does IQ greatly affect a person's success in trading? on: June 14, 2018, 04:00:08 PM
IQ can greatly reduce the risk of getting losses in trading but pretty much the flow of the goods coming in from our trades comes out from luck especially when we're talking about cryptocurrency price behavior in a book. It isn't a excuse to not get any knowledge and just simply jump into trading blindly. You're staying in your comfort zone at that manner and you're losing opportunities at that state.
536  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Technical analysis bullshit? on: June 14, 2018, 03:36:12 PM
It won't be there if it was useless. Trading exchanges devs wouldn't be so proud to put that bar graph up there if it wasn't mean for anything. It was made not for future prediction, that's why it will always be guaranteed to fail your expectations. They were made, in my opinion, for investors to look at its past history on how the coin grew throughout hitting the market. It wasn't made to be the future teller of what the price might be in x weeks.
537  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Bitcoin global regulation on: June 14, 2018, 02:23:44 PM
In today's situation, nobody will regulate it, becouse all cryptocurrency market is going down. Our government really dont care when people loosing their money.

Not really. Regulations from the heard speculations in the news are still happening. It might not be because of the price hike that traders or people of a country will take advantage at but how anonymous it is away from the government could still make the regulations on the run.
538  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Do you need site to sell your goods and services for bitcoins? on: June 14, 2018, 01:35:37 PM
Well if you don't have that much of a capital to start up for your own website and hosting it, this forum could be your starting point to sell some but getting the trust to trade with someone might be require you to work hard for it though, but practically no, you don't need such site to sell the services/goods you offer although that could be a contributing factor to get some awareness for Bitcoin.
539  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin at 20 000$ tomorrow? on: June 14, 2018, 12:01:12 PM
Good historic reference, dude. But having someone to pose a whale like that is like waiting a single drop of water in hell (at least not waiting for the hell to freeze tho). Even if I was quadrillionaire, I wouldn't think of investing that much in Bitcoin or I might not even entertain its existence. I might get focused up in investing in stock markets instead, or I could invest in crypto if I was such a tech-savvy but that is a situational thing to assume.
540  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Disable person on: June 14, 2018, 11:55:00 AM
What is this? *insert type of person* needs to get into Bitcoin. Poor? Disabled? Crappy community? Low-lying people? Everyone should get into Bitcoin. Nobody exclusively needs to be into Bitcoin. Even if I was completely blind, I would just go into school that teaches those and I might be able to cope up into Bitcoin when I decided to do it.

Choose Bitcoin over government assistance? Why not both? As I had pointed out, you could be disabled in anyway and get a proper assistance from the government and still get into Bitcoin. It is a win-win right? There is absolutely nothing that is gonna restrict you to trade in cryptocurrency except if it was banned, of course but judging the context of your topic, I can't see that situation.
