Your coin is using Binance Smart Chain. I don’t understand why buy equipment that will mine a coin that uses blockchain on a POS algorithm? Mining must be available on all devices, otherwise it is more like staking or scam.
Hey there. There is no precise and/or legal definition of what ''mining'' actually means. Even worse for the term ''crypto mining''. Or is it? Its just some software linked to a piece of hardware. You dont have to travel too far.... If you go to the industry that does for example the mining of gold, or any other minerals, this has abosolutely nothing to do with the term of mining crypto. My point is... Bitcoin Mining and Ethereum mining for example, they not only are different algos, even the coins are also very different from each other. One is limited to 21mio and the other one seems to have no limit at all. Whats the point of mining a crypto that has no ''limit''? I think it can be a miner that does something like POS ''mining''. = LOW CONSUMPTION On the other hand, doesnt it seem to be a total waste of electricity to mine bitcoin? dont care about the value of bitcoin and the hype related to it. Because in the end it depends on what the ''manipulated'' market gives you for that coin you have just mined. |

When it comes to miners there is something like a ''feel'' when it comes to the equipment. But look at thoose folks (customers) at AMD an NVIDIA buying thousands of GPUS... and when its not profiteable, flooding the market with sales any more loosing money like crazy. You have those dudes that say ''yeah well at least i have like a hundred GPUS''. What you gonna do with them? Watch some 8K POV PORN?  You only need one video card .... right? or lets take a look at those BITCOIN miners the same... BITMAIN, making crazy claims and then screwing up. Not even a PC... In the end, its anybody's fault if you win or loose in this game. No T&C, No about, No legal. agreed. ...i read work in progress. |

That's a of money, atleast for me. For such kind of asking price I would recommend to make a more financial sound overview and documents that a potential buyer can look at directly. 15 BTC payout in 4 years seems nice, especially when the bitcoin price is rising again. The problem here is how predictable are these payouts and in one intervals are they occurring? For a valuation to come up at 2m USD there needs to be analysis. For example, what are best and worst case scenarios, how likely are monthly or quarterly payouts to occur? Is it safe to assume 3.75 btc will be paid every year? Are other stake holder also selling? Etc. Hey Mauser, We are 12 people that have the total stake. Its not equal, some angel investors have a larger part, some smaller. For now ive managed to be able to convince 23% of the total, to be able to sell in case somebody that wants a larger part appears. As for now the payouts or lets say -as in stock terms, its dividends- are sometimes even daily on some coins. Of course we had some good reinvestment phases, just needed a lot of money to be able to perform changes and keep ahead of the game. Competition is tough. Its all about the demand. The service is very good, now considering even a war scene were centralized exchanges are asking for KYC and so on. We have even a swap platform that doesnt require this. |

Usually when a big shareholder wants to sell his whole stake in a company that raises a few red flags. Why wouldn't you wanna just sell 5% for example (so half of your stake) if you believe that this project will be successfull in the future.
As @Lucius already mentioned, the risk/reward ratio is too high for most people. Might aswell stake some usdc for 12% or some bitcoin and have a "safer" return

15 BTC is roughly less than $600 000 at the current price, unless you got some token/altcoin that brought you a significant profit - but it's probably not worth mentioning. If we take into account that all that profit was made from 2018 until today, then we come to the fact that you earned about 3-4 BTC a year, and now you are asking for 50+ BTC ($2 million) for your share in that company. Even if the annual earnings are 10 BTC, 5 years is a little too much to risk, especially when it comes to a company that few have heard of on this forum. Hey lucius, what you think an acceptable value would be? Im selling only my stake ... i know its only 10%. buut dividends are good. And it could become better if crypto starts getting used much more.
