741  Economy / Marketplace / Re: issues on the internet on: March 22, 2018, 03:03:56 PM
The bad thing is other people will just react into bad things or bad news from FUDs and other news that tries to ruin the image of cryptocurrency. Somehow it motivates me to here that government are now putting into action on supporting Bitcoin by making local trading sites. Especially the G20 meeting where it just recently stated that there will be regulation this coming into July.  These are global banks, were talking about not just a local bank in a country, due to this there will be reduction in fear of investment in cryptos right now.
742  Economy / Economics / Re: It is not yet over as bitcoin heading toward $4,500! on: March 22, 2018, 02:17:23 PM
We can go back again in this thread once the price plummets again, like it will always happen anyway. The price is being tight in almost 9k right now. Bitcoin could drop or rise to any value regardless of how many investors will be there. Drop to 3k, 4k or even 1k, but I'm gonna tell you that if it even impossibly went to zero, it will still retain its value in someway. It will sustain. It will go deep red in the market but it will be lit green again.
743  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Friendly countries on: March 22, 2018, 02:12:30 PM
Philippines. Like the banks here such as PNB starts to look into Bitcoin instead of directly hating it. The government in here are not that against in Bitcoin but they wanted to warn us to be careful in investing in here as the price is normally volatile which is not quite an issue anymore for me as I was already investing in Bitcoin for so long that I got used to its instability.

The Philippines are now open for cryptocurrencies. Some banks are accepting transactions with it. Like Cebuana Lhuillier. Most of my friends encash their tokens with this bank. You may use btc also to purchase something on internet, buy load, pay your bills, etc. But you must convert it first to peso (which is the currency the Philippines use) to consume it.

Add this guy's point, like it even allow us to use it for different obligatory expenses and all the cellular networks are allowed to be reloaded in the credit with even a percent of rebate (Coins.ph). It is not that popular yet but it is now being supported by the government.
744  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what advice? on: March 22, 2018, 01:59:38 PM
Just learn how the market behaves lately. Do you need to sell at high right now, as it is really in demand now or is it time to raise your capital yet before going to the real business? Like it is both opportunity and threat that you will be taking as you start your trading. You're gonna loss in your start and I guarantee it unless you have that good background before you get inside the trading. Use a trusted exchange site that doesn't have a severe issues due to hacks recently, but still be careful of putting your money into the exchange site as you're still not fully protected into it.
745  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You can now look for houses priced in Cryptocurrency on: March 22, 2018, 11:54:29 AM
It's good to see that it is being slowly used to buy common assets now, like land is a really large asset and it appreciates in its value. People that are really large in cryptocurrency might be able to purchase their own home now. Imagine if a teenager works hard in his/her trading in the cryptocurrency. Can he/she be successful in buying his/her own house with just his own side-line? Now that the use of Bitcoin has spread out already from foods to large assets, we're definitely gonna get to that point of getting its purpose as a currency.
746  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Crypto end? on: March 22, 2018, 10:05:36 AM
Like this is the worst thing to happen for us investors and traders, but no it won't end unless global ban was made but that is so unlikely to happen. It isn't the devolution of the technological advancement when it happened but crypto ending is like removing the potential of making the finance system we have right now to be more convenient and fast in transactions. You asked a lot of questions, there OP but if you're all in pointing out in your question if crypto will end then this is it.  Asking that crypto will be down even more? Yes it will. Not because of its instability but rather the fact that sellers will decide to cash out their coins out for their real profit and that causes the supply to increase rather than the demand and seasons are to be considered on this one and it is a passive phenomenon.
747  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Philippines is starting to accept bitcoin. on: March 22, 2018, 09:58:14 AM
Let's hope that our local establishments adopt Bitcoin to be part of their payment method when it stabilizes. If it is now being accepted or being supported by the government, let's see if local trading establishments will be made soon to further make our trades convenient and that new investors will look into it and buy a lot in the cryptocurrency.
748  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin on tv series on: March 21, 2018, 11:47:33 PM
Apparently, there's already a TV series that involves BTC and the title of that series is Mr. Robot. It is always mentioned in their dialogue and honestly, they are not providing false information about it. The series itself somehow depicts what is really happening in our society right now. At least, that's what I get from it.

It is, somehow, a kind of advertisement for our beloved coin because Mr. Robot is a very successful and famous series across the globe. Some of the people that I know first heard that term from that show and some of them liked it right away. People have their own views regarding different shows and that's also applicable in the scenario of BTC. Some may like it being included in several series but some may not.

Oh that is cool. But it is quite funny that it is getting into the ears of the viewers without even knowing that BTC is a real thing. I had read in some posts in reddit that a episode from that series mentioned how Bitcoin could destroy banks and other currency financing system. I think people will be curious of that when they heard it in the tv, but most likely they will just be looking at it as part of the act and they might not take it seriously enough.
Somehow, in the real things Bitcoin is getting reported in local news like in CNN on how the price is going so far so I think that even media doesn't fully give attention to Bitcoin it can still give curiosity to listeners in the news.
749  Economy / Economics / Re: Where you see a Crash, I see a Fire Sale! on: March 21, 2018, 05:36:45 PM
Lol opportunity you mean? Like when crashes happen, I can't even comprehend the word "crash". Does it even sound like a word "crash"? Or it is a word that opens a door for more investors to buy coins. Not just for us, but also to external people outside the cryptocurrency that are looking forward to buy coins with their own small capital for start-up or initial investment. Seriously these panickers that will later regret their decision about the dumping all of their coins will surely learn now the hard way that it is not always win-win in their trades and investment in the cryptocurrency and there will always be time to hold and let other people gain the opportunity also to get into cryptocurrency.
750  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying USDT during crypto dips.your thoughts. on: March 21, 2018, 05:13:01 PM
Using Tether in dips could be your bit of a shelter for your profit since it doesn't fluctuate or it isn't really unstable makes it quite good to store your digital coins without losing the value. However the thing that it still has its own movement in equal with the real dollar makes it a bit quite need of thinking before you convert your profits into USDT. It is a good profit wallet as of now if you don't really want to withdraw it all out causing it to sell instead of conversion to  fiat.
751  Economy / Economics / Re: As long as you convert your crypto to fiat, we will never go mass adoption on: March 21, 2018, 04:50:49 PM
People! please don't look at crypto as an ez money maker, and please don't convert to fiat, I would suggest to USE it rather than spend it.
The next time you pay for something, always encourage them to accept crypto. -snip-

This could be difficult to everybody especially to those who have a high trust issues in investments. When you tell them that it is a currency, they will always ask about the value its have when converted to whatever currency your country is. You will most likely mention about the property of volatility it has and that could make them disagree to invest in it. However on the other hand, there are some sites that accept crypto as a payment method so we got that as a start up for potential mass adoption. Surprisingly, the attention in Bitcoin in different countries has its own local bank to accept purchases in Bitcoin like Philippines so there's that for another potential mass adoption. Generally, we don't need to force people to accept these crypto currency to be part of their assets and let's just be a bit passive on that and be more active on what we're doing here and believe me that media will now give it more attention when crypto goes large in the market.
752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Panic sellers, please head for the exit (and don't come back) on: March 21, 2018, 04:17:44 PM
Do not encourage them to stay away, maybe they just panic, do not have too much experience investing in crypto, we better give a lot of understanding, to them through post in this forum, so that they better understand and know how to deal with market situation like this.

They may be panicking of course because they're new but the thing is they should've known first what are the risks in the market like these, just like in our traditional investing strategy that we're digging deep in the entity that we're trying to invest in. If that panicking and regret happens to them, let's hope it serves as a lesson for them to not be a greed one in their investments in here.
753  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Try to recover loss on: March 21, 2018, 03:48:26 PM
What is loss is loss but you can somehow get it back by buying it again or just simply be patient to the price pumps that is always gonna happen, I tell you. There is no need to rush it. In recovering your loss, you should be aggressive in your trading, not in the greedy way though as it won't guarantee you to win the market while also recovering your losses. Just keep doing your working strategy except for selling in crashes or plunges, but try to be more active into the market in trades and observing the price hike.
754  Economy / Economics / Re: People are extremely biased towards bitcoin. on: March 21, 2018, 02:34:47 PM
Most people here and reddit will defend bitcoin no matter what instead of looking at the problems. Every time someone comments something about the speed or transaction fees they will just yell ''FUD'' or ''Another attack on bitcoin'' but it's not always that. I have been a strong supporter of bitcoin myself but we have to face it, it's not in a good position right now, sure the price is great but what else? Insane fees that are not getting solved any time soon? I know the demand is high but the ones that are buying are just buying to sell eventually not to support bitcoin, not to use it. The demand will eventually fade away and what do we have left? An outdated bitcoin that won't be able to compete with better coins.

Forks and innovations in the network are happening to resolve all these insane fees that becomes a problem to transfers of funds in different addresses in the blockchain. Mentioning about the "selling of Bitcoin that doesn't support Bitcoin because it isn't how to be used" is the thing of how things work as of now. Not that many businesses use Bitcoin to circulate their money around the economy due to its property of becoming a volatile asset which can be found hard to trust for profits. If Bitcoin somehow becomes stable in price OR it becomes "stable" to be a currency then the use of it will expand. Selling Bitcoin won't be a the major factor that covers the purpose of the Bitcoin if this happens.
755  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What I Should Know Before i Start Trading Cryptocurrency on: March 21, 2018, 10:32:13 AM
Know to lose. This is a gambling your time and money in the world's game. That is the general word for it but mostly what you should specifically know is that price and the demand are in ratio especially in the days of the dumps where large investors are expected to hoard on their coins as they pump the price up. Take advantage of these things or phenomena to sell a lot of coins with the right value as the tables might turn at this case at some time.

757  Economy / Economics / Re: positive effect of ban from facebook and google on: March 21, 2018, 12:00:45 AM
The move from these teo trusted sites is to protect those that are new to cryptoworld that are vulnerable to online scams using crypto to get money from innocent people. This is actually good for everyone. Not all people see the goodness in this act by facebook and google. If this gets implemented, people will only buy bitcoin in legit sellers and websites which means many people will now trust that they will not be scammed. The only reason why some people didnt invest earlier was because of fear of being scammed. If google and facebook will remove this vulnerablility then this will enhance the value of cryptocurrency and might bring the price back up.

Being a ban in facebook and google about cryptocurrency, for me is have a big positive  impact in the world of cryptocurrency because for me in this implementation would affect those fake ICO or phishing site to not penetrate or  done there own evil ways to deceptive or scamming the  asset of those who make  a right  bussiness in this community or the legit ICO,and also to protect the image of this  bitcoin  community forum,to still clean  from all negative thoughts and spamming.

This was what I was pointing out not that far of a time ago. Image of Bitcoin gets ruined because of all these shitty ICOs that doesn't even reach anything in their innovations or creation of new coins that could have provided convenience to a lot of people but instead it was all just for go-go money or simply ponzi. I am not gonna invest in any advertisements of coins in Facebook, I tell you. Facebook is really a large social networking site. It is a large space for advertising but that large space could be also flooded by large scams. A closed community like this forum is already enough to advertise different coins. How about the external factors like the people who doesn't know every single definition about cryptocurrency? Referrals, introduction or conduction of study could work. People are curious of the new but it doesn't mean that they will already be interested, but with this system and network that Bitcoin have, I think that people will be really curious of it.
758  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the risk necessary to make a big profit? on: March 20, 2018, 11:52:52 PM
In trading, risks are always there. Don't expect to gain large in the market when you don't know the risks. But it doesn't mean that when you make a risks then it is an all risks. You should have your guidelines to take off these risks. But how can you accomplish reducing those risks Huh ? Make a plan. Not just one plan but at least 3 plans to backup the risks you're taking at.
759  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think HODL is bad for your health? on: March 20, 2018, 02:47:42 PM
Especially to some large and greedy traders in the market, mentioning the word worry that gets formed into a word stress becomes bad for their health. The tempting action to sell more in a price drop of Bitcoin makes these traders to sleep less and try to sell a lot while observing the movement of the price. In plain hodling of coins, panic ,which is the trait I really hate in the market, becomes the factor for psychological problems in cryptocurrency.
760  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook shares fall -5% after banning Bitcoin on: March 19, 2018, 03:52:28 PM
Because many of the ICO project ICO ads on facebook., so if banned the ICO advertising, the company's revenue ability will be greatly reduced, and the early facebook plans to take on blockchain message may boost the facebook value increases to a certain extent.

But also apart from that, crypto went really deep red after that followed by the Google ban. I don't think this loss for Facebook won't be that much major for them. The idea that Facebook, when it comes to marketing, has the large space for new and different people to market their products, not just cryptocurrency. I don't think that Facebook will even revert their decision on the banning of it, unless cryptocurrencies went into more adoption. When they revert their actions from and I am still doubting that it could majorly raise their shares in the market that much since Facebook aren't really the one that you could rely on major marketing strategy due to its massive space for marketers. However, benefits will still go to Facebook no matter what.
