181  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin for future on: February 02, 2019, 08:37:22 PM
If I'm more interested in holding (indefinite time) than day trading, which altcoin should I invest in? Are there any one more indicated for holding, in your opinion?
If we take into account the fact that the prices for all coins are now quite low, it would be ideal to invest in several projects at once. Personally, I single out such projects as Ethereum, Ripple, Monero, EOS. I believe that they should be profitable in the future.
But what if all these projects do not grow in the future? You should know that some discussion on this forum indicates that most of the Altcoin exaggerated in price. Many Altcoin has no value, and its price is just a virtual price promoted by exchange bots.
182  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC should be for big whales on: February 02, 2019, 08:30:36 PM
KYC should be a mandatory action for everyone. Because if you may not need to complete KYC because it is a low expense, whales can also use multiple accounts with small transactions to avoid KYC. So I think KYC must be for everyone if you are the right person, why should you be afraid of implementing KYC?
183  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ALL Initial Coin Offerings are Trash on: February 01, 2019, 03:18:05 PM
Most advantages will promote according to each stage of the project. All bonuses help them attract angel investors, why do you invest early on others and have equal benefits? Do you have questions about this and do you want to get more benefits than other investors?
184  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am I cursed? on: February 01, 2019, 03:12:56 PM
I don't know if I am cursed or something. If I sell a coin now from airdrop/bounty few days later that coins increases much that you will regret selling. If I hold a coin from airdrop/bounty again that coins price decreases much that you will regret not selling right away. I'm confused now whenever I sell the price increases and when I hold the price decreases. Am I cursed?  Cry
I think I being curse like you. Any ICO project I participated in most failed or scam. I have selected projects that have attracted a lot of investment, but after listing on the exchanges, everything has become worse than my expectations. Should I give up this so that ICO projects can develop?  Cry Cry Cry
185  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How often do you check CoinMarketCap website? on: February 01, 2019, 03:06:19 PM
For me it has been nearly everyday once for years now.  Grin
I have a frequency of checking the Altcoin that I hold on CMC many times every day. Every time I have a free time I check them on CMC, the first thing I do after opening my laptop is access to Coinmarketcap.
186  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Online currency exchange idea on: January 27, 2019, 04:25:43 PM
Hi,

I can make a bitcoin currency exchange today, the idea was BTC to bank card.... but it's not as simple as it look's because of AML regulations...
From my personal perspective it's easy to buy bitcoins but it's hard to put it back into a card or cash due to the crazy fees.. security etc...

I am a small time player in the exchange game but i can put the fees lower than ALL exchanges... with less hassle, a simple 2 step plan that any person with no experience in bitcoin can follow...that's basically my edge...

However at the same time i want to go through this legally starting an exchange is not as simple as it looks

Any advice would be incredibly helpful
These exchanges are usually done through a reputable intermediary website like Remitano in Southeast Asia. But sometimes you will encounter some problems with liquidity because a large number of transactions in a short time will cause everything to become obstructed.

188  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you making money in this bear market? on: January 22, 2019, 03:16:50 PM
Most of us that come into cryptocurrencies trading have this in mind that when bitcoin is in bearish trend we are loosing money and that is why we are seeing thread of loses in this bearish market.  Few know that you can trade usd/bitcoin and make money in this bearish trend all you just need to do is change your analysis from what you are used to to what is happening now and you will make money.
The market fell but opened up opportunities for investors to seize opportunities. I always hold USDT and wait for the market to drop by 5% - 7% I will start buying Bitcoin because I know this is the Bitcoin limit achieved. Just wait for it to grow again and sell it you will earn a profit with the bear market.
189  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bear markets survival on: January 22, 2019, 03:10:52 PM
How are you guys Surviving in this Bear markets

If you are still trading , what are the strategies you are using.

How are you guys managing risks .
No one knows when the bear market will take place and end. I always play a dangerous game by selling all my Altcoins as soon as the market starts to turn red and buy them back at lower prices. But this is a lot of risks because if it is only a temporary decline, you have made a stupid decision.
190  Economy / Economics / Re: LESSONS FROM CRYPTO MARKET on: January 22, 2019, 02:40:22 PM
After a year, a lot of lessons that we did learn. There are 2 precious things that I think I should remember:

+ Fear
+ Greed

I learned that from my teacher, he said when you buy Bitcoin at 10k, it's then $12k your greed rises inside you and you don't want to take profit and expect more. Then, the downtrend is coming, BTC goes down to $8k, you'll be scared to cut loss, and what'll happen, you lose more while BTC drops to $4k.

So, we need to set up your expected profit point as well as the stoploss point.

How about you, what is your lesson?
I did not learn anything about this market. I learned that the market will decrease and will rise again after the downward cycle ends. Some people easily control the market, small fish like me is just a dish in this Cryptocurrency market.
191  Economy / Economics / Re: What kind of a crypto business without an ICO on: January 22, 2019, 02:34:24 PM
Many types of coin development do not need ICO. As the NANO has developed thanks to the airdrop form for the participants and they let people decide the price for it while looking for the traders. You see there are still many other examples showing that ICO is not the only development model.
192  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is Adopted what happen to ilerate population(stone age people) on: January 19, 2019, 05:13:52 PM
If that passed, there would be many people who start spending on Bitcoin and will try to own it. Those who already own Bitcoin will start laughing loudly because Bitcoin is high and they will earn a considerable profit. But there will be many people who lose their opportunities to become more prosperous.
193  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What has changed? Is it moving forward? on: January 19, 2019, 05:06:21 PM
Hi All,

I have been in cryptocurrency since 2014 but last 3 years I took a break from it. I had high hopes how it can change the financial world.

I would like to get back into it but first I would like to find out what is cryptocurrency today.

Is it just a trading commodity, long term investment or is it (very very very) slowly replacing fiat. I know there are many companies and small shops that accept cryptocurrency but is that it? Is the problem still about the speed of a transaction

Please help me catch up a little Smiley

Currently, it is not a commodity, and it is almost like a kind of stock received when you invest in ICOs projects. Special coins you get can exchange on exchange platforms. It is almost like the current stock but it can be anonymous, and this is the reason for attracting many financial investors.
194  Economy / Speculation / Re: This Isn't Manipulation on: January 19, 2019, 04:51:46 PM
Do you think there is enough awareness for Bitcoin and other leading cryptocurrencies. I really do not care much about all the others but Bitcoin must be supported for global adoption. Those of us that have benefited from the coin will have much more to gain in terms of value. Global commerce will gain in terms of reduced restrictions.

But the coin community isn't really doing enough save sitting around and waiting for centralized authorities to determine the trend. The reality is that governments map out policies that favor their fiat, so should the community.

I have started seeing the coin community as the custodian of Bitcoin and its success. I think we should take the bull by the horn and effectively market the coin like a business. This post for instance shows how ICOs can market their tokens like real business entities. By extention, Bitcoin enthusiasts should find ways to promote the coin for massive adoption. Fiat is business to governments. Bitcoin should be business to us.

You should be aware that wealthy people easily manipulate Bitcoin. If everyone likes to use Bitcoin and it becomes a global payment solution and who owns Bitcoin in large numbers will become a powerhouse of person? Be aware of this because it significantly affects us.
195  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance freezes stolen Cryptopia funds on: January 17, 2019, 03:16:11 PM
Cryptopia hacker moves stolen crypto to Binance; Community alerts Changpeng Zhao (Binance CEO) and Funds Are Frozen.

"Just checked, we were able to freeze some of the funds. I don’t understand why the hackers keep sending to Binance. Social media will be pretty fast to report it, and we will freeze it. It’s a high risk maneuver for them."
— CZ Binance (@cz_binance) January 16, 2019

I realized that stealing Crypto from the exchanges was becoming more and more difficult when the floors were all linked, based on the hash of the transactions, they could freeze them not to put on the exchange floor. , it is like a restriction. Also what's going on like a particular scenario is about to happen.
196  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance CEO saying don't keep coins on exchanges on: January 17, 2019, 03:09:19 PM
https://cryptomenow.com/controversial-tweet-draws-fire-ceo-of-binance/

After some recent high profile hacks happening, Changpeng Zhao shares tips on keeping safe, mostly coming from a place of holding personal responsibility.  But some say this is nonsense.
This is good advice when most brokers have to block a lot of hacker attacks every day. Also, user coin storage on devices such as tezos or Nano S ladger also helps to limit many risks. But also, the fact that you store on other platforms will support the exchanges to earn the fee from the withdrawal. This can be called one of the trading strategies.
197  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lots of doubt on on: January 17, 2019, 02:54:40 PM
I see more and more people are starting to doubt Bitcoin because the price doesn't go up in this new year. Honestly, I am always optimistic and continue to wait for the increase even I know that the price increase cannot be timed. So what and what should I do now?
Everyone is concerned about Bitcoin's current price, and people say Bitcoin is no longer a good choice because it is standing in this position for the past a year. Why do people look at its current price? Why don't you think about the amount it achieved in previous years? And you should note that Bitcoin has a very high rate compared to the return of 2016.

199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Our future with Crypto on: January 08, 2019, 06:54:01 PM
We can all agree that having grown up with the current banking system of tangible money is familiar and comfortable. However, today rate and people are losing faith in a system that bails out the rich and leaves the the world is changing at a rapid poor to fend for themselves. People are starting to take back their power and are wanting more control over their own money - it’s time to shift your reality to the 21st Century. Can you believe that we are still living in a world where bank transactions don’t go through because it is a weekend or public holiday, what is up with that? We have the choice to move to a peer to peer (P2P) platform that can make instant transfers any day of the week.
The Cryptocurrency monetary system will not be able to change this reality. You can see that the wealthy people always approach Crypto very soon and they make a lot of profits. The poor reach Crypto later and most of them suffer from investment losses. Everything really will not change and everything will continue.
200  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is this the right time to explain about bitcoin to others..? on: January 08, 2019, 06:49:22 PM
now the market value is dull and the price of bitcoin is also low and is at loss ...so iam asking that if i explain now about the bitcoin they may think as a scam...
I find that the current time is not really appropriate to talk about Bitcoin with others. People are always attracted to the value of anything and we need to wait until Bitcoin reaches a higher price.
