42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ARE ICOS STILL LEGIT? on: July 13, 2020, 08:30:27 PM
We heard the news of IEO to be in place of ICO in order to curb the high rate of failure and scams in the development of altcoins projects in this year 2019. My surprise is that I still see series of projects claiming to be in ICOs. Doesn't that make them scam as we have seen in the same scenarios in the past?

If it is, I wonder why people still invest whether their time or monies in such projects which have high risk of loss or being scammed.

At present what we are building on the mindset is that the ICO project is identical to fraud, but actually the scam project depends on the team, not on the ICO or IEO. So why do ICO projects still have people who want to invest? Because the team is trusted.
So if a legit team doing the ICO for their project, ICO in this case is good, right? So I can warp it up that ICO at the end, is just a tool. We can't really blame it for scam projects that actively using any tool they can to scam people.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DO NOT TRUST TO TETHER on: July 13, 2020, 08:25:41 PM
Tether itself can freeze anyone's money even if you are holding them on your own wallet which have private keys that is what centralized coins are created for.So its a trading material not a holding asset so everyone who is holding huge amount of tether always having the risk of losing their coins or its value for different reasons.
True, the recent news about the account holding stablecoin like Telther can be frozen easily really make it become more unreliable in the eye of traders and holders. Sure, we can use it as a trading asset and nothing else but knowing how it could be like that really worrisome.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't get moved by fake good news on: July 13, 2020, 10:13:28 AM
I've been seeing a lot of these posts from social media. Think of it if you are earning pretty well why would you bother sharing it and take advantage of it instead. There are a lot of people in crypto who would trick you and no one will help you earn aside from your self. Learn and don't be fooled by different investment schemes. No easy money is earned in investment and no investment will let you gain your ROI in a short span of time.
These posts mostly come from shills or bots. They can have Mr. or Mrs. and hundreds of accounts like that to push a certain agenda, shill scheme,... No ones would share their bowl of food or a good way to earn money without any condition.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Managers and Shit projects on: July 06, 2020, 01:40:30 PM
But that will make it harder for the bounty hunter to join in the bounty campaign since a lot of them will be cut. I know you want to remove garbage bounty to save time for bounty hutters. But I think bounty hutters should know better, don't join in any project you want without any research.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shitcoins unite! on: July 06, 2020, 01:33:01 PM
Your vision would work on new projects, not for old projects or coin that already in use even with some old blockchain technology. The process to swap to a new chain is very troublesome so old project or coin should try to improve thier coin on a different way.

You should know better as don't hodl unknow, unpopular crypto that long and should have sold even for a loss back then. Please don't blame the strategy of hodl long term because of your fault.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto giveaway scams and how to spot them on: June 13, 2020, 12:49:38 PM
Most the scams in your post are impersonation scam which I think very easy to spot out. Only fools would fall for that cheap trick but then there are the smarts and the fools in our world.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How would you view an ICO project if it was launched by an accredited lawyer? on: June 12, 2020, 06:01:24 AM
How 'accredited lawyer' he is will be the main point to convince investors to invest in that ICO. He can be an accredited lawyer but if he doesn't know about crypto or just know little of it then he won't able to convince investors.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What are TOP small-medium exchanges to list a token for a new, great project? on: June 12, 2020, 05:49:36 AM
That is the kind of list I want to know too. Not many traders operate in every exchange to have the perfect insight about it. Traders stick with the exchange they liked and rarely switch unless there something forces them. I think you should decide which exchange is the best base on your own criteria and experience. Remember that a good project would be list on any exchange and still be fine.
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alert 🚨 on: June 11, 2020, 04:04:02 PM
I already got rekt back in 2018 so take from my experience, most chart analyst is just bull crap. The altcoins price drop right now aint at the level that could trigger fomo, me thinking. Most drops are within 2-3% of 24h so I expect there will be more. That's where the fomo kick in so stay safe out there.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 8 reasons to start playing blockchain games on: June 11, 2020, 03:53:57 PM
Your 8 reason cant beat my 1 biggest reason for not playing blockchain: time is precious. I rather playing vidya games and have real fun instead of chasing the illusion of blockchain games. It gives nothing back: money no, fun no and still waste my precious where I could flip burgers and making a minimum wage at least. I hope you and everyone still think they could earn from blockchain games wake up.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Check our our new SUMO ANDROID WALLET and have a chance to get a tip :) on: June 10, 2020, 03:14:23 PM
Lol, I'm better off with the official wallet, I've learn enough lessons from unofficial wallets, I was an early miner of sumokoin, Leviar and electroneum, sold some still got some, I tend not to bother with my holdings right now, I'm using paper wallet actually, I planned to hold for more years

Let's make this big, so you read it: THIS IS AN OFFICIAL WALLET

Don't use it to store your main funds, but if you want to have some funds ready for easy access, use it. Or at least test it, and see how it works / give us a feedback. Would be much appreciated Smiley
Yes, it is an official wallet but I think he means the .apk for android usually prone to hijacked and tampered so some people sort of paranoid if you give them something like that. I'm fine with the client wallet and really don't wanna trade my security away.
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Countries to start Cryptocurrency Business on: June 09, 2020, 04:09:33 PM
My employers are located in Singapore and they are paying my salary thru Bitcoins. Singapore is a wonderful place to live via crypto because their government is not taxing transaction via cryptocurrency!
Are you sure? From my experience where I stay in Singapore for a few months and talk with a lot of Singaporeans, I don't think Singapore good for the tax thing. Because of the constraint in landmass, they have a lot of ridiculous tax on their citizens. I think they haven't found a proper way to tax on the new thing yet.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All hope is lost?? on: June 09, 2020, 04:00:48 PM
I used to have 14 ethereum but I got caught in the web of FOMO and I lost over 10 ethereum because the project I invested the ethereum on have dropped marginally, is this the end of the road for me? Or I still have hope? How can I recover?
No, it's not over so don't give up. I was in the same way as you back in 2018 with the hard crash on ETH from $1000 mark and almost lost everything. Can't go on detail how I able to put myself back and stand up but please don't give up.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain is Watching You: Profiling and Deanonymizing Ethereum Users on: June 08, 2020, 12:11:16 PM
Speaking of Ethereum 2.0, I don't think that the being anonymity feature is a priority here, and as you said that Vitalik Buterin said, Ethereum was not designed just that.
So for me, it's ok that the anonymity is not included on the Ethereum 2.0 update, as there are a lot of things that are much priority compare to that anonymity feature of Ethereum.
Same thought here. You would be in surprise to know many crypto adopters really don't care much about anonymity or hell-bent on wanting to have it. Only a fraction of crypto follower want the anonymity cause they need to hide their identity for whatever shady thing they have in their mind.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrops Altcoins on: June 08, 2020, 12:01:17 PM
Unless you have thousands of bot for twitter airdrop, it's just a waste of time. Even if you are lucky enough to win, your reward would be very small cause you have to share with the others and their bots.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is KCS or kucoin share is better investment on: June 07, 2020, 09:27:17 AM
Recently I started researching on best exchange coins apart from solid block chain projects , I found  bnb and Kucoin shares (KCS) Are having more events . Like bnb or binance token introduced lots of scheme in exchange , same like kucoin also introduced lending, poolex mining even more . I more liked this because they are regularly burning token . What’s your view on this before i put my hard earned money .
I think you could go for both of them. We will never know some catastrophic or disaster happen (hacking, law, and regulation) especially to exchange so better to spread out your share instead put all of it in one. Kucoin token and Binance token both are good.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stop wasting your electricity on: June 07, 2020, 09:12:26 AM
Your experience is spot on for cryptonight as only a few good ones come out of that blasted algo like Monero. The rest are mostly trash and pretty much dead with very little people know about them.
