quick update here for the community: issue is already fixed - all the withdrawals are free to go.

I'm sure most of them should be out by this time - if by any chance there's any left - let me know.  Smiley

Just want to update that I have received my withdrawal with no issues. Thank you to Tornike as well as all the FJ support staff, who I'm sure were overwhelmed for the past 24 hours.

As I said in my initial post, I've had nothing but great experiences with FortuneJack and the way this issue was resolved was no different. If anything, I feel like I should apologize for my impatience, but my emotions got the best of me and I got worried that something was wrong.

Thank you everyone at FJ for your continued good business!

Hey @playbitgameswin,

Please send me your username via personal message so I can get this going for you asap.

Sorry once again for having a bad experience as a VIP - will make sure the right team gets this notice so they're as well aware of the issues customers have.

UPDATE - we've just identified your account along with the case because tons of customers were facing the same issue you had. As stated in the email, it's the global issue onto the back end that's currently being fixed right now - should be ready anytime soon.

Please bear with the delay - once the update is done - all the withdrawals will be entirely passed through the system block.

Meanwhile, if anyone has a concern regarding the same problem, don't hesitate to let me know here.

Thank you very much for the fast response. I feel a lot better knowing that you have confirmed this is just a temporary site-wide issue and that it is being worked on. Again, I have nothing but good things to say about your site and only posted this because I couldn't find any information on this as well as to confirm that the problem wasn't on my end.

I really appreciate the communication you guys usually have with your players and look forward to getting back on there when this is all sorted out.

First of all, I want to stress that I have had nothing but great experiences with FortuneJack for years now. I am not accusing them of anything nor am I trying to slander their name or hurt their reputation. I actually really like this site and have been a VIP for a while and hope to continue playing there so long as this issue gets fixed. So here's what happened:

I won a large amount the other day, like the largest amount I've ever won on there, and submitted a withdrawal for about half of the total amount in my wallet. This was very close to an amount I've previously successfully withdrew before. I received the normal email saying the withdrawal would be delayed so that security can verify it and all that, no problem.

About a day later, I received an email saying that the delay was caused by me using a different IP address and/or BTC wallet address than usual, but that once I reply to this email confirming that I did indeed submit this withdrawal, they would process it immediately. The odd part here is that I've only ever used one IP address and one BTC wallet for withdrawals.

I replied to the email confirming that I did submit the withdrawal in question, but in addition I attached screenshots from my FortuneJack account showing that I have always used the same IP address and have withdrew to the same wallet every time. I should add that this wallet has successfully received multiple withdrawals from FJ over the past year or so.

Then like 12 hours later I received this following email in broken English and odd spacing:

"Let's inform you  that  there  is an global  issue  concerning  BTC withdrawal processing
We  will release  the  amount  once  the  issue  is released.
Thank  you  for  patience  and  understanding!"

What's happening here? I logged into my account and contacted live support asking about my withdrawal and their response was:

"Hello It is not about the amount dear, the issue is major, and every user is facing it, so kindly ask you to wait, we are very sorry for this experience"

There is nothing about this posted on their Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, etc..

I want to reiterate that I'm not accusing them of anything. I'm just posting this because I have seen NOTHING about this issue anywhere even though apparently this is a site-wide problem. I'm sure I can't be the only one concerned about this and wanted to at least open up a dialogue.

Thanks for reading. Can't wait to have this all straightened out and continue to play on my favorite site.
