Getting an old inactive account to wake up will surely result in a ban from the airdrop. Dev team is correctly tough in every possible way of cheating. Just a heads up... I mean, it was my own account. It's not just some random account I found. Either way, I'm probably not going to get access back to it anyway, which is why I'm on this account now.

A few things stick out to me:
- Functionality. Does the project serve a purpose that hasn't already been filled by some other coin? Usually coins that do something different other than just copy/pasta another coin will be more successful.
- Team members. Are they active on the forums and quick to assist members? Do they share their own social media links? No social links means it could be a potential scam and they're just trying to stay anonymous.
- Product roadmap. Do they have plans for the future or are they just winging it? You never want to invest in something that doesn't have a clear plan for future development and additional features/upkeep.
- Market implementation. Do team members of the coin/ico have agreements in place to be listed on popular exchanges (This one is big)? Good marketing strategy is important. Are they able to get their point across even to users with no previous crypto experience? Do the have plans for multiple language translations (Really important for expanding mass market potential)

Just got in on DeepOnion, excited to see where this coin goes!
hello friend. i suggest you go and register in our official forum - deeponion.org. there you'll be exposed to more topics arranged categorically. it would be easier to catch up by reading the forum in ways you want. since you're registered in bitcointalk sept 17 2017, you can't join airdrop anymore. but you can participate in bounties which are posted in official forum. also, you can find latest news and development there. goodluck! That's quite unfortunate cause I actually own an account that's 5 years old ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2184270.0), but haven't been able to regain control of it yet...and the admins don't seem to want to help.

Deep Onion runs on TOR network which is different from bitcoin, which runs on open web protocol. User's IP's addresses aren't exposed through the network, thus making it much more secure for end users.

Looks like they're out of stock at the moment. Might have to wait till the next batch.

Follow the instructions here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0However, I can unlock the account if you can prove it's yours. It is not banned, it's set to inactive. If nobody replied to your e-mail you can try to contact Cryus and/or Theymos through a private message.
I'm not sure emails to that address are ever responded to. The only listed address on that profile is for CatCoins, and I lost that address when crypsty got hacked. Are you able to send an email to the account's email for me to prove it?

Hey, I've recently gotten back into cryptocurrencies which sparked my interest to come back to this forum. However, to my surprise, my old account was banned for no reason, which I would really like to get back. Here's the response I get back when trying to login on my old account: I emailed the the address mentioned in the screen cap, but I haven't gotten a response yet in a full week. Link to my old account profile: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=169708Any help towards getting my account back would be greatly appreciated.

I think they raised way too much for the product they have. I think this will go below the ICO prices once they list on exchanges. I was seriously considering investing in it, but decided against it after seeing this ad - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxfSwTSAk8o. The guy in the video is the CEO. Decide for yourself! He's just trying to keep the video exciting, would you rather have someone sit in a blank room and talk about the drab technical aspects for 3 minutes? That certainly wouldn't get non-technical people interested. KICKICO has real world applications, unlike a lot of other ICOs happening right now.

Looking forward to seeing KICK on the markets, congrats everyone on the ICO!

There seems to be an overflow of ICOs recently saturating the market. Most of them don't have a real purpose, or do anything unique, just another pointless dupe coin/token.
EnjinCoin and KICKICO seem to serve a real world purpose though and have great potential.
