Semus doesn't have a high tps. It's slow. Algorand (which is live), ETH 2.0 (which isn't yet) or Thundercore (which is live) are 1000 times faster than Semux. In addition to this, any BFT consensus is fairly centralized and use 33 to 100 nodes while the above are completely decentralized. The only thing Semux has is its community aproach, which is good, but might not be enough to attract builders. The team need and the community need to face this if you guys want to succeed.
I'm not here to fud you, I was a part of the testnet, and used to like the project. But marketing this with "high tps" or "super BFT" is far from being honest for newcomers. When ETH 2.0 will be live it'll be thousands times faster than Semux and with an immense developers base it'll simply crush every other so called "self contract eth compatible platform" project.
You need to find another narrative. Fast.
(oh and no, having your client being written in JAVA isn't groundbreaking)
totally agree, if semux wants to comes back to race, it reaslly needs some update or even complete changes in methodology to be able to compete the other famous coins, currently, it is just a small kid among all adults playing around x_X |

It seems that over 90% of the discussion here is about the price and surroundings, but very little about developement issues and roadmap, which in my view would be much more interesting subjects of discussion.
becouse many people don't have the know-how to partecipate actively at develop some are investor so they think at money, some work on marketing area and think about at this aspect of the project.. personally i check the github page for see te progress of the development.----> edit: and I've never been disappointed Since page 400 was started on July 18th there have been 53 more pages added. Exactly 80 days have passed which means a mere 0.66 pages have been created, less than a page a day. There isn't exactly a load of people beating the door down with interest over this project and clearly very little discussion happening. Not sure how long before this project dies. Good Luck. its not semux problem, its the bear slept on crypto market which has killed many projects, if market gets its power back, many good projects can hit a fast bounce on price and attention |

i have seen many price analysis in last few weeks about ETH which all were saying its an end to "world computer" but after yesterday price surges heavily, all those analysis are gone and the optimistic posts, tweets, analysis are being replaced with very fast
really wondering are they real analyzers or they are just kids spaming around

Probably yes. Pumps are the only thing that can draw attention to this token. But the platform itself, I think, has lost all credibility, the community. And the dev probably understand that it is almost impossible to return it.
Exactly! but for the attention the pump has to be massive like x10 times. Also, the website of the project is gone so there's no way in hell he is coming back. you are publicly asking dev to make a fake pump on his dead project just to draw some attention ? and maybe make more kids lose their money here? |

I think there are too many good projects than ETH..In near future cardano will battle with eth and I think cardano will win.... maybe if EOS can fix its problems and dev makes some more better logical decisions, they can easily dust ETH on the way |

why after much effort made a good platform and many people are interested they doing this, if this project continues to be developed I am sure will be success but now it is very sad
Yep sad to see this. Guys have started pretty well. Got so much Hype at one time. Seems like they didn't want to start all this lending stuff coz of Bitconnect F*ckup... yep, but you may have not noticed that it was dead long ago, even i saw a new team had tried to duplicate the same idea, but donno what has happened to them |

I heard in telegram that dev has dumped another 6.5k PoS  Dear dev, if you have some irl problem then please take few minutes and comment here dammit. Is it an urban legend (aka FUD) or has the dev confirmed it (which is unlikely).
